Song Xing Xing stared at her boarding pass with a dazed expression for a long time. Her heartbeat accelerated and she was wondering if he was making the right decision at this moment.

A few days ago, Lu Xun had flown to B City to attend a meeting and he was scheduled to return to Capital City tomorrow.

There were still a couple of hours before her flight and she had to make up her mind before the time is up.

As she was in a dilemma and did not know whether she should proceed with her plan, the phone in her hand started to buzz.

Her eyes flashed when she saw the name on her phone. The corner of her lips subconsciously turned up. Song Xing Xing walked over to a quiet corner and answered the phone call.

"Xing Xing."

Her heart skipped a beat upon hearing his voice. "Un. What are you up to? Have you eaten? Are you still busy?"

Lu Xun who was in B City at this time was totally oblivious to his girlfriend's plan to surprise him. He had just walked out of the meeting room.

Song Xing Xing frowned at his words. "Don't skip your meal. It's not good for health."

He glanced at his wristwatch and started to calculate how much longer did he have to stay in B City.

Lu Xun listened to his girlfriend as she nagged him about looking after his health patiently. Hearing her voice and concern lifted his mood and he was ready to continue his meetings for a few more hours.

"What are you up to?"

Song Xing Xing tightened her grip on her phone as she looked around the airport area. She absolutely cannot tell him that she was at the airport.

"Just sitting around," Song Xing Xing spoke cautiously.

"Song Xing Xing."

"En."

"Did you miss me?"

His voice sounded a little deep and hoarse. Her ears turned red and the redness traveled down to her neck. Suddenly, she had this feeling that this man was flirting with her again.

She bit her lower lips before she answered him. "I miss you." Because she was in public, Song Xing Xing could only whisper those words to him.

His eyes darkened with desire.

Lu Xun wished to leave B City and stay by his girlfriend's side. However, even though Lu Xun wished that he could dump his work to his assistant, there were some matters that he had to deal with himself.
