We Are Destined - Let Me Pamper You

Bodyguard accelerated the car on the unpredictable road to get away from the following vehicles. Through the simultaneous acceleration of the vehicles behind, Feng Jianyu immediately realized they are definitely not a good Samaritans.

After giving some more instructions, she picked the binoculars and turned back to read the vehicles following them. "Jianyu, they are four military-grade vehicles, heavily armed. Although our car is also military-grade, it's one vs four competition. If by any chance they have a bazooka, rocket launchers or any other heavy arms, our SUV won't be able to take too many blows. It will eventually blast, killing all of us"

She ran her hands beneath the seat and also checked the front passengers' seat, "I can see this vehicle is equipped with ejection module for all the passengers with protection capsule in case of emergency exit. Around five km ahead is an interaction; if you take right from there it will take us to the mountain road…. Leading to a cliff overlooking forest"

Feng Jianyu was stunned by her suggestion, she was indirectly telling him to jump off the cliff along with the car and press the ejection button instead of being caught and killed by the one who were following them, this way they have greater chances to survive.

--------BOOM----- Before anybody could react their SUV was attacked with a heavy arm, probably a rocket launcher. Their car shook by the impact of the attack. The bodyguard driving lost the control of the vehicle for a brief time, causing the vehicle to sway off the road on to the pavement.

A warning button on the control panel started blinking orange light, signaling them about the damage.

"Drive to the mountain road" Feng Jianyu ordered before pushing down the window and leaped his head forward to fire at the tyres of the vehicle in the front. 'Bull's eye' the bullet hit exactly where he wanted to and tyre burst. But he knows this will only buy them some time by decreasing their speed as military vehicle manufacturers fit 'RunFlat' on the rim inside tire so that in case tire burst due to bullet penetration 'RunFlat' can bear the weight of the vehicle and the driver can take it to a safe place.

"I-I've already informed about our location to Feng Junjie and Qingzhou Pang, they will soon find us…" She looked at Jianyu as he returned back to the seat and pushed the window up, "I-I'm sorry" said Xiu Mei feeling a lump in her throat.

Feng Jianyu kissed her temple and hugged her tightly in his arms. They both are scared, worried and nervous for each other thinking about ejection while falling off the cliff. Obviously, they will be thrown out into the air in different directions, in different safety capsules but away from each other…

Once again fate is separating them… Will they meet again? What if something wrong happened?

"Sweetheart, be good! I'll find you soon. Okay? No one can separate us again…" He cupped her face and looked in her eyes deeply. He wanted to talk to her more but time seems to be slipping from their hands, all he could do was to assure her with the sincerity in his eyes. Hope this helps to console their poor heart.

Xiu Mei's heart quivered and she pulled him for a deep kiss. At that moment all she wanted was an assurance that everything will be fine. They will meet again. She kissed him hard, unwilling to part with at any cost. Unlike warm and soft lips as always, Feng Jianyu met her cold quivering lips against his. He reciprocated with the same passion to calm her down and rubbed her shoulder.

Just when they were kissing, holding onto each other for dear life, double attacks happened. The intensity of these attacks was stronger than the previous one. The orange light turned to red and started making 'beep' warning sound.

Reluctantly Jianyu pulled away from her and buckled all the safety straps securely on her body. After making sure she is safely tied to her seat he took out an emergency evacuation bag and gave it to her along with all the money in his pocket, "This will help you in an emergency"

"Where's yours?" She asked looking for another bag in the compartment but found it empty.

Feng Jianyu saw they are at the edge of the cliff and was about to jump from there any moment. "I've one too. Don't worry" He pointed towards her wristwatch, "You cannot run away from me. My eyes are on you…. ALWAYS…" Holding the ejection panel in his hands he smiled at her.

Xiu Mei's thoughts couldn't keep up with his actions. She was busy looking at his face that everything around her holds no value.

Before she knew, she was ejected into the air, the strong wind smothered her face and her eyes closed reflexively, rolling down the tears she was holding till now.

With the sadness in her heart, she heard a 'whoosh' voice, signaling the opening of automatic safety capsule that wrapped her protectively inside bouncy ball to take the pressure of hitting the hard surface without harming the person sitting inside.
