We Are Destined - Let Me Pamper You

"Please say something…." Turning her around to face him directly, he clipped her chin up to look into her eyes. "Don't give me this silent treatment. After seven years of silence in between us, I cannot withstand your silence anymore. It kills me every time…It gives me pain… "

She took a deep breath and averted her eyes from his gaze. "Your behavior in the parking lot was unnecessary. Especially when I have already told you before that there's nothing between me and X"

she stood there in front of him life a lifeless mannequin, refusing to show him any emotions, or hug him back. She is aware that her silent treatment is painful for her too, she herself cannot bear to see him like this, but at that moment it was necessary.

"Hm! I'm sorry" he muttered, taking her in a tight hug that she was lifted off of the ground. His face buried into her silky long hair, and as he took a deep breath her sweet citrusy scent takes over his senses and calmed down his mind.

Slowly his whole body relaxed by embracing his precious treasure close to his heart.

"Feng Jianyu, don't repeat this again. Otherwise, it will lead to unnecessary fights amongst us. You want me to trust you but the same rule applies to you too. You have to build your trust in me, only then we can carry this relationship for long."

"Hm! I'll give my best."

"Can I take that as your words?"

He puts her down gently and cupped her face in his palms. It was obvious from her expression that she is serious in taking this relationship ahead, but with his jealousy, he is ruining everything in between them. "You have my words. I'll try my best not to repeat this again… But you have to promise me something too!"

Her brows scrunched, "What?"

"No more silent treatment. I hate it! No matter how small or big the matter is, you won't sulk inside your heart but will voice out to me" While saying Xiu Mei didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this cute monster. Her heart wavered at his cute eyes and she nodded her head. "Ok…. No more silent treatment for you"

"Now let's go for dinner. You skipped your lunch and afternoon medicines too" While walking out he clasped her fingers tightly and asked, "Thinking about lunch, I searched for you in the entire house. Where were you?"

"In my secret lab. Two floors beneath your feet" she let out a soft laugh and answered frankly.

He gave a horrified look to her, "R-Really"

"Yes…. I'll show you some other time. Let's eat first"

AFTER DINNER

After their happy dinner, they both went to their respective rooms. Xiu Mei wanted to take a hot aroma bath, so she leisurely prepared bathtub for her to soak her stressed body in it. After a span of two weeks, she is feeling so relaxed. "Hmmm…. This is heaven" closing her eyes she murmured.

"It will be more heavenly if you'll allow me to join you."

Hearing the familiar voice, she opened her eyes with a shock and was almost about to sit up when she realized the position she was in.

"Feng Jianyu!!!" she yelled loud enough to let the entire house hear her scream. The man was standing outside her bathroom, facing his back towards her. Since her entire room has glass walls, including her bathroom and wardrobe, Feng Jianyu could see everything happening inside the bathroom.

Although his back was facing her, out of panic she drifted her body inside the tub, leaving only a small head peeking out of water. She lowered her eyes to check if any of her assets are visible. Thank god to this bubble bath, the complete bath tub was covered in foam and fresh rose petals.

At that time she was cursing why did she give the passcode of his library to this monster? Why did she design her bedroom with glass panes? Why did she decide to take the aroma bath at night? Damn this is so shameful…. Hiding her blushed face she wanted to bury a hole to hide in it.

With quivering yet angry voice, she shouted at the man standing at the threshold of bathroom, "Feng Jiayu, you are a lump of dead meat now. Who told you to come inside my bedroom like this? There is a word called privacy, can you please not invade my privacy while am bathing?"

Outside Feng Jianyu's condition was worse than her. He couldn't refrain himself from laughing after hearing her panicked voice. 'My little chipmunk is really hopeless when it comes to a situation like this. Argh… away from her fierce stance, this shy side is equally enchanting to me.'
