"No." Xu Zhiyin clarified for Gu Xinyi. "She came to ask me about your condition. Miss Gu cares for you a lot."

"I don't need her care. Next time, don't tell her anything about me." Gu Nantian detested Gu Xinyi.

Xu Zhiyin had gotten used to this after several days of her stay in Gu Mansion.

She suggested to Gu Nantian, "Today's weather is good. Let's go out for a walk."

When he heard Xu Zhiyin taking the initiative to invite him, his eyes softened. "Where would you like to go?"

Xu Zhiyin pretended to think for a while and then suggested the place Gu Xinyi had told her.

Qiao was surprised. "Looks like Dr. Xu is very familiar with the Gu family!"

Xu Zhiyin smiled. "I've been here for several days now and the Gu family has existed secretly until now. I've been curious earlier on. I'd like to take this chance to take a look. Is it okay to go and have a look?"

Qiao smiled. When Xu Zhiyin mentioned the place, he knew this was definitely Gu Xinyi's suggestion.

However, he wished Gu Nantian could remember everything that had happened previously too. Hence, he did not expose Xu Zhiyin.

The place they were going to was called Nanxin Lake and it was not too far from Gu Mansion. As the lake was situated on the Gu family's land, it was not open to the public.

The car stopped at the entrance and both Xu Zhiyin and Gu Nantian got down from the car. The sun was shining brightly but it was not too hot. They could take a stroll here.

Qiao showed the way. Xu Zhiyin walked beside Gu Nantian. Gu Xinyi had said both her and Gu Nantian had always been here, so, Xu Zhiyin wanted to know if Gu Nantian had a sense of familiarity to this place.

"Have you been here before?" Xu Zhiyin asked.

Gu Nantian shook his head. "No."

To Xu Zhiyin, there was no hurry. They would go to a few more spots and she thought there should be some gains!

Gu Xinyi had told her that she just has to bring Gu Nantian here and he would remember his past.

Beside them, Qiao started introducing. "This lake was not called Nanxin Lake in the past. This name was given by Mr. Gu."

"Oh, really?" Xu Zhiyin asked curiously.

Qiao pointed to the signboard of Nanxin Lake. "This was custom made by the orders of Mr. Gu too."

"I think I get it." Xu Zhiyin laughed. Gu Nantian, Gu Xinyi…

Who would have expected the big boss of Gu Consortium to have been so immersed in love?

No wonder Gu Xinyi asked her to bring Gu Nantian here.

Gu Nantian saw Xu Zhiyin's malicious laugh and felt he was the only one who did not understand what was happening. He asked, "What did you understand?"

"My phone is ringing." Just when Xu Zhiyin wanted to reply, she heard a few sounds of alert. So, she chose to read her messages first.

It was a message from Gu Xinyi, "There's a gazebo in the middle of the lake. Please bring brother Nantian over there."

Gu Nantian suddenly came close to her. "What message is that?"

"Nothing!" Xu Zhiyin immediately kept her mobile phone and tried to cover up. "My colleagues from the hospital called to ask me something. Let's go over there!"

She smiled and held Gu Nantian's arm, bringing him forward.

So long as Gu Nantian remembered the past, she could go back!

However, the thought of going back made her heart stop for a while.

Now, everyone in the hospital knew about her divorce with Ji Liunian. If she were to go back to the hospital, she couldn't imagine what would happen. How many people would be waiting to laugh at her?

Yesterday, when she called her colleague, her colleague's tone of voice hadn't been very friendly.

Xu Zhiyin brought Gu Nantian to the gazebo in the middle of the lake but Gu Xinyi did not appear. However, she knew Gu Xinyi would definitely appear.

She sat down and looked at Gu Nantian. "Do you like this place?"

Gu Nantian skimmed the surroundings but did not answer.

"Is there a special feeling?" Xu Zhiyin asked sincerely.

If this place was an important place for him, he would have a sense of familiarity, wouldn't he?

Gu Nantian sat on the chair beside Xu Zhiyin and sighed. "The scenery here is beautiful. Did I always come here with you last time?"

Xu Zhiyin smiled but did not answer. The one who came with him was Gu Xinyi. How could he mix that up?

Xu Zhiyin looked at him. "It's good that you are familiar with this place. It may help you recall your past."

Gu Nantian stared at Xu Zhiyin and suddenly held her left hand, "Even if I can't remember anything, I'd be happy as long as you're by my side."

Before Xu Zhiyin appeared, he wished to remember his past but after Xu Zhiyin appeared in his life and with the increase of some baffling scenes in his brain, he didn't want to get his memory back.

However, Xu Zhiyin's responsibility and task was to help him to remember.

Gu Xinyi sent her another message, "Please leave for a while."

Xu Zhiyin knew Gu Xinyi was about to appear and she being there would affect them.

She stood up and told Gu Nantian, "Please wait for me here. I'm going to the washroom."

Qiao sent someone to bring Xu Zhiyin to the washroom while he stayed back to ensure Gu Nantian's safety.

Luckily, he was not too near to interrupt Gu Xinyi's plan!

After Xu Zhiyin left, she found a spot where Gu Nantian couldn't see. She stood there to observe Gu Nantian's response.

Gu Nantian sat there, waiting silently.

Initially, she thought Gu Xinyi would appear but she didn't see Gu Xinyi. Instead, she saw a little boy and a little girl walking together from not too far away.

Qiao tried to block them. "Hi children, please do not disturb that uncle over there."

The little girl looked at Gu Nantian and exclaimed, "That uncle is so handsome, can I take a photo with him?"

Although the two children were adorable, Qiao had a good sense of propriety and would never let them in.

However, Xu Zhiyin had guessed these two children were sent by Gu Xinyi.

Nanxin Lake belonged to the Gu family. Nobody could come here unless someone from the Gu family let them in.

The little boy held the little girl's hand and said disappointedly, "Xinxin, let's go there."

Xu Zhiyin almost laughed out loud. What was Gu Xinyi thinking? This name was too cheesy!

Could this be how Gu Nantian addressed her in the past?

There was another gazebo near the one Gu Nantian was sitting although it was not as big.

Gu Nantian could hear their conversation clearly.

Gu Nantian was thinking why Xu Zhiyin took such a long time to return. Then, he heard the two children talking. The one who initiated the conversation was the little boy, "Xinxin, your hand is injured. What happened?"

The little girl said, "Nothing serious. It'll heal."

"How can you not be careful? Where are your parents?"
