Last Man On Earth When There Is No Earth ?

To l.e.w.d or not to l.e.w.d, that was the question.

The second volume is done! I never thought I would make it this far, so everyone who read up to this point, THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

I would never have made it this far if bot for the feedback I received. Every comment and review written, every time someone votes for the book, each time I get reminded that there are people out there reading the story I'm writing I'm filled with excitement and joy.

I don't know if I ever mentioned this before, but I've been to make my own manga for quite a while (six years, actually) even though I put a lot of effort into my article never really progressed too far, and as one would expect it had some negative effects on my life, so last year I made a resolution.

If I don't release at least a one shot before March 2020, I would give up on reaching my goals and pursue a normal career.

That didn't go so well, obviously. I never really had the tools to work on such project, let alone the finances to support it. But while I was feeling sorry for myself one day I noticed that I already achieved my resolution. By then I've already released the short story "tales of a certain eternal" and was just starting the second volume of this book, I've achieved my goal twice without even noticing! It made me realize that God didn't hate me that much after all.

Seriously, I wouldn't have made it this far without all of you! So once again, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Now then, let's talk about this volume a little, or the story as a whole. By now you might have noticed it but this story is actually is a h.e.n.t.a.i. I started working on last man as an experiment to improve my English, and what better way to do it than this? But the more I wrote the more I felt a connection to the characters, and at some point I disliked the idea of l.e.w.ding our lovely heroine, so I delayed the event until their relationship improved (turns out it was the right thing to do).

Then there is Iris. Would you believe if I told you she never existed in the in the initial plans for the series? She was supposed to be Lilia's friend who died too early and nothing more. things ended up differently though, not only that, she also almost ended up taking the best girl spot! I sometimes had to limit her appearance so she wouldn't end up doing so XD.

But we all know who's best girl, and don't you dare ask me to l.e.w.d her!!

Blue was planned to be the only neko to appear in this volume. I intended for her to be a mascot character at first, she might end up playing a bigger part in the future however for now she will just be the adorable loli that must be protected at all costs.

As for Seven, I was told multiple times that he is a boring main character. I can't really comment on that aspect without dropping massive spoilers, so all I can say is keep your eyes open.

The next volume will be about Seven and co finally arriving to the next destination. How will he deal with the events ahead? Will he have some peace of mind or will his actions cause him a massive headache? One thing for sure, his band days have yet to come to an end.

Finally I want to address the issue with my upload schedule and how it sometimes take me more than three weeks to release an update. I have my reasons but anything I say will only sound as an excuse, so all I can do is promise to work harder and upload as often as I can.
