"Hm, I knew it was you"

"Oh, yeah?"

Shao Liling and Feng Jiun sat beside each other. In the restaurant they had seen earlier when coming here for the first time.

Ye MinFeng, who appeared in a suit of nowhere, was expressionless. Shao Liling did not expect him to particularly smile or show any emotions towards her but the blank face was the opposite of what she had thought of.

Feng Jiun couldn't help but grow bored from the extremely awkward conversation, which seemed to have sucked the life out of her as she sat there, dazed, her eyes in the direction of the salt container as she inspected it silently.

The air around them was stiff, neither of them had suggested the sudden idea of having a meal together, if not for Feng Jiun who looked pretty pissed when neither of them directed a conversation towards each other within the wasted 10 minutes, waiting for their food.

Shao Liling noticed, that his 'animal' ears were not visible at the moment, his round, cute shaped hair was now bushier, sort of shabby, but dashing as always, along with his sleek looking forehead. She guessed that his tail would probably be in his suit jacket because it looked pretty big, suiting him perfectly nonetheless.

She had already informed Liqin and Liu Shan about their sudden dinner plan, but they were fine with it.

Shao Liling rejoiced in her mind happily when she caught a whiff of the Pork belly(A/N: Sorry if I offend anyone)she had ordered, tilting her head a little and looking sideways to actually see a person clad in an apron making their way towards their table. She grinned in excitement, flashing her white-shining teeth, completely forgetting about her surroundings as she didn't notice the certain someone's gaze on her. Who was too busy trying to watch the food server making their way towards her, sweating profusely from the intense gaze the waiter received.

"Here's your dinner, I hope you enjoy it, please ring the bell if anyone needs something"

The waiter bowed slightly, trying to keep his professional composure in front of the people he had just served, he needed to act professionally, after all, their hotel is famous for their reputation for their amazing food and service. He left, hastening his steps once out of their sight, and heaved a long breath,

'That was sure a scary glare'

"So, *chomp chomp* why'd you want *slurp* to talk with *swallow* me?"

"You should eat first, I will talk about it after you are done"

Shao Liling nodded, after all, food was one of her important priorities, she had to enjoy and savor it. Feng Jiun just stared silently, bored from her best friend and her ex. Even if not an ex boyfriend, at least her ex crush? Feng Jiun had expected some entertainment from the juicy name of Liling and her ex, at least Liling was a bit too unexcited about it so she wanted to witness it.

But what did she get? The silent treatment from both of them, exclude Ye MinFeng who did not even know her, but Liling ignored her like a stranger, just because of some pork belly? Feng Jiun grumbled quietly, unsatisfied that her best friend would ignore her for the sake of eating some pork?

'Aiiii, I hope I'll meet my first crush soon too, but still let it not be a pervert like that guy from earlier"

Feng Jiun closed her eyes, and prayed that when the next handsome man that seems 'cute' comes from the restaurant doors, she'll date him.

One from her tightly shut eyes, squint open as she glanced at the door, it pushed open, like what she had expected, and in strode, a pair of legs. She excitedly glanced up to look at this person's face, but realized that the man she had her eyes on was a middle aged, fatty, who seemed to be coupled with a stunningly gorgeous, young lady, with astonishing curves alongside with goddess like features. Feng Jiun shuddered, it was one of those old geezers who payed young girls to sleep with them. His entire left arm was drifted over her hips as he held her tightly against him, making her fake a smile. Anyone could tell the smile was fake, but that old man seemed blinded by her beauty.

Feng Jiun disappointedly sighed inwardly as her gaze was about to drift apart from the scene unfolding in front of her as she saw Liu Shan, bursting in through the door, surprising all the people who were having their meal, but continued staring at the young charming boy as he made his way towards a particular table. With a sinister grin plastered across his face, soon covered with confusion as there was a third company accompanying them.

Liu Shan could definitely tell that it was a male, from the hairstyle and his body structure from behind, he quickly made his way towards them, and grabbed Shao Liling's wrist, and said.

