HIS COLD WIFE

"You're finally awake!" Damon told her and brought her into a hug. "How long?" She asked. "Two weeks." He responded.

Anna stiffened. Two Weeks? It had felt like 5 minutes to her. The first thing she did was touch her belly. Damon placed his hands on top of hers and smiled. He accommodated her in the hospital bed and placed some extra pillows behind her so that she could sit up comfortably.

"Are your injuries okay?" She asked.

Anna frowned and stopped his movements. She held his wrist and had a questioning look. " Why are you so quiet? Is something wrong?" She asked. "No I'm fine. I'm fully healthy. I just had a long time think and I still find it so unbelievable that you are here with me." He told her. Anna laughed. "Why are you crying? I didn't know you would be this emotional." She teased.

He held her hand and kissed it. "Why are you laughing? It was two weeks you had me worried." He complained. Anna hummed in response with a smile lingering in her lips. "I love you." She whispered.

"I love you even more...I did then and I do now." He responded. Anna stayed frozen for a couple of seconds. "Yes I remember…." He answered her unasked question. Anna pouted. " That's not fair. I want to remember too." She complained playfully.

"That's because yours wasn't caused by the change in lifetimes." He answered. " How come you're so knowledgeable huh?" Anna furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "Mhh they came to me too while you were playing sleeping beauty." He replied and placed his head on her neck. Anna shook her head.

"It's so…" She tried to look for the right words. " Unrealistic? Yeah I know." Damon said. Anna sighed. " Honey, we will be a family of four now," Anna told him. "It's not much, let's make a bigger family." He told her and kissed her neck.

"Haha okay don't get too ahead of yourself alright." Anna lifted his face to meet hers and gently pecked his lips. Damon held her head and deepened the kiss. "I missed you.." He told her when their kiss finally ended.

Anna smiled. "Where's Annie and the other's?" She asked. "I sent them all home." He replied.

He then continued to explain what happened throughout the last two weeks. He explained to her how Jack and Christine found out their parents had already died a few years back but it was kept hidden. "What do you mean?" Anna asked.

" Your cousin had planned to lure them out by making them believe there is still hope." He told her. Anna shook her head. "No. Not possible I checked my facts twice. They have to be alive." She told him.

"Okay. We'll search with them but right now take it slow. You are still recuperating" He told her.

Days passed and it soon turned into weeks. Anna was finally discharged from the hospital and she made sure to stop by and visit all her friends. She made sure to catch up with all of them and personally help Jack and Christine find their parents.

Finally after weeks of searching through Kenny's base and warehouses they located them. It turned out that they were in the same torture prison were Damon was once tortured. This of course is something Anna won't let slide.

Christine and Jack left on their mission to pick up their parents and promised to come back right in time for their wedding.

Annie and Damon grew super close. Soon enough they became best friends. Sometimes Anna would be left out of the duo. Sure enough Anna promised she would take revenge soon.

The Versales family had gone into a huge search for their missing daughter. Anna still refused to let Linda go free though. She is still maintained alive in one of her underground prisons. Her 'death' in the underworld was cleared because of the sudden attack on Kenny. The quietness from both Linda and Anna was something everyone didn't expect. After Kenny's defeat the underworld was informed that their Queen never really died.

On the outside world Anna did an identity reveal and both her and Damon declared their relationship. All the rumors were cleared and everything was back to normal. Anna held a baby shower with her best friends. And even visited her biological parents in the hospital multiple times. Although she still felt sad that they didn't wake up to answer her questions and wonders she was still grateful for knowing about them.

Despite all the happy events that happened through the past few weeks and months there was still some devastating news nobody wanted to retell….

"Girl wake up already!" Ainara called out. She held Sarah's hand in hers and sighed. "Tch You know I'm not good at this." She called out again.

" You can cry I won't tell anyone," Anna told her with a chuckle and her hand caressed Sarah's head. Ainara looked up at her slightly startled. She then sighed again.

She got up from her chair and gave Sarah one last look. Her mix of silver and red hair fell back. The front strands of her hair were red and the rest was natural silver. Today she had come out with her real looks and not some disguise. That's how important Sarah is. She showed up in the unique features that her enemies can easily identify her by just to meet Sarah. She clenched her fists and walked out of the room.

"You plan on running away forever huh?" Anna mumbled. Ainara turned back to face Anna's back. Her lips twitched and she walked over.

"I have a mission to accomplish I can't take over your damn position!" She told her in a soft tone. She had a desperate look. As if she badly wanted to get out of this.

"It's not healthy. You'll end up hurt. I had to learn the hard way." Anna replied. " Tsk! I'll come back and visit her tomorrow." Ainara replied and left.

She sniffed. "You save me and my baby's life…"
