Xiu Mei doesn't understand why she was still feeling the pain when the baby was already out. But she didn't have time to think about it! The best doctors were here to take care of her.

"Xiu Mei, another push…." She heard the doctor say, as another doctor pressed her tummy downward.

With another round of painful pushes, suddenly everything stopped. She was beyond exhaustion, her lower body felt being tortured mercilessly, she closed her eyes and let the people do whatever they wanted to.

Meanwhile, if Xiu Mei was going through hell inside, sitting outside Feng Jianyu was no different. He was silent all the while, shaking his legs nervously, looking at the closed door after every minute. He heard her every scream clearly and questioned himself many times why a woman has to bear the pain while for a man it's always a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e.

All the men who had experienced this understand what Feng Jianyu was going through at that time.

Othe then Feng Jianyu it was Zeng Shihong who was most nervous, sweating profusely, shaking. He had lost his wife in a similar incident, the thought his granddaughter was inside going through the same situation made him lose his consciousness.

Thankfully, Feng Jin caught him on time and took him to the ward to let doctors check him. Zeng Ruo followed her father; she knows the old man's heart was not strong enough to experience this again, but he adamantly came here to see Xiu Mei.

A while later the door was pushed open, and a nurse came outside to share the good news with everyone. The disheveled Feng Jianyu sprang up from his seat and took two fast strides, "How is my wife? Is she okay? Is she still in pain? Can I see her?" His voice came shaky, full of fear.

"Yes sir, your wife is absolutely fine, no more in pain. Right now the doctor is still attending the mother, I'm sorry but you can only see her when she is transferred to the room. The babies are taken over by Dr. Zian and Dr. Wang Shi."

After a while Xiu Mei was transferred to the room, Feng Jianyu ran inside without a delay. There on the bed, he saw Xiu Mei sleeping, seeing her face that seems to be s.u.c.k.e.d out of blood made his heart clench.

"Mei…." He called out in a soft voice, pacing to her side. He stroked her hair lovingly, raining her face with kisses and saw her open her eyes.

She was tired but seeing him again filled her with happiness. "Hug." She pouted her lips, half of her exhaustion flew out of the window when the man gave her a warm hug. What blissful life it is when she has him beside her!

"Hurts?" He asked. Seeing him so worried, Xiu Mei put up a brave facade, refusing to complain like before. He saw her shook her head and didn't believe. He had clearly heard her screams! "Liar!"

Xiu Mei could not hold back her tears and they flowed out like a broken dam. "Yes, it hurts a lot. Really hurts!"

But Feng Jianyu stroked her cheeks with his lips, "No more kids! They are troublesome!"

"I promised to give you six kids." She reminded him of the promise they made in Country B.

"I'm happy with three. One more time if I see you in that pain again, I'll definitely lose my mind." He noticed she made space for him to sleep with her on the bed and instantly takes off his shoes and climbed.

"Three?"

"Of course! You are no less than a kid."

"But that becomes two. You said three." His words still confused her.

"That's because we have two additions to the family" Suddenly, Matriarch Feng and Leng Shuang came there each holding a baby in their arms. "Now will you pay attention to your little cuties?" Matriarch Feng came to stand near Feng Jianyu.

It shocked Xiu Mei; she shared a glance at Feng Jianyu who shrugged as if saying I don't know how this happened.

"You punk, how dare you hide that you are going to have two babies?" Patriarch Feng scolded Feng Jianyu.

"That's because other than Me and Zian no one in the family were aware." Wang Shi came there with Zian who nodded in agreement. "These two asked us to keep everything a surprise and other than the health of the baby and the mother they never posed any question. So we did what was asked, Doctor's ethics, you know!"

"To hell with your ethics, I'll kill both you." Zeng Ruo brought Zeng Shihong in a wheelchair. He yelled at the two doctors. "Is this the news to be kept away? Zian, you too?"

Zeng Shihong's fierce devil face instantly turned into a cute puppy's who was being bullied. "I told you to rest at home, you ignored my warning, seriously? You are not allowed to play with my babies for a month, take this punishment."

"Enough of it!" Leng Shuang Stopped them, "Xiao Mei, Jianyu, don't you want to take them in your arms?"