"What are you doing here with him? We should head back to the rooms right now. I'll accompany you"

"Just catching up on some things"

Liu Shan said from a bit far away, and turned his gaze beside Shao Liling, towards Feng Jiun who he had caught staring at him right at the moment, as he sensed someone's gaze on him from earlier. Feng Jiun just stared at him, like her normal actions as he always witnessed being stared from her whenever he was with them.

Feng Jiun was in chaotic mode inside her head, disco lights booming around unconsciously as she converted her gaze from the pretty boy in front of her. She'd admit she did had a crush on Liu Shan, but she'd heard that he was popular within other people also, so she didn't want competition, and backed off soon.

But who would have thought he'd come inside right at the moment? After all he was not even that cute in her opinion(*cough cough*).

Feng Jiun tried distracting herself back to the salt container but that guy seriously just seemed like he couldn't leave them alone as he sped towards the table with big strides.

"Hey guys, when will you be coming up?"

Liu Shan looked around, seeing the new person's face, he let out a dramatic gasp.

"Waahhh, already snatching the girls to your side, I see Mr. Gamer Clerk"

Liu Shan said, emphasizing "the" girls as both Liling and Feng Jiun rolled their eyes from the exaggerated reaction from Liu Shan when he found out about them having a meal with some other dude.

"Chill, we haven't seen each other in long, am I right MinFeng?"

Ye MinFeng who had not said anything from Liu Shan's arrival snapped out of his trance as he looked back up to her, but his eyes were different. Shao Liling noticed that as the first thing that changed him. He wasn't acting flustered anymore, he didn't act cute, h*ck he was even hotter now.

Shao Liling gulped back down her saliva that had formed inside her mouth as she hoped he heard her, it would be awkward if she had to say that again.

Ye MinFeng nodded, making Liling smile unconsciously, Feng Jiun and Liu Shan exchanging silent gazes to each other with raised eyebrows, knowing why Shao Liling smiled. But they kept quite, just observed their surroundings as Ye MinFeng finally opened up and began talking to Shao Liling.

"What are you doing here though? I heard that there was no schools or universities around here, it must be hard for you"

"I already graduated"

"Oh, ok"

Shao Liling was a bit taken aback, she wanted to ask which one highschool or university, but didn't and just kept quite.

"University"

Liking nodded, liking the fact that she didn't had to ask him twice. She couldn't help but be the one asking questions every time, unlike MinFeng who looked like someone who morphed into a statue, she kept blabbering.

"Oh, yeh. Did you had any business here?"

He shook and then nodded, it confused her.

"Hm? What do you mean?"

"I'm here on vacation, but also some business matters are included"

Feng Jiun nearly collapsed, feeling sleepy and lightheaded, she wanted to continue sleeping on the table that night, but Liu Shan dragged her towards her room as he looked around, and made his way out with Feng Jiun who walked around like a drunkard.

Suddenly, a sweet, sickening voice ruined their calm atmosphere as big puffs of perfume were shoved right in Shao Liling's face, making her face scrunched up and eyes wet, stinging them from all the chemicals excluding from Xu Shen Qing's body.

"What are you-"

"What is this bit-"

"Don't you dare call me b*tch, you're the one who came out of nowhere"

Xu Shen Qing glared silently at Shao Liling, suddenly acting angelic in front her MinFeng, and turned her head towards him, who didn't had any reaction. She batted her fake eyelashes, widening her eyes to look cute. Shao Liling wished she could throw up, but the dinner she just had was marvelous, she did not wanted to waste it on someone so insignificant in her food life.

She still did felt something deep inside the pit of her stomach, coiling itself from the nauseating smell of the perfume for god knows how much Shen Qing applied.

"So, how did you came to know of my bully?"

Shao Liling yawned, tired from the over exaggerated acting from her, the world renowned antagonist.

"She and I used to go on dates"

Shao Liling now smirked, regardless of the burning hole pointed towards her direction from a jealous little prostitute.
