Original Wolf -

Nevan seeing Freya take care of the jaguar, looked to Mikael who now seemed gloomy at having missed the chance to end Niklaus.- "Father, I can change you now if you want?"

Mikael yelled back- "Stop calling me that! Until Rebekah herself shows up and introduces you as such, you're not allowed to call me that, as for changing me..." He trailed off as he gave it more thought, he does want to be stronger after his recent experience, but the thought of turning into a wolf wasn't pleasing considering his history with the species.

Seeing him mull it over asked again- "Well?"

Mikael looking at Freya and remembering her fear, never wished for that to happen again- "Alight what do you need me to do?"

Freya understanding his concerns spoke up- "You don't have to do this father."

Mikael smiled at his daughter- "Yes, yes I do." which made her smile in return.

Nevan- "You don't have to do anything, just stick out your arm and wait for it."

Mikael doing as he asked questioned him- "Wait for what?"

Nevan then zoomed towards him grabbing his extended arm, biting down into his forearm.

Mikael grunted- "Should of known it would require a bite, but wolf bites are poison to vampires, are you sure this will work?"

Nevan wiping the blood off his mouth answered- "Don't worry you're an Original it shouldn't be able to kill you even if it fails, but I have a feeling it'll work out, I'm actually concerned whether you'll stay a vampire, the act of the bite and the reason it kills vampires is because it eliminates the vampire part to change you into a wolf, but regular vampires die in the process, as an Original you shouldn't die, but it'll be interesting to see if you remain a vampire."

Rebekah was changed without issue cause the nature of a mating bite is to give his mate power rather than change them f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y into something else.

Mikael hearing him talk grew more concerned by the minute- "What the hell you mean shouldn't kill me!? I thought you've done this before and knew what you were doing?"

Nevan nervously laughed as he scratched the back of his head- "Relax, I'm sure it'll work out."

Mikael grabbed him by the scruff of the neck shaking him- "You bastard, I should you kill you."

Nevan having his alpha instincts pricked responded with glowing eyes- "You can try."

Before Mikael could respond, he keeled over as pain swept through his body.

Freya worried ran over to check on him- "Father! Is he going to be ok?"

Nevan put his hand on her shoulder- "We should move back, I think your father being a prodigy and having a grounded warrior's mindset is going to produce an interesting result."

Mikael was now going through immense pain as his body fought itself, the wolf side trying to eliminate the vampire side, Originals are only supposed to be able to die from the white oak stake, but Nevan's bite was the most powerful werewolf bite he could receive and it was forcing change in him.

Niklaus used special Doppelgänger blood to fuse the vampire side to the wolf side, but this was mostly possible because the vampire ability itself was a magic enhancement made by a witch to increase the strength and abilities of a human, so enhancing a werewolf who was already a werewolf, meaning it wasn't trying to fight to change the body, was possible with the Doppelgänger.

Mikael looked like he was dying as he threw up more and more blood, his bones were also cracking and changing, it looked terrible, you soon couldn't even tell who he was anymore as his body deformed into an unrecognizable mess of flesh and bone.

Freya couldn't take it anymore gathering her magic, Nevan sensing this grabbed her and knocked her out before she could attack him or interfere, it wasn't clear which she was going to do as she hatefully glared at him while she gathered it, so he just knocked her out with a tiny flick to the head.

Mikael was now finally starting to show progress as he stopped spitting blood and his convulsing body relaxed and lengthen into the shape of a werewolf.

Nevan seeing this finally let go of the air he didn't know he was holding as he sighed in relief wiping the sweat off his forehead, in no way did he want to be responsible for his death. Thinking back on it, the risk was extreme, after all his Originals bite could potentially be fatal to Original vampires. He was mostly making stuff up as he convinced himself it will be fine, his bite should do what he wants right? Is what he thought.

Mikael was not rising to his feet as he turned from a 5'11" tall man into a 7ft tall dark gold werewolf monster, but it didn't end there, Mikael hated being this creature, even though he was prepared for it, it still didn't sit right with him.

In some ways, it was far better than being a vampire, but at least he got to stay in his human form as a vampire.

Through his self-hate at his new form, he concentrated on turning back human, but because of being newly transformed he wasn't exactly complete yet and was forcing his change back, this led to something unexpected as he shrunk back down to his human form.

Mikael after finishing his ordeal looked at his arms and hands making sure he was back to normal, but looking up at Nevan who had his eyes widened, he knew something was wrong.

Mikael- "What is it? why are you looking at me like that?"

Freya who regained conscious first looked angrily at Nevan before coming down with relief at seeing her father up and back to normal and then she let a girly squeal that not even she thought she was capable of.

"Oh my gosh, it's so cute." She said as she ran up to her father and started stroking his new wolf ears on top of his head.

Mikael didn't know what she wanted, but once he felt her touch something strange he jumped back and placed his hands on top of his head feeling the new ears.

Mikael looking towards Nevan who still had a surprised look asked- "Nevan what is going on?"

Nevan- "Best guess is your a pretty strong-willed man who can make miracles happen when you want."

Mikael thinking back to Nevans Nobless form asked- "What was that form you saved us in? is this the same thing?"

Nevan shook his head- "No that was my Noblesse form, but what your in is something completely new, I'm guessing from you wanting to stay human, you forced the change back prem.a.t.u.r.ely and ended up with a form as close to human as possible, now you need to test it to see if you kept the strength you should of gained."

While they were talking Freya snuck her way closer to her father and started to pet his ears again.

Mikael not realizing what was going on at first started to enjoy the sensation as a tail he didn't know started to wag.

Freya exclaimed again at the discovery of a tail- "Oh my gosh you have a tail too." she started to giggle as it wagged from her petting his head.

Mikael snapping out of it slapped her hand away- "Freya enough." he said trying to hide his embarrassment.

Freya with stars in her eyes at the wagging tail asked- "Can I at least pet your tail once?"
