You're My Only Star

Lu Xun was surprised at his girlfriend's sudden action.

He could not help but wonder why she was a little enthusiastic. Earlier, she had pushed him to the wall and kissed him. Now, she was tugging at his collar and kissing him in front of someone else.

Previously, she was always shy. Whenever he kissed her a little longer, her face would turned red and she would not dare to look at him.

However, after he found her in front of his door, Lu Xun found that something was changing with his girlfriend.

Is she drunk? It doesn't seem that way...

Before he could process his thoughts, the girl had already pulled away from him.

Song Xing Xing wiped the corner of her lips with her thumb. Then, she turned to the woman at the door and raised her head a little. There was a hint of arrogance as she looked at Xu Jiao.

The corner of her lips tilted up upon seeing the woman's dumbfounded expression. "I'm sorry miss, but this man belonged to me. You shouldn't touch recklessly anything that did not belong to you."

Her eyes widened. Xu Jiao did not expect that the woman would be this arrogant! Looking at President Lu's expression, it did not seem as if he minded the way this woman was acting.

"You! Who are you?" Xu Jiao asked. She gave Song Xing XIng a look over and look down on the way she was dressed. "How can you be this shameless?"

Such a plain-looking girl. How dare she try to seduce President Lu with that look?

"I'm his girlfriend. What's wrong with acting shamelessly?" Song Xing Xing took a deep breath to calm her anger.

"What?"

Xu Jiao's heartbeat accelerated.

This person... is President Lu's girlfriend?

It was at this time that Xu Jiao seemed to recall that President Lu had revealed to the public that he was now in a relationship,

Xu Jiao did not think that President Lu's girlfriend would be here. According to the information she had received earlier, President Lu had come to the hotel alone. Her informant did not mention anything regarding a girlfriend.

Her lips parted as she wanted to say something. However, as she met the girl's eyes, Xu Jiao was frightened at the girl's domineering air. 

Suddenly, her ears caught the sounds of footsteps heading towards them. Turning around, two security staff were frowning in displeasure at her.

"President Lu," one of the staff greeted.

The moment they received a call from the reception, the security staff had rushed out to head to the VVIP floor. Unexpectedly, they ran into a group of troublesome customers. The situation was a bit dangerous and they could not leave without helping.

Because of that, the guards were delayed.

They did not expect that once they arrived, the VVIP guest would be waiting for them at the door. Moreover, President Lu's expression did not look very good.

President Lu is a frequent guest at their hotel and every staff knew about his relationship with their President Zhang.

The security staff was beginning to worry about their future. If this VVIP staff filed a complaint, they would surely receive harsh punishments.

"You're finally here."

The security staff was scared upon hearing President Lu's words. "President Lu, what can we do for you?" They did not even try to make an excuse regarding their lateness.

Lu Xun pointed his finger at Xu Jiao. "I don't know how she does it, but I think this woman had entered the VVIP floor without permission. Please, investigate."

The security staff nodded. They turned to Xu Jiao and dragged her away. Xu Jiao tried to struggle and shout but the security staff stuffed her mouth with some clothes as they did not want her to disturb the other guests.

The commotion ended with the guards dragging Xu Jiao away. The surroundings turned quiet and everyone finally had some peace.

Song Xing Xing glanced at Lu Xun before she turned around and headed inside the room. Her gaze fell on the broken glass on the floor. Song Xing Xing crouched down and began to pick them up.

It would be dangerous to leave them there for a long time. Someone could have gotten hurt.

Just as she was about to pick up another piece, someone had grabbed her hand, preventing her from making any move.

"Don't touch them. They're dangerous. What if you get hurt?" Lu Xun spoke. He studied Song Xing Xing's hands and heaved in relief when he did not find any injury on them. "I will call the room service and ask them to clean this up immediately."

Lu Xun began to worry when his girlfriend did not say a word but instead continued to look at the broken glass.

His heart ached and he did not know what he should do to coax her. His heart was cursing Xu Jiao again.

After a brief hesitation, Lu Xun stood up and carried her in his arms. He put her gently on the sofa and sighed. He walked over to the table and called housekeeping to help him clear up the glasses.

Once he put down the phone, Lu Xun returned to Song Xing Xing's side.

He did not know what was going through her mind and he did not like the situation they were in now. His girlfriend would not even look at him at this time.

"Xing Xing," Lu Xun called. His voice sounded pitiful. "I have nothing to do with that woman. I promise. If I knew that she was knocking at my door, I would not open my door for her. You know it yourself. Previously when you came and ring my doorbell, I did not open my door because I'm worried that something like this might happen."

Song Xing Xing continued to stay silent It seemed that coaxing his girlfriend would be a challenge...

"That woman seemed to know you. Who is she?"

"She's a new talent under NEXT Bright Agency. But starting from tomorrow, she won't be anymore. I will call Director Fei and let him manage this situation."

"This is your company. Whatever you do to her had nothing to do with me."

Lu Xun pressed his lips into a thin line. He wanted to smile but the situation would be wrong. However, Song Xing Xing's pouting face was just too adorable.

Song Xing Xing looked at her boyfriend unhappily. Even though she knew that he was not at fault, she was still unhappy. That woman had hugged Lu Xun in front of her and rubbed her body on his. It was making her uncomfortable.

Her gaze fell on Lu Xun's white robe as she recalled that incident.

Song Xing Xing reached forward and tugged at his bathrobe. "Take this off."

Lu Xun stared back at her, wondering what was she planning to do.

"Just now, that woman had touched you," Song Xing Xing said. "I can smell her perfume on your bathrobe. Take this off and change into another one."

Lu Xun breathed in relief knowing that it was not what he had in mind. "Alright. Wait here.. I'll go and change."
