We Live in Dragon's Peak

66 Stone carved gilds

The day after I received my letter, I quickly headed to the north of King's Capital, where Jildo lived.

There is a royal castle in the heart of the king's capital. And to the north of the royal castle there is a robust fortress prepared for the incoming Fei Long, as well as military garrisons.

The living quarters of Wang Dumin to the south, the commercial district to the east, and the town factory made by the artisans to the west were the general residential divisions of Wang Du.

But it's not all military people living in the north, and artisans because they live in the west, it's not like that.

Just a rough division of residence, that's all.

So I guess that doesn't mean Mr. Zildo is a soldier, either.

I mean, I think he's probably from the Dragon Nation, so I don't think he's going into the Army of the Kingdom of Arms.

I bypass the royal castle and step into the northern district.

Unlike the glamour of the south and east, the north is robust and boneless in much of what it sees.

After all, it feels like Fei Long is making his defense a priority because he can be attacked.

I rely on the map I was given with the letter to follow a maze of paths.

I wish I'd built a bigger, bigger road because the North is a military base, but I wonder if there's something I don't know about it.

I walk halfway around the mountain with a map in one hand.

There are a lot of people going around in the north, too, but I feel like there are a lot of tough men in one way or another.

I've hardly ever been to the north, so my breasts bounce to discover if the atmosphere is different in the same capital.

But at the next moment, my mind was tightened by the importance of the trials to wait for.

If I fail this trial, I will have to break up with Mistral.

I absolutely don't like that.

I don't want to lose Mistral. [M]

Why do you have such tough conditions for trials where you just get things?

I wonder what Old Sleighsta thought and imposed this test on me.

And Mistral agrees with me on this one, which drives my sense of impatience.

Does Mistral want to break up with me? Or do you trust me if I don't fail?

I didn't tell Louiseine about the trial.

Because I didn't want to worry, and I didn't want to show my pitiful inner self upset by the terms of the trial.

So even when I met Louiseine at school this morning, I only had a normal conversation.

As I walked in anticipation, the private house became neglected, and I could see the northern outer wall ahead.

The only exterior wall being demolished is on the east side.

The other three still have robust exterior walls, but the north side is the most robust of them all.

The outer walls, combined with the fort, are the heights to look up.

Maybe twice as expensive as the Arc de Triomphe left in the east.

Mr. Zildo lives along this outer wall, the map said.

I can walk without getting lost, as Mistral-like scriptures and pictures detail Mr. Zildo's place of residence.

Near the outer wall, the private house was further neglected.

I knew it was because the Fei Long was coming at me.

There are not so many people who like to live in dangerous places.

Further along according to the map, one seemingly narrow stone house was seen at the end of an empty space rolled with rocks and stones of all sizes.

Right here, definitely.

You can't be wrong. Because there's not a single house around.

I arrived at the desired house, avoiding the rolling rock.

Does Mr. Zildo live here?

I knock on the entrance door as I stiffen my body to tension.

I wonder if Mr. Zildo is a difficult man.

Old Sleighsta told me to get something, but he also said it was a tough trial at the same time.

I'm sure Mr. Zildo is a reasonable person to believe that it's a tough trial even though he just gets stuff.

Are you stubborn? Are you a bigot?

I wondered what he was like, and waiting, unfortunately, no one showed up from the house.

Mmm.

Is he away?

I knock on the door again, calling Mr. Zildo's name.

But there's no response.

Trouble.

I didn't expect to be there.

I wonder if he's a difficult person to meet in and of itself.

I'll go around the back of the stone house and see if I'm really deserted.

"Ah."

I was in the back.

A grandfather in a seemingly narrow outfit held a rock in one hand and sat still.

That's crazy. I didn't feel any signs.

If you were behind the house, I would have felt signs right now.

"Um, is that Mr. Zildo?"

I speak horribly to my grandfather, who does not make the rock slight with one hand.

Then Grandpa reacted to my voice.

"Hmm, it's unusual for people to come here"

My grandfather, who looked back, could stretch his beard and hair all he wanted.

"Is that Mr. Zildo? I came here with an introduction."

"Non is indeed called Jildo. I wonder whose introduction."

To my awed attitude, Mr. Zildo came with a soft grin.

Unlike the weird guy I imagined, he seemed to me like a very nice grandfather.

Oh, my God, I wonder if I was too worried.

I stroked my chest down inside. [M]

"Yes, I brought you a reference"

I will hand Mistral's letter to Mr. Zildo, who has come to his side.

When Jildo receives the letter with a smile, he slices the seal and alters the contents.

Is this man really a dragon tribe?

Mr. Zildo in front of me seemed less hectic than any dragon tribe person I had ever met on Dragon Peak.

I wonder if the Dragon Nation is my mistake.

I haven't heard from Old Sleighsta that Mr. Zildo is a dragon tribe.

Maybe Mistral's the kind of person who bothered to write letters, so he just thought I was a dragon tribe on my own.

