"Attention Ladies and Gentlemen, this evening we are celebrating a toast to my son and his beloved fiancée Aia Suzuki's engagement." Lady Takahashi announced loudly.

Everyone clapped and celebrated this night with us by also raising their glasses to us. It was soon then time for me and Riku's first dance together. I was kinda shy at first to see what he would think but seeing his face looks like he has no expressions inside or outside at all.

"May I have this dance?" Riku asked while bowing and offering his hand to me.

"Yes you may." I replied and gave my wrap for Kai to hold. I placed my hand in his then guided me to the dance floor and the music started playing a soft slow song. He intertwined his fingers with mine and gently put his hand on the back of my waist as I put my other hand on his shoulder. He then guided me through the slow song and everyone stared at us. He glided me through the spins and twirls and kept dancing until the end of the song.

"It was a pleasure to dance with you Miss Aia." Riku said bowing.

I heard everyone clapping for us and then went back to their own business. Riku escorted me to the balcony and pulled out a chair for me.

"Do you not wish to sit?" I asked.

"No thank you." He said looking off into the distance.

I looked at him and I could tell that he didn't really want to talk including all the energy he gave into all that dancing. We both looked out into the distance and I personally did enjoy this moment with him.

"Pardon for the interruption, but I'm afraid it is time to go home Miss Aia." Kai politely said.

"You should get going." Riku said still staring at the distance.

"Yeah I should." I said and got up from my chair.

"It was nice meeting you again." I said.

I waited for his answer to what he would say to that. hut he never gave me one so I left while Kai escorted my parents and I back to the car and we headed home.
