Chen Mu’s Hand of Noxus could only cause seventy-four points worth of damage in the beginning even after taking his Long Sword into consideration. Since Chen Mu had no rune bonuses, his attack damage was much lower than Garen who had eighty-one points worth of damage.

Nevertheless, the two of them still could not compete with the combined attack damage of the six minions. In the early stages of the game, minions could simply be called the fathers of players.

Hence, even though Chen Mu had no runes, he was completely unfazed when his opponent wanted to come at him because he was standing near his minions.

At first glance, it seemed as if the Hand of Noxus’ health bar was being reduced faster than Garen’s. However, it was only because Chen Mu had been silenced. Therefore, the straightforward Garen wanted to exhaust a little more of Chen Mu’s HP before leaving.

The two exchanged auto attacks a couple more times before Garen realized that his health bar was actually the one dropping even faster. Thus, Garen immediately turned around and was going to retreat.

Unfortunately for him, Chen Mu hurriedly positioned his mouse cursor and used his E to apprehend Garen who was in front of him.

It was a little trick that Chen Mu had discovered by himself. He first remembered the effects of each skill he had and waited until he needed to use them before pressing them.

The damage output of the minions was quite tremendous, so it would be a waste if Chen Mu did not use it to his advantage. A level-1 Q of his could not exceed two hundred points worth of damage, but it was possible for the minions to reach the same amount of damage with only two seconds of attacking.

After Chen Mu had pulled Garen back, the latter’s health bar began dropping so fast that the only thing he could do was use Flash and skedaddle out of there.

When Garen saw that the Hand of Noxus only had Ghost and Heal, he assumed that Chen Mu was just a regular noob. Subsequently, he was the one with half his health bar left; it was an embarrassing moment for him.

Garen, whose health bar had dropped as low as two hundred points, was then afraid of stepping up to take CS. Hence, he made way for Chen Mu to push.

Both of them had a Long Sword and three Red Potions. However, Chen Mu was able to forcibly turn the tides because of his understanding of the minions.

Even noobs were aware of their inability to tank them in the early stages of the game. Nevertheless, for Chen Mu to have such a deep understanding that he was able to accurately grasp the amount of damage the minions could deal, as well as learning the ability to allow his minions to do more damage; it could be said that even players with high ELO points might not have considered such details.

Although Garen’s playing method was rather straightforward, the number of matches he had played was still relatively higher. Hence, even though he was at a disadvantage, he knew that he would get killed if his health bar got too low. Thus, Garen did not allow Chen Mu to kill him in the early levels of the game.

Chen Mu was at ease as well. Scoring CS with the Hand of Noxus was ten times easier compared to Fiddlesticks, the Harbinger of Doom’s. This was because the latter had a base attack damage that was insanely low. In addition to that, Fiddlesticks’ basic attacks were much slower.

Chen Mu did not miss a single last hit in the first three minion waves. Moreover, Garen was put in an awkward position where he always ended up being beaten by Chen Mu as soon as he stepped up.

Chen Mu paid a lot of attention to the minions’ targets and always ran away the moment he scored a last hit, not giving them a chance to target him.

The calculation of experience points Chen Mu had learned the day prior played a big role in the match as he went on to fight Garen each time before the minions leveled up.

Chen Mu leveled up after just two hits and quickly upgraded his abilities before he engaged in another brutal fight.

Garen was suppressed by a total of twenty hits, and he had to retreat as much as three times.

When the Hand of Noxus reached level-6, Garen was not able to respond in time and only saw the moment when his last minion died.

The Hand of Noxus rose violently and immediately used Ghost before he executed a combo with all of his abilities, forcing Garen to respawn back at the Fountain.

Garen felt helpless and thought that the Hand of Noxus was only lucky to have hit level-6.

Little did he know that it had all been a part of Chen Mu’s plan to solo-kill him.

At that same moment, a sound of grieve was heard from bot lane. Chen Yifei had locked in Sheriff like before, but she was double-killed!
