You're My Only Star

After he had walked around the city to shop for some souvenirs, Lu Xun boarded the plane with his assistant to leave T Country. Lu Xun sat beside the window as he toyed with the box in his lap. 

A deep frown appeared on his face as he thought about Shi An Na's appearance in Country T.

The memories of them together reappeared in his mind.  Each time he thought that he had forgotten her, Shi An Na would appear in front of him somehow.

He had told himself that he had moved on, but the pain that Shi An Na had given him was too tormenting. Lu Xun could not figure out just how long would it take for him to forget everything.

His gaze fell on the box in his laps again.

After staring at the box for a long time, Lu Xun let out a helpless sigh.

For the first time in a long time, he finally found someone who could make his heart move. Even though he had tried to push her away, Lu Xun soon found himself attracted towards her.

Song Xing Xing was a bright and cheerful person. She was like the stars, attracting people to look at her.

He liked her a lot. But Lu Xun was worried that he is someone who was not qualified to be with her. If he was still unable to forget that person, then it would not be fair for him to stay with her.

At this time, Lu Xun really did not know what he should do. His hand clenched on the box tightly. 

He really did not want to give up on this person.

Song Xing Xing was concentrating on her game. 

At this time, the Mayor of Lion Isle had just revealed that that the daughter that he had raised was kidnapped by some monsters. The mayor wanted to hire her team to get his daughter back. 

Song Xing Xing and the others started to chase after the monsters and they finally found the monster's lair. They had fought those monsters and finally win after one attempt. 

Just as they had thought that they had finally been able to rescue the mayor's daughter, the girl was suddenly possessed and turned into a monster herself.

The Mayor arrived at the scene as soon as the fight was over. Seeing that his daughter had suddenly turned into a monster, the Mayor had fainted on the spot.

Song Xing Xing and her team began to prepare themselves to fight this new monster. However, after a few minutes, everyone in her team died. Song Xing Xing stared at the 'Defeated' sign and heaved a long sigh.

Shadow: Do you guys want to try again?

Luna: Oh my God! This is already our fifth attempt this night. The Mayor's daughter is stronger than the monster.

Not Your Little Star: Let's go. One more time. I won't be able to sleep well if we could not defeat this monster.

Luna: Not me. I'm giving up.

General Huo: No. Luna! Stay. Let's go again one more time. I'll spend my money to give us some buff, alright?

Luna: Fine. I'll give it one more try.

Song Xing Xing began to speak to the mayor to trigger the quest again. The four of them began to fight the monsters again and hope that this time, they were going to win.

However, just like the last time, the team failed their quest.

Luna: I can't do it anymore. Let's stop now.

Shadow: We need to increase our might before we can fight this monster again.

Not Your Little Star: You're right. Let's try this quest again when we get stronger.

The group chatted a bit before everyone logged out one by one.

Song Xing Xing placed her phone on the coffee table and leaned on the sofa. For a few minutes, she continued to lay there with no intention to move a muscle.

At this time, her phone started to ring. Song Xing Xing glanced at the phone screen and quickly sat up upon seeing the name. She picked up the phone call quickly and smiled. 

"Xing Xing, I'm downstairs."

Her eyes widened in surprise. Song Xing Xing glanced at the clock and frowned. "Downstairs? What do you mean? Don't joke around. Lu Xun, aren't you in T Country?"

His lips curled into a smile as he listened to her voice. "En. But I decided to return earlier. Right now, I'm waiting for you in front of your apartment."

Song Xing Xing stood up immediately, scaring Mr. Fluffball who was napping at the side. The cat looked at his master in dissatisfaction. After he let out a meow, Mr. Fluffball jumped off the sofa and entered her bedroom instead.

"You're really downstairs?"

"En. I brought you your souvenirs. Are you going to see me?" His surroundings were quiet. In the night, his voice sounded especially enchanting.

Her heartbeat accelerated and her face turned pink. "Then, wait for me."

Song Xing Xing rushed out of the room and grabbed her keys. However, her movement halted the moment she glimpsed at herself in the mirror.

A loud gasp reverberated in the room.

At this time, she was wearing pajama and her hair resembled a bird's nest. She realized that she could not get out and meet Lu Xun with this appearance.

Song Xing Xing quickly ran into her room to find something suitable to wear. The man appeared too sudden and she did not have enough time to prepare herself. She did not know what she should wear and at the same time, she did not want to let him wait for a long time. 

Hastily, Song Xing Xing grabbed her pink jacket with the cat ear hoodie. After ensuring that she looked presentable enough, Song Xing Xing grabbed her keys and walked out. 

Her hands were clutching tightly at her phone as she waited for the elevator to arrive. 

Lu Xun only came over to deliver her souvenir but why was she this anxious?

The elevator finally arrived with a ding. Song Xing Xing entered the elevator and pressed the ground floor button.

As soon as she came out, Song Xing Xing headed to the spot where Lu Xun would wait for her when he came to pick her up.

Just as she had thought, the man was waiting for her at the usual spot. Because the guards had recognized him and his car, they did not attempt to drive him away.

Song Xing Xing looked at the handsome man who was leaning on the vehicle. Lu Xun was staring straight at the dark night and he did not know what was on his mind. 

Lu Xun sensed her presence and turned to look at her. 

The two of them stared at each other for a long time.. Suddenly, his lips turned up into a smile.