"Hmm, introducing Princess Dragon"?

Say it, Mr. Zildo, and look me in the eye.

My back is as long as mine.

I'm shorter than average, so my grandfather will be shorter.

"I thought someone was going to visit me here any day, but I didn't think people's, such cute boys would. I'm not going to live long."

Mr. Zildo turned a gentle grin on me.

I smile back too. [M]

"Your position and circumstances were well understood in the letter."

Mr. Zildo invites me into the house.

I did not hesitate to follow Zildo into the house.

The house was just as elegant as Mr. Anemone's house, which he visited at Dragon Peak.

Minimum old furniture. The floor is a ground sweep, with just a laying cloth spread over it.

There was only one room, and all the beds and candlesticks were placed in the same space.

It's multiple times more qualitative than my house, which I'm aware isn't very wealthy.

But the only thing in that primitive position that was misplaced was on the fireplace.

A sword.

Is it a song knife? There is one thin, long sword to the contrary, and this is all that seems important.

"Come on, you've often come this far first"

Mr. Zildo drew water from the water bottle and handed it to me.

I thank you and drink well.

That's right. There's actually quite a distance between me, who lives on the south side of the Wang capital, and Mr. Jildo, who lives on the northernmost tip of the north.

That's why I've been running all over my body all the way down the road.

If you had no dragon temper, you would have had to come over for the night.

"I found out in this letter why you came here."

Wait for me to catch a breath, Mr. Zildo proceeds.

Oh, I wasn't named after you.

"Yeah, I say Elnea Ease. Sorry I'm late in introducing myself."

"Hmm. Ernea. Nice name."

Mr. Zildo smiles.

He seems really nice.

I wonder why someone who seems so nice lives in a dangerous place in the north.

And why is it so hard to get stuff from this guy?

"The fact that you came here to introduce Princess Dragon must be entrusted to you."

Mr. Zildo takes the song knife set up on top of the fireplace.

"But"

Mr. Zildo also takes a straight sword that was placed unwrought on top of the fireplace.

"You can't give it to me unconditionally."

And he threw a straight sword at me.

"Come on, let's have a fight. If I get one from Non, I'll give you the best treasure of Non."

I was confused by the sudden unfolding of an alternating comparison between the received straight sword and Mr. Zildo.

"The letter said you were duplicitous. I'm sorry about what I usually use, but you should use it."

"Yeah, but..."

"If you use duplicity, use two swords. Non is not weak enough to be attenuated."

Mr. Zildo had the same gentle grin, but only his eyes were sharper.

"Come on, quick, but I thought I'd go outside. The deadline was written this year. We're not going to cut it, so we have to hurry or we'll be late."

How far does the letter say?

I wonder if it details me, too.

Besides, if we don't hurry through this year, is Mr. Zildo a master of considerable swords?

I rush out of the house.

"There is no one else here. I can do it all I want."

Mr. Zildo had already set up a song knife outside.

A beautiful rippled curved knife glares reflecting the light of the sun that began to tilt.

"Are you sure you want to fight?"

"Bye. Non cannot treasure those who do not deserve it. If you can't get a bottle out of an old man like Nunn by the end of the year, give it up."

My heart froze in the harsh words of a smile.

I thought he was a warm grandfather, and I was alarmed.

Is that what you mean?

Do I have to fight this grandfather and win? [M]

I wonder if Old Sleighsta knew who this grandfather was and said it was hard for me to think he was a tough opponent right now.

I wonder if I can beat this grandfather. [M]

The feeling I saw seemed soft on the waist and not compelling except for the sharpness of the eye.

"Come on, what's up"

Mr. Zildo rushed me, and I set up my weapon in a hurry.

On your right hand is a borrowed straight sword. The left hand is the usual wooden knife of a spirit tree.

The straight sword was a little heavy, but I wonder if Dragon Qi could handle it with one hand.

Mr. Zildo narrows his eyes softly to my position.

"It was written in a letter. Dragon Sword Dance? Which, let me show you."

Mr. Zildo stepped into my time at once. [M]

I wasn't more alert than I was putting up a weapon.

I will respond to Mr. Zildo's steps with a straight sword beside him.

It's a dragon-headed swing. Now play Mr. Zildo's blow.

I thought I was better played. [M]

They don't leave me empty where I've been disfigured and get stuck.

I stepped on my balls and put on my butt cake without taking it off.

The sharp edge of a song knife that can stick in front of you.

I was taken aback by a moment. [M]

"If this is a serious battle, you're dead"

I took my breath off Mr. Zildo's tough words.

"What are you doing here? What readiness did you come with? You can't beat me if you're half-baked."

I was alarmed by Mr. Zildo's atmosphere. [M]

Yes, I have to take this seriously, cousin.

Didn't Old Sleighsta say it was tough enough to take a long deadline?

Looks like Mr. Zildo is much stronger than he looks.

I get back on my feet.

"Again, please"

And now you cut in from me.
