Harry Potter and the Old Ones

Chapter 104 Gilderoy Lockhart

"Oh, it's great that you're here," said Mrs. Weasley! She was short of breath and kept patting her hair. "We'll see him soon..."

Gradually, they saw Gilderoy Lockhart.

He sat behind a desk, surrounded by large photographs of himself, all faces winking at the crowd, teeth gleaming with dazzling whiteness.

The real Lockhart wore a robe the same blue as the forget-me-not flower, which matched his blue eyes. A pointed wizard's hat is playfully tilted on one side of his curly hair.

A short, grumpy man held a large black camera and jumped back and forth to take pictures of him.

Every time the flash flashes blindingly, puffs of purple smoke come out of the camera.

"Get out of the way," he yelled at Ron, stepping back to get a better angle, "this is for the Daily Prophet."

"Oh, it's amazing." Ron said, rubbing the sore instep of the man's foot.

Gilderoy Lockhart seemed to have heard Ron's complaints, he raised his head to look at Ron, and then his eyes swept over the people around Ron arrogantly—

A middle-aged woman who was as dirty as Ron, a little girl with disheveled hair, a cute little Asian boy, and a disgraced little boy standing next to him, who was a little thin.

Gilderoy Lockhart looked Harry carefully from head to toe, then jumped up suddenly and said, "Oh Merlin's beard! Isn't this Harry Potter?"

The crowd automatically moved out of the way, murmuring excitedly. There was a round of applause as Lockhart rushed forward, grabbed Harry by the arm, and pulled him forward.

Harry felt a little fever on his face, and looked at Tiera for help...

But then there was a flash of the short man's flash, which made Harry feel a little dizzy.

Lockhart firmly held Harry's hand for the photographer to take a picture.

The short man clicked the shutter frantically.

"What a beautiful smile, Harry." Lockhart himself showed off a set of bright teeth. "The two of us could be on the headlines."

When he finally let go of Harry's hand, Harry's fingers were numb.

Harry tried to slip back to Tierra, but Lockhart's arm was still on his shoulder, holding him firmly at his side.

"Ladies and gentlemen," cried Lockhart, waving to silence, "what an extraordinary moment this is! I would like to take this wonderful occasion to make a small announcement which I have been holding back for some time. Never said it."

"When young Harry walked into Lihen Bookstore today, he just wanted to buy my autobiography. I would like to give this book to him for free on the spot." There was another round of applause.

"But what he didn't know was—" Lockhart went on, shaking Harry so that his glasses slid down the tip of his nose.

"He will soon get something more valuable than my book "Magical Me". In fact, he and his classmates will get a real magical me!"

"Yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is with great pleasure and pride that I announce that this September, I will be the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Witchcraft and Wizardry!"

The crowd applauded and cheered, and Harry found himself in possession of Gilderoy Lockhart's complete set, so heavy that he staggered a little when he walked.

He managed to get out of the center of public attention and came to the wall——

Tierra was already crowded there by the restless crowd.

"Here are these for you." Harry wanted to put the book into Tierra's hand but Tierra didn't pick it up, "I'll buy it myself—"

"No need Harry." Tierra said, "My book has already been bought and sent back by the owl."

"Then these books..." Harry asked a little at a loss, this was the first time Tierra refused to accept his gift.

"Let's go, let's sell them to those witches outside." Tierra took four books from Harry, held them with one hand, and grabbed Harry's sleeve with the other hand, and came to the waiting room for signing. At the end of the queue for sale—

Then Ron, and Hermione also got Gilderoy Lockhart's autographed book, as did the Weasley twins.

Harry's nine Gilderoy Lockhart books sold for a total of 180 Galleons—

Was cut from 270 Gold Galleons to 180 Gold Galleons by a shrewd witch, but Tierra did not lose, and left the witch's contact information. Tierra showed her identity as a Hogwarts student, and now It has been so long since the signing meeting, and the news that Gilderoy Lockhart is about to take up a post at Hogwarts has gradually spread out——

So Tierra promised to sell each autographed photo to her at the price of two Galleons and five silver Sickles after school started——

Tierra has a camera, and the film he needs is provided by this witch.

The three books in Hermione's hand sold a total of 170 Galleons, and they almost caught up with Harry's nine books, because Hermione asked Gilderoy Lockhart to sign four books. Extra words are left on -

"You Are the Most Beautiful Girl - Gilderoy Lockhart" sold forty Galleons.

"Your beauty makes my heart move, I can't help being intoxicated under your pomegranate skirt - Gilderoy Lockhart" This book sold fifty-five gold Galleons.

"Your smile is like a cloud in spring, your voice is like a nightingale in summer, and your skin is like snow in winter, you are my muse, my Venus - Gilderoy Lockhart" The book was the highest, selling seventy-five gold Galleons.

There is also a book: "You are the smartest witch I have ever seen - Gilderoy Lockhart", which Hermione kept.

So did George, Fred and Ron Weasley.

Ron only sold two of his copies.

And George and Fred saw the business opportunity, one stood there in line, while the other ran to the end of the line holding a book——

It's a pity that those witches quickly saw through their thoughts. George and Fred only sold seven copies for fifteen Galleons before they were angrily driven away by the owner of Lihen Bookstore——

They didn't even make as much as Hermione.

"Let's go! Tierra, let's go shopping!" Hermione said arrogantly and grabbed Tierra's sleeve.

Tierra: ? ? ?

Don't you really think of me as Bao Si?

Let me tell you, I am not selling myself for laughing.

Perhaps because Lucius Malfoy was frightened by Tierra pretending to be Voldemort, the father and son of the Malfoy family did not come to Lihen Bookstore, and they were not even in Diagon Alley.

When Tierra was just shopping, he noticed through the Mark of the Dark Lord that Lucius Malfoy and Draco Malfoy had already disappeared within Tierra's sensing range.

Without the arrival of Lucius, naturally there would be no fight between Lucius and Arthur Weasley.

But Dobby was still far behind Tierra.

A few children - mainly Tierra, Harry, Hermione and Ron walked down Diagon Alley again in the afternoon.

Ron bought some candy, two delicious dragon sausages, and a pair of fried lizard legs.

Harry bought Tierra a new cauldron—

It can be used to cook hot pot, Tierra thought.

Hermione, on the other hand, pulled a few people back to Lihen Bookstore after the autograph session, and invested half of the first pot of money she earned in books——

In addition to buying a lot of books by myself.

He also gave Tierra several copies of "Encyclopedia of Alchemy Techniques", "History of Potions", "Black Facts" and...

How to Pursue a Witch

Tierra: ? ? ?

With a question mark on his face, he put the last "How to Pursue a Witch" back on the shelf.

"I only think about studying, and studying makes me happy," Tierra said. "I don't want to be in a relationship."

Tierra saw the look of anger in Hermione's eyes. Looking directly at her, he said, "I don't want to be in a relationship with anyone."
