You are my Sunshine

The moment they arrived at the Lim's private strip in Fountain Country, Marga was surprised to that they were a lot of people waiting for their arrival.She was familiar with the few servants of the mansion what were waiting, the new faces she guessed were the people her Aunt probably called to personally take care of her today to make sure that she would look like a princess.

"Don't worry dear, even if your husband is not here, you still have us to support you.Remember that you promised Fatima that you will not worry about her today and I'm sure that if she sees how happy you, then she would be too." Johanna swiftly grabbed Marga's hand when she saw the panic on her face with the sudden attention given to her, but breathed a sigh of relief when she finally nods in agreement.

A while back.....

Their luggage was all loaded to the car boot when suddenly Fatima's heart monitor beeped, everyone was worried most especially, Marga.Fatima coaxed the little girl and said that she will be alright, but Marga doesn't seem too convinced and was ready to stay there until she was sure she's fine.With one worried look from his wife, Stephen stepped forward and patted the girl's head "I will stay here with Aunt Fatima so that you don't have to worry so much about her, okay?" then gently looked into his wife's eyes.Marga was struggling inside, she wanted Stephen to be there too, but she thought back, he was right, if Stephen did come, she will be thinking of Sister Fatima the whole time and she might ruin her Aunt Johanna's plan for her, so she nodded hesitantly.

"Promise that you will enjoy your ball today Marga.You have been worried about me for so long dear, just for today be happy and don't worry about me,if you won't then I will never allow you to come and see me again," Fatima said in a serious tone, which Marga nodded again in agreement.

At present...

They did not go to the mansion, instead, they drove directly to the hotel where the ball will be held, and as expected everyone was bustling and hustling to finish the setup, although it was two in the afternoon.Tommy and George were lead to their rooms, and very meekly, Johanna volunteered to take George to his room, but did not escape the elders' hearing and he squinted his eyes towards his niece to which Johanna ignored royally.

"The party will start at six, so you still have to rest.And I have also prepared some suits for the both of you and see if they fit, if not then we can make some adjustments, we do have time to do that." Johanna said while they were entering the elevator.

"Thanks, Aunt Johanna, ahm, I just need to go make a call first, you both go ahead." Tom was executing their plan to create more opportunities for his Father and Johanna.

"Oh okay Tom, do you have your keycard with you?" Johanna hurriedly said the young man was leaving in such haste like he did not want to be a third wheel inside the elevator.

"Yup!" then turned around and did not even look back at the odd couple.

"I left your Aunt and Father in the elevator." he texted Marga, then he stopped abruptly when he saw someone familiar, it was the same lady that wanted to hook up with his brother, what's the name again, hmmm, this memory of his, oh, it was Dr Tan.Marga is going to be pissed if she sees this woman again, he was already laughing inside his head when he remembered how that stupid girl drunk four mugs of beer because she was jealous, he shook his head then decided not to tell Marga anything, and went to the dining hall for some food.

Just as he was about to go the opposite direction, he accidentally bumped into a someone, "Sorry Sir!" he immediately said.The person just looked at him with his eyes shooting daggers at him, he felt rather awkward, it was just a small bump, he was not hurt or anything, "Are you hurt?" he still asked even if it was obvious that he was not.The man still did not say a word and furiously stared at him, and with a loud grunt, he turned around.Who was that man, it looked like he wanted to skin me alive? and it made him shiver with that idea making him lose his appetite altogether.
