The frown on his face deepened.

Lu Xun did not know who was the person in front of his door. However, this person was looking for him in the middle of the night. Seeing that this person was not dressed in the hotel's uniform, Lu Xun decided not to open the door.

Surely, this person had come to see him with impure intention.

It seemed that Zhang Yu Han's hotel was no longer as safe as it was before.

"Open your door," Song Xing Xing said quickly. "I had a surprise for you."

His eyes narrowed as Lu Xun thought about the person who was waiting outside the door.

That person... It turned out that the person was sent by his girlfriend.

"Alright." Lu Xun chuckled.

After ensuring that he was properly dressed, Lu Xun walked to the door and swung the door open. His lips parted as he was about to say something but the words were stuck in his throat once he recognized the person in front of him.

Song Xing Xing flashed a smile as she took off her baseball cap. Seeing the surprised look on his face made her very satisfied. "Surprise!" She leaned to hug him and pulled away again.

"Xing Xing?" Lu Xun stared at the girl in front of him without blinking. He was afraid that once he blinked, the person in front of him would disappear and he would find out that everything was merely his imagination.

"Un." Song Xing Xing laughed as she looked at him. "Are you that surprised?"

Lu Xun stretched his hand to touch her face. Her skin felt warm on his fingertips. It was then that Lu Xun believed that the person in front of him was really the person he had been missing.

Song Xing Xing tilted her head to one side. "Are you not going to let me inside?" Her eyes narrowed. "It couldn't be that you're keeping a vixen in your room, right?"

Lu Xun chuckled. Then, he moved to one side to let his girlfriend into the room. "You're imagining things. Other than you, there is no other vixen around. You are free to look around."

With a satisfied smile, Song Xing Xing walked into the room. However, her steps halted when she realized what Lu Xun had just said.

Song Xing Xing turned around and narrowed her eyes at him. "Are you calling me a vixen?"

Her question was left unanswered as Lu Xun had already leaned over and kissed her lips. His hand rested on her cheek as he kissed her with longing.

Song Xing Xing parted her lips as she reciprocate his kiss. It has been a few days since the last time they kissed. Her heart swelled at the thought of how much she has been missing him when he was not around.

Her back touched the wall softly and a moan escaped her as Lu Xun pulled her over to deepen their kiss.

Song Xing Xing recalled the reason she had traveled to B City and wanted to give him this surprise. Her heartbeat accelerated, knowing that this was her chance to take initiative to move their relationship further to another step.

Her grip on the lapel of his bathrobe tightened as Song Xing Xing was worried that he was going to pull away and escape again.

It was not easy for her to have this courage and take action.

Since she had already made her move, she was not going to regret this.

Lu Xun frowned when he felt her warm hand on his chest. Before he could pull away like he always does, Song Xing Xing had already tugged on his collar, preventing him from moving around.

The couple continued to kiss. With one swift move, Song Xing Xing managed to reverse their position. She pushed him to the wall as she kissed him.

Her mind was focused on her mission.

The loud sound of the doorbell jolted them. Song Xing Xing gasped and subconsciously took a step back. Her heart was cursing the person who had suddenly appeared at the door, disrupting their mood.

Lu Xun took a few deep breaths to calm down. He followed her gaze and suddenly recalled that he had requested for the security staff to his room a while ago.
