The apparatus itself is currently installed within the factory of Shilling Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in Gangnam City and continues to generate more than 100,000 kW of electricity today.

This generator has an output of 100,000 kW and the fuel is hydrogen obtained by electrolysing tap water.

Can I have the panel, please? If you compare it to people's footage, this is extremely compact, with a width of 5m, a length of 10m and a height of 5m. Total weight of 45 tons. Some may be anxious about the radioactivity due to the power generated by nuclear fusion, but this does not produce any radioactivity at all, and because of the structure of generating electricity as a direct electron, there is less heat generated and the maximum reaction temperature is about 500°C.

The generator produced this time is 100,000 kW, but this generates electricity that can cover 100,000 households if it is consumed at 1 kW per household. Also, if you generate electricity by heavy oil, you use 8 kg of oil per hour, while this is 1 gram of hydrogen per hour, so you just use 0.02 litres of very trace tap water.

Also, the fact that fuel is water frees me from the anxiety that fuel is no longer available. The equipment is also significantly cheaper, as would be expected from being significantly more compact than the conventional ones. By and large, I'm talking about an expert who would be about 1/5.

But introducing this equipment into our country is not all good either.

For one thing, in the reactivation of the nuclear power station, we call for different debates, but there will definitely be no reactivation beyond the completion of this nuclear fusion power generation, and we will also stop the five units currently in motion early and late. In addition, this is not just a nuclear power station, but thermal, perhaps hydro and solar power will be disposed of together and sooner or later. This is simply because we lose at cost. Cost means the electricity bill you all bear.

In other words, these power generation facilities, which the electricity company had as an asset, will no longer be an asset. Rather, it should be referred to as a negative asset that needs to be removed.

This is not limited to electricity companies and associated companies. In fact, at Gangnam University, the same as before, there is currently a ground-breaking development in terms of batteries and motors that has developed the theory of this nuclear fusion power generation, and we believe that automobiles, like electricity, will replace the electrically powered formula from engines that use oil for cost reasons. For this reason, the companies that have imported oil and processed it into fuel also lose value in their installations, and I think there are numerous industries that are as common.

On the other hand, our country pays about 15 trillion yen annually to import fossil fuels such as oil. It is believed that these imports will decrease by 12-13 trillion yen if the aforementioned renewal proceeds.

Furthermore, our country is currently suffering for a long time from deflation coming from a lack of demand. Converting the device to a conventional device through various developments like this, this is obviously cost-effective, so everyone will replace it, as soon as possible, too. There is about 50 trillion yen in direct demand, largely limited to the last few years in our country. In contrast, our country has huge amounts of money in its banks that are useless, and we want the private sector to spend as much as possible on capital investment if possible. These investments, which are of obvious benefit, are therefore most welcome.

In view of all this, the impairment of the assets I have just mentioned, as a whole in my country, is not significant.

However, this burden does not come fairly, and in electricity companies, oil refining companies and engine-related companies, for example, the negative impact can be significant, among other things. So what I would ask you all to do is share these burdens as Japanese society. This means, for example, that electricity charges go down more and more as costs decrease, but we want to make it a consideration for the amortisation of past assets.

On the other hand, we need to think separately about oil refining companies, etc., because demand itself is almost extinguished. This is now being contemplated, such as a new conversion to industry, etc. These policies on countermeasures have been developed by the government and will be announced by the MEP starting tomorrow at 10: 00. Some of them are necessary and not definitive of legislative measures, but I believe that even Congress will gain the understanding of all Members of Parliament.

Also, this one will be a complete prescription for the global warming that the world is worried about.

The equipment itself is extremely compact, i.e. it produces less carbon dioxide when it comes to construction. It doesn't produce carbon dioxide at all in the power generation itself, so there won't be anything more. On the international side, of course, we will give priority to friendly countries in their efforts to diffuse this technology. But that is where we are currently directing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to formulate a response as a diffusion that contemplates something called the national interest.

There is now an energy revolution in our country.

This, there is no going back. This revolution, however, is very peaceful and allays the anxiety we had in the future, and I am very happy to be in the post of Prime Minister at this time.

3) With the electric drive of the vehicle in the future, the industry conversion due to the decrease in the number of engines manufactured and the obsolescence of various parts will be carried out in cooperation with the manufacturer, with a smooth conversion. The new high-performance battery needs to be charged at the factory, so basically the gas station will now be a battery exchange.

4) For the aluminum industry, priority will be given to allocating small fusion generators and striving to increase production. This is a major factor in the high use of aluminum in the main parts of the new ultra-motor.

5) These loans related to huge investments are essentially carried out by municipal banks, but measures such as interest subsidies, compensation, etc. are taken where the State meets certain requirements.

The commissioning was carried out on the 8th three days ago, but since there were no problems as a result of the inspection after one hour of operation, we are currently running continuously. The capability, as you know, is nominal 100,000 kW, but the actual output is about 105,000 kW. Fuel is 1.2 g/h for hydrogen, water before electrolysis, this is tap water but only 20 cc/h. Since the electricity used in the factory of Mr. Shiritsu Heavy Industries, where this device is located, appears to be about 30,000 kW as it stands, it will be returning just over 70,000 kW to the grid of the electricity company.
