We Are Destined - Let Me Pamper You

The storm was cleared as everything settled back on the ground…..

"Mei….!" Feng Jianyu pulled her into a bone-crushing hug as if received another lease of life. Instantly his lips captured hers to kiss her, a gentle soft kiss not a needy one.

His heart finally settled down….

Once again his wife didn't fail to surprise him by bringing such a special moment in his life….

How he wished he had recorded her words to play in a loop.

With her straddling him he hugged her for the longest of time. Trapped in a tight hug she neither tried to move away nor complained. Through the hug, she could feel his frantically beating heart and gave him the much-needed thing, assurance, and love.

"Sorry, I should have told you about dad and the information I got from the chip" Feng Jianyu broke the silence but didn't break the hug.

He felt Xiu Mei nod against his shoulder, "Of course you should have told me the same day you found about it, this unnecessary panic attack could have been avoided. Did you punish or leave me when I treated you unfairly by holding you responsible for the night seven years back? No! So why would I do that to you?" Suddenly Xiu Mei recalled something, "Oh! Hold on! You did punish me by kissing"

The man instantly pulled her away from his hug and puckered his lips out, "I'm ready for the punishment. Don't be lenient. Just make sure it's a hundred times worse than mine"

"…."                                                      

"Exactly" Her eyes narrowed at the man and his puckered lips; "You are not allowed to touch me for hundred days" She deadpanned

"KYAAAAAAAAAAA….."

Xiu Mei pulled his chin up to close the open mouth, "You yourself asked for a hundred times worse punishment. So here it is"

"Not fair! I asked for a hundred kisses but you gave me death sentence" He made a cute puppy face and Xiu Mei has to control herself from laughing.

"Well either you take this or I'll go to Grandpa's house for a hundred days. In that case no kisses, no sleeping together, no m.a.k.i.n.g. .l.o.v.e, no hugs, and no cuddles"

"NOOOOO…." Another panic attack and he dropped his head and requested in a low tone, "Take me along"

Xiu Mei giggled and pinched his cheeks, "Awww… my adorable monster. How can you be so cute?" Feng Jianyu smiled when she finally pecked his lips and snuggled against his neck as he heard her say, "You are my sleeping drug, without you holding me in your arms I won't be able to sleep"

Feng Jianyu felt as if his whole body warmed up, wounds that he had received just now were all healed by her touch and he is finally relieved, "I won't keep things from you. This was scary"

Xiu Mei understands his worry when it comes to her. She would have behaved similarly might be even worse.

"The first thing I'll do after reaching is to talk dad about your father. This matter has to be cleared ASAP" Xiu Mei heard Feng Jianyu's voice, his hug became a little gentler no more tight as he continued, "Let me hear what dad has to say about it. I'll show him these photographs too and check if have any picture of your father or maybe a copy of these photographs where the faces are visible"

"Hm!" Xiu Mei replied but her mind kept on thinking about Feng Dingxiong. No matter what happened just now, she has always seen fatherly love and care in Feng Dingxiong's eyes. Even in the Penthouse, she noticed his expression softened at her last reply but then all of a sudden he walked out.

"Jianyu…."

He hummed in response.

"Tell me something about your mother"

He frowned, "Why are you asking about her suddenly?"

"Er… You and Junjie mentioned Mr. Feng lots of times but never talked about your mother. I was just curious" She didn't dare to look up at him otherwise he would have caught her lie. It was awkward to tell him that once she went to meet Feng Dingxiong in his presidential suite to talk to him  but ended up hearing something else.

Due to the slightly ajar door, she heard a woman shouting, breaking things in the room while Feng Dingxiong was trying to coax her in a gentle voice. Before she could hear anything or understand what that woman was shouting, someone pushed the door closed and the soundproofing blocked her hearing.

Feng Jianyu's lips pressed into a thin line as he pulled the blanket to cover her, "There's nothing to tell about her. Her name is Liu Ning, she is my mother, topic over" He let out an exhausting sigh when she threw the blanket off of her and looked at him seriously. "Mei, there's nothing to talk about my mother. Anyhow, we brothers are close to our father" His tone sounded dull and cold.

Xiu Mei didn't voice out her thoughts, neither had she tried to pry about Jianyu's mother but she already got the hint that something was wrong.

At an unknown location 

A man was keenly watching the videos, pictures, articles, and every possible thing related to R-Tech's President aka Alice or President XM. 

His sharp eyes didn't let go of even the minute detail about her. He paused at the only picture of XM that was released in media and zoomed in on her masked eyes.

Using software he matched XM's eyes with Alice's....

His eyes flickered at the result as a dangerous smile crawled his lips making the man standing near him wobble on his knees.

Lazily he picked the tablet, clicked on the folder named revenge and picked two prefect pictures, three-man on a yacht and Jianyu's parents talking to a woman holding a child.

His fingers ran at a lightning speed and President XM's personal phone number flashed on the screen.

With another click, the photographs were sent.

"XM Alice XM Alice XM..... Let me see how will you escape this" 

A burst of eerie laughter echoed.....
