382 Revenge (3)

"The only reason you aren't bleeding on the floor is because you weren't part of the group that attacked me."

"However, you knew about it, and that makes you my enemy."

Andy gritted his teeth and shouted, "What should I have done? Without them, I would be nothing!"

Isaac turned around. His eyes were hazy and unfocused. Then, he stepped out of the room and left.

Andy clenched his fist and looked toward his phone. He grabbed it and opened a messaging app. However, when his fingers were about to type, he closed the phone and smashed it into the wall!

Crack!

"Fuck!"

After Isaac drank the soda served by Kira, he excused himself and left the building toward his next destination.

This time, it was the dojo.

After reaching it, he was led to Lionel's private training room, and they began training.

After the sparring match, both were drenched in sweat, and Lionel looked amazed.

"You have learned so much in only a day." He helped Isaac to stand up, who was again assaulted by a sharp pain.

Isaac wryly smiled. Then, they took out bottles of water and gulped them down.

Once their discussions died down, Isaac spoke with a serious look.

"I will make a move on Oliver. Soon, my revenge will be completed."

Lionel's eyes widened in shock, "You aren't ready!"

Isaac dropped his gaze and saw his trembling hands, "I have a plan…"

"Doesn't matter. You really aren't ready!" Lionel tried to stop his friend from doing anything rash that would make him regret it. He was certain that Isaac could get his revenge in six months' time.

He only needed to focus on his training, and no one could be his match in the future. However, it looked like Isaac was becoming impatient.

"I might not be…" Isaac sighed and looked him in the eye. His gray eyes showed a beautiful reflection, and his face had a confident smile.

"But, I can do this… I know I can!"

Lionel dropped his staff and wiped his sweat. He took a deep breath, trying to relax his mind, and then he asked.

"When are you going to do it?"

"Tomorrow."

Lionel's calm facade cracked, and his emotions were a mess, "Tomorrow… That's…"

"I know." Isaac stood up and repeated, "I know."

"But, with him still out there, I will always be a coward."

Lionel looked at him in a new light. He mainly had thought that Isaac was a very protected individual, and because of that, he would be weak and unreliable.

However, now, he had to admit that Isaac showed that he was powerful in his own right. Now, he resembled much more of Marvin than ever before.

Lionel patted his shoulder and said, "Good luck…"

Isaac nodded and left the private room with a towel on his shoulder.

"Be careful…" Lionel murmured with closed eyes. Tomorrow, Snowstar might be different than before.

The next day.

After a shimmer of light seeped through the narrow openings of the curtains, Isaac woke up with a heavy body. There was an unspeakable amount of tension within his muscles and mind.

Today, his life would take a turn to be better or worse.

He stood up and went to take a shower. After that, he put on his clothes and took out the box.

Then, he wrapped the headset around his head, and he lay down on the bed.

Soon, his consciousness was transferred to his avatar.

"Haahhh…" Isaac opened his mouth with a relaxed breath. The calm scent of summer tickled his nostrils, and his vision was covered with a white ceiling.

After sitting up, he slowly opened his inventory and took out a light green-colored Pearl.

"This is it…" Isaac took another deep breath and calmly closed his eyes.

In his mind, an image of his real-life room became visible. Then, his mouth moved up and down slowly.

"My room…"

The teleportation pearl shone brilliantly, and his whole body was teleported away. His consciousness traveled across multiple realms and worlds.

His vision showed different scenery and worlds. Then, he heard voices of Gods echoing in his mind, and a few gazes were locked on him.

The gazes weren't hostile. Instead, friendly and loving.

Soon, his body regained its feelings and senses. Isaac's eyelids trembled; soon, his gray eyes were wide open, and he saw his spacious room.

In the bed, his real-life self was sleeping with a skinsuit tightly, hugging his body. Then, Isaac took off his avatar's clothes and put something more casual on.

He still had to look like he was from this world.

After putting new garments on, he stored his Camouflage Outfit in his inventory. Then, he took another look at his sleeping self.

Afterward, he took his bag from underneath the bed and opened the window. There was again the rope made from blankets in his hand, which he dropped out of the window.

He used it to climb down, but while halfway done, he remembered his avatar's physical prowess. He removed his hands and dropped to the ground.

His feet softly landed on the ground, and there wasn't even a tinge of pain visible.

He grabbed the blanket and threw it back to his room's windows, and it landed perfectly on top of his desk.

Then, he hopped over the fence and ran to the forest. Instantly, his speed seemed unnatural and impossible to be performed within the human body.

Once entering the forest, his feet barely touched the snow piles as he basically ran on top of it. His body sprinted across the woods like a cheetah, and he could only see the blurry trees going past him as he soon reached the end of the forest.

He again entered the neighborhood for middle-class people and continued walking in the streets. He went past aunt Kira's and Andy's house and soon left the area.

After looking around him and seeing that no one was nearby, he jumped on top of a building with a triangular-shaped roof. He didn't know how long his time limit was and had to hurry because of it.

That's why he began jumping on top of the roofs, and soon, he arrived in the Red Light District.
