"Little Star, are you close to Xia Yu?"

Song Xing Xing stared at this message for a long time and wonder why was Huo Yun Chen asking her this question.

"We're good. Why are you asking?"

"You know that I went to A City to find Xia Yu, right?"

Previously, Huo Yun Chen had asked for Xia Yu's whereabouts and Song Xing Xing gave away the address that Lu Xun found through the private investigator.

"I know." Song Xing Xing typed back. "I saw the news that you were chased by your fans in A City last night. What happened?"

Huo Yun Chen did not expect that Song Xing Xing would already see the news as well. Last night, he had not glanced at social media and did not know how he has become the talk of the netizen. His name and a few topics about him in A City shot up in the top trending topic.

In fact, the netizen was still talking about this matter up until now.

A few hours have passed since the last time his fans reported his sighting. Some fans figured out that he had left A City and some wanted to stay around and continue their search.

Huo Yun Chen briefed Song Xing Xing about the situation in A City and how he was chased by his fans due to his negligence.

Fortunately, Xia Yu was around and helped him to hide from those fans.

The fans managed to take a few blurry pictures of him but no one got a clear picture of his face. His manager has been talking with the PR team and they were planning to make a statement soon.

"Little Star, can I ask you something?" Huo Yun Chen typed after his long explanation. "Can you tell me about Xia Yu's family situation?"

Huo Yun Chen recalled Xia Yu's expression after she had talked to her mother early in the morning. Her mother's voice was so loud that he could hear her as he sat inside the car.

Xia Yu's relationship with her mother does not seem as if they were mother and daughter.

Thinking of how the bandage around Xia Yu's head last night made him distressed. Suddenly, Huo Yun Chen thought that it was not so strange for Xia Yu to have that cold and serious look on her face all the time.

Song Xing Xing stared at Huo Yun Chen's request for a few seconds long. "I'm not quite sure about her family situation. Let me get back to you when I found out something."

The two of them chatted for a while and Song Xing Xing put down her phone on the table. She stood up from her swiveling chair and looked at Liu Yu Sheng beside her. "Yu Sheng, I'm going to the restroom for a little bit."

"Oh." Liu Yu Sheng nodded before she turned to look at her computer and continued her work. Her movement halted as she found that there was something strange with her friend today.

Once Song Xing Xing returned to her seat, Liu Yu Sheng turned to her and ask, "Xing Xing, are you alright? You have been visiting the bathroom quite frequently today."

Song Xing Xing naturally did not notice her frequent visit. "Really?" She pondered for a while and spoke, "I think I drink a little too much water today. Plus. It has been a while since I stayed in this cold room."

The air conditioner in their office was always set at the lowest temperature to help the computer stay cool. Because of this, the staff would always wear a thick jacket to warm their body. Song Xing Xing had even brought along a blanket to help her stay warm in the office.

Liu Yu Sheng thought that her friend's explanation made sense and did not ask further about it. "Right. It's almost lunchtime. Do you want to go together?"

Song Xing Xing lowered her head shyly. "Actually, I'm going out for lunch with my husband."

Liu Yu Sheng chuckled. "Xing Xin, it seemed that you are still in your honeymoon mood. This is your first day coming back to work. President Lu would not even let us spend time together."

"How about another day?" Song Xing Xing spoke quickly. "It will be my treat."

"Fine." Liu Yu Sheng let out a long sigh. She stretched her hand and could not stop herself from pinching Song Xing Xing's cheek softly. "How envious. It seems that being in love has made you go prettier."

"What are you saying?" Song Xing Xing rubbed the spot where Liu Yu Sheng had pinched her earlier. "I'm always the same."

Liu Yu Sheng tilted her head to one side as he continued to observe her friend. "No. I think that your skins look better these days. You are, what did they call it? Ah, right, glowing."

Song Xing Xing took out her phone to check on her reflection. No matter how she looked at it, Song Xing Xing thought that her skins look the same.

It was probably Liu Yu Sheng's imagination.

Song Xing Xing continued to do her job and focus on the computer for a long time.

Noticing that there was a little commotion in the office, Song Xing Xing turned around and finally saw that Lu Xun was sitting at the empty seat beside her.

"When did you get here?" Song Xing Xing asked as she pulled down her headphone.

"A few minutes ago," Lu Xun said. "You were so focused on your work and I did not want to disturb you."

Song Xing Xing opened her mouth to speak but she quickly noticed that her colleague was observing them.

Her colleagues still thought that it was amazing how she had hidden her relationship with President Lu Xun. They were obviously dating but when they were in front of others, they had hidden their relationship well.

Her cheek turned redder and Song Xing Xing quickly suggested to Lu Xun to go out and go out for lunch.

Lu Xun helped her with the door before he slid into the driver's seat. "What do you want to eat?"

"Anything is fine. I spent a long hour in that cold office. I'm starving."

"Seafood again?"

"No. Let's eat something else. We already eat a lot of seafood during our honeymoon trip. I need to watch my weight."

Heaving a helpless sigh, Lu Xun then drove off from the studio and headed to a quiet restaurant that they have visited a while ago.

Song Xing Xing recalled her conversation with Huo Yun Chen earlier that day and spoke again. "Hubby, can you help me to look up for something?"

Lu Xun glanced at her. "What is it?"

Song Xing Xing briefed him about her conversation with Huo Yun Chen and asked, "Can you help and figure out about Xia Yu's family situation?"
