You're My Only Star

With a polite smile on his face, Huo Yun Chen turned to Lu Xun and asked, "President Lu, are you looking for me?"

Lu Xun shifted his gaze to Huo Yun Chen and frowned.

He still hasn't asked why would this person appeared together with his girlfriend. He would be unhappy seeing him and his girlfriend around. Why would he be looking for him? Even if he wanted to look for Huo Yun Chen, he would not send Song Xing Xing to look for him.

Song Xing Xing naturally noticed the look on Lu Xun's face and knew that he was unhappy to see them together. She went to his side and held his arms. "I ran into him on my way out," she whispered. "He seemed to be in trouble."

It was at this time that Huo Yun Chen seemed to notice that there was something strange with the situation. His gaze fell on her hand that was holding on to President Lu's arms.

Although he knew that Little Star is working for President Lu, why didn't he know that they are this close? Previously, he had seen them together, but in his memories, both of them were never this close. He had never noticed any abnormalities between them before.

Various thoughts came to his mind and Huo Yun Chen did not know what he should think.

Song Xing Xing took this chance to explain the situation to Lu Xun. 

Seeing that his girlfriend had not avoided him in front of Huo Yun Chen, Lu Xun decided to suppress his unhappiness. After listening to Song Xing Xing's explanation, Lu Xun began to find that there was something wrong with the situation.

A frown appeared on his face. Lu Xun took out his phone and excused himself. 

Song Xing Xing watched as his boyfriend turned around with sighed. She had already explained her accidental meeting with Huo Yun Chen. It couldn't be that this person is jealous again, right?

Seeing that he was on the phone, Song Xing Xing decided not to speak a word.

Noticing that someone was watching her, Song Xing Xing raised her head and met Huo Yun Chen's gaze. "Are you alright?" She watched as he nodded and continued to ask, "What happened? That person… who is he?"

Huo Yun Chen snapped out of his trance when he heard her question. He flashed her an awkward smile and spoke, "That's Yan Yi Xie. You… Don't know him?"

"I've heard of him." It was only when Huo Yun Chen had mentioned his name that Song Xing Xing recalled his name.

Before she had the chance to ask further about what was going on between Huo Yun Chen and that other celebrity, Lu Xun had already returned to their side. Song Xing Xing looked at the man and saw that his gaze was on Huo Yun Chen.

"You are in a bad term with Yan Yi Xie?"

Huo Yun Chen pursed his lips into a thin line. Then, he nodded. He did not have a reason to hide his scandal from his big boss.  "We debuted around the same time. We had almost the same style and sang the same type of music. Because of that, we did not get along with each other that well."

Lu Xun's expression continued to be serious. "There was a CCTV around that place, did you know that?" He spoke. "They managed to capture you and Yan Yi Xie together. The footage where you were attacking Mr. Yan was very clear. If this gets around you will be in deep trouble."

There was a hint of surprise in Huo Yun Chen's expression. He had not paid any attention to the surveillance camera around that place. When he thought of how Yan Yi Xie had provoked him, Huo Yun Chen finally realized what was going on. That person had deliberately provoked him.

Even if the reporters did not manage to snap their pictures together, there is still the surveillance camera.

Huo Yun Chen's face turned pale as he thought of what will happen if the footage was leaked to another party. He should get someone to retrieve that footage before Yan Yi Xie took advantage of him.

"It's already settled," Lu Xun spoke before Huo Yun Chen could turn around and leave. "They had retrieved that footage and deleted that part. Mr. Huo, next time, you need to be more careful. You had only made your comeback. It would not be wise to get yourself in a scandal at this time."

A look of relief appeared on his face. "President Lu, thank you. Sorry to trouble you."

Song Xing Xing finally realized that Lu Xun had left for a while to call someone to settle Huo Yun Chen's matter. At the thought that she had misunderstood him, Song Xing Xing felt a little embarrassed.

"The event is starting soon, Mister Huo, shouldn't you get back to your seat?"

"Yes." Huo Yun Chen nodded. He looked up again and saw that Song Xing Xing was holding onto the man's arms. "President Lu. You and Miss Song…"

Lu Xun turned to his girlfriend and raised his brow. 

Previously, it was Song Xing Xing who wanted to hide their relationship from Huo Yun Chen. Now that the man had asked about it, he should let her answer it in the way that she wanted.

Lu Xun could not deny that he would be disappointed if his girlfriend would not tell Huo Yun Chen the truth. However, he had decided to trust that she should know what she wanted to do.

Noticing the way Lu Xun was looking at her, Song Xing Xing knew that he had thrown the question to her. Initially, she was still a little reluctant to let Huo Yun Chen know about her relationship with Lu Xun.
