I Am Undying

Rin gritted his teeth as he tried to calm down and pulled the spear. As he tried to pull it, his face became red, nerves pop out from his forehead. He grunted and pulled the spear with all his might but he can't just even move it much more if he could lift it.

Rin became anxious but concentrated on the fact that it is impossible for him to die so everything that's happening is no big deal.

The woman made an illusion that she is stepping on a ground as she walked closer but in reality, she was floating.

"You're rather calm, you bastard, and did you just thought that you could lift my spear with your puny and pitiful strength.", the overbearing woman said with sharp voice as she looked down upon Rin filled with disdain.

"Who are you?", Rin calmly asked. He thought of various ways to find any information first and try to talk her out if possible.

The woman's tied silky black hair floated in the wavy air. Her emerald eyes shone from the strange black sun. She stood there like Rin didn't said anything…

After an awkward silence which Rin could not even talk and just stared silently at her, wondering what was happening.

"Tell me, how did you even kill Nathan with your… strength? On top of that, he died silently. A fight where a God participate should be measured in a massive scale but even I didn't felt a tinge of Godly Energy and he was suddenly gone.", the woman didn't even looked like she was trying to talk to Rin and sounded like that she herself was she was talking to. She sees Rin as almost non-existent.

"H-how did you know it was me who killed a God if you're seeing my strength right now?", Rin tried to defend himself.

The woman's aura became eerie, her eyes widened looking impatient and leaned forward to Rin with a purposively intimidation. "You dare to play with me?", he voice was soft and smooth but the intention behind it made Rin shudder, "You know that after you killed a God you'll have a Mark of a Godslayer on you.", she tilted her head.

"Mark of a Godslayer??", Rin couldn't help but follow her and tilt his head too, 'Master have not said a thing about this thing!', Rin cried in his heart.

"You…", the woman stared at shock. She narrowed her eyes and focused on Rin's tiny threads of his own soul, waving continuously inside Rin's body like weeds under the ocean. Clearly, one of the many threads was shining gold and was connected to his hear like a root enveloping it.

The woman furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. That is the sign that he was given the mark of the Godslayer. There are only a few people who successfully killed a God and obtain its mark. These people are very famous in all of worlds and obviously, Rin is not one of them.

It was very obvious but very strange. How could this kid who seemed to have no idea about anything can kill the Ruler and God of that fearful Underworld? That isn't much convincing at all.

Rin felt this intimidation before. It was a bit different from Elihim and Nathan's aura but the aura itself isn't. To put in much simpler terms. Their aura are different since they are not the same but the aura itself is already in the level of a God, making them the same when talking about strength and level.

Rin panted, 'Gods are really common nowadays, aren't they?', he said that with complicated feelings stirring hard within him.

The woman that's been quiet for a while who seemed to be thinking something, suddenly shrugged her shoulders and said, "I guess, it'll make this easier.", she stared at Rin, "You, mortal, I don't know how you did it but… you're giving us quite some trouble.", she grabbed and took the spear that Rin couldn't even move like it was nothing. It doesn't look like it has a weight of a spear when she pulled it, "And now, you're going to fix this."

You could say that her speed is immeasurable, the spear was already pierced through Rin like it was there before.

"Ngghhhh!!!!", Rin swallowed back some blood that he was about to throw out but he's already regretting that he did though. He coughed and coughed while there is a spear pierced through him. You could imagine the pain of that but Rin just gritted his teeth like there's no tomorrow and didn't even let a grunt out.

"Those monsters ofrom the Underworld are already forming their group inside the Gatespace. They have such a terrifying number, if they do attack, things will not go well for many.", The woman said in a grave tone. "He's a God and he died that easily?"

When the woman lifted the spear to bring along Rin somewhere, it was stopped. The woman turned around to see a man stepping on her spear.

"You…", She stared coldly.

"Aliya, what are you doing to my disciple?", Elihim smiled.

"What do you think you're doing, Elihim?", Aliya threw the question back with a stiff face.

"Nothing, just saving my disciple from a war-freak.", Elihim stared at her. They looked calm and all but Rin was suffocating more from their aura clashing than because of a spear through his chest. However, he was relieved more than before since his master is already here.

"War-freak??", nerves popped out of Aliya's forehead but tried to ignore it, "Do you know what you are doing by stopping me?"
