We Live in Dragon's Peak

3 The demons are coming.

The day changes and the next day. I went to school with my bare hands. The truth is, I was planning on sourcing my own weapon within yesterday, but I totally forgot if I'd gone to see Listeir and Kyoto.

I have no choice, so let's borrow weapons at school for today's martial arts class.

I mean, I'm going into full-scale martial arts archery today, so if it's true, it was my own weapon class. I can't help what I don't have.

When I went to school, only a few of my other students were unarmed.

I had company. and delighted also once, that they would take the class of the spell man, and they didn't need weapons from the beginning.

That's why I borrowed a medium sword from my teacher before my martial arts class.

I have to take it seriously because martial arts is not just a year from next year, but a technique that will protect me when I encounter demons as I spend the rest of my life. My teachers' gaze hurt when I went to school unarmed on the first day of that full-scale exercise.

Starting today, half of the morning will be spent in seating, and the other half will be martial arts time. Those with a curse were to be trained in spells, and clerics and witches serving in the temple were to return and take up their duties.

As Listeir and I were having another heated conversation about the previous day's Kyoto play before the martial arts class, Keeli arrived with his discipline to return to the temple.

"Listea, I'm so sorry about yesterday"

"Oh, Keeli. Nothing to worry about. Because working for a witch is important. I'll have the ticket next time, so I'll come with you then. This is a great play."

"Be sure to do it again then"

Keeli smiled, bowing politely like a witch, and looked at me.

"You think you were with Listeer all day yesterday instead of me? I envy you because we are rarely alone."

Keeli glanced at me a little.

Yeah, I wonder if I'm jealous. Well, I'm pretty sure I had a delicious feeling yesterday about Keeli's sudden errands.

"Haha, welcome yesterday"

I thanked Keeli like an apology with my head. [M]

"Ugh."

Keeli swells her cheeks and sends her protest gaze again. Well, I guess you're not really mad at me. I've never seen a witch Keeli genuinely angry in the first place.

Besides, no matter how much saggy Keeli stared at me, it was just not compelling and cute.

"Keeli, if we don't hurry up, we're gonna be late."

It was Inea the Witch as well who came to get Keeli. She was a small, child-faced, often seen younger and cared for herself, but she was an active and good daughter.

"Right. Shall we go home? See you tomorrow, Listea, Ernea."

Keeli bowed down and dropped out of school with the last witch Luiseine who came after him.

"Let's hurry to the training ground too."

I was prompted by Listeer to hurry to the training ground.

The training ground is on the premises next to the school. Why not co-locate it on campus, to direct demons to the training ground and crusade when demons come out in Wang Dynasty.

When we arrived at the training ground, the other students had already arrived and were waiting for the teachers to arrive as they showed each other their weapons.

After all, there are many students with swords. The sword was popular because it was easy to handle and not disturbing even if it was usually on the hips. Some of them had spears, hand axes or shields.

I know the spear, but I think the shield. The shield is effective in interpersonal terms, but it's pointless in front of the overwhelming power of the big demons, the demons, and the divine clans that are said to be building empires in the South, isn't it? Then there are many occasions when lightweight and lightweight are more effective as possible, the teacher also said in seating.

Watching everyone's gear comes teachers and retired kingdom knights, and the class begins.

"Well, I wonder why you've banned me from getting my own weapon until now after enrolling in school"

I answer the teacher's questions.

It's supposed to be a question for everyone, but it's cowardly of you to say it without taking your gaze off me.

"First, to identify the type of weapon that was available to me, first to try all kinds of weapons in school, then to get my stuff and practice it."

"You're right. So I wonder if Ernea, who didn't bring a weapon today, could not yet identify the weapon"

Ugh, I blushed at the mean words of a teacher.

I get laughs from my classmates.

Embarrassing.

But it was a fact that the weapon to be used had not yet been defined. I've tried to deal with all kinds of swords, bows, spears and stuff so far, but I didn't really have anything coming. That's why I borrowed it today by choosing a median sword that was no difficulty.

"From now on, I'm going to use the weapon I brought with me to put on an archery. When swinging because there is actually a blade, do it with care around."

The teacher's words became the first, and we broke up into different types of weapons to do an audition.

Because I was a medium sword, I was in the same group as Listeer and pretended to be bareback.

Though a medium sword, it's a chunk of iron. I have a heavy and immediate shortness of breath, partly because I'm unfamiliar with it. Unlike me like that, Listaire was auditioning for a meeting with a man who became the same group when he pulled out the Holy Sword.

A male student wielding a one-handed straight sword to the right and to the left. His name is Kizilm. My body doesn't even flow on straight swords that my physique wields well.

Still, it wasn't Listeer's opponent, and Kizilm was lightly done, even though he was doing everything he could.

Not because he was chosen by the Holy Sword, but because the original local power and talent are too different from ours. Even the teachers couldn't beat Listeir, so the martial arts time was in a position to teach nature and him to the students as well.

I want to be the kind of man I can look at with envy from around me one day. With that in mind, I repeat my practice of descending and descending the medium sword up and down.

Even if you can't make it, you have to build enough strength to deal with it alone when the demons attack you. I worked so hard at archery that I never had another chance to beg someone as amazing as Listeur to teach me.

Then by the time my belly bug let me know it was time for lunch, there was a noise near the entrance to the training ground.

When I saw what was going on, several adventurous startups rushed inside.

"Guide the demons, the students evacuate!

A man with a mustache who came with a splendid armor roughs up his voice. Everyone who was in the training ground stood colored in that voice.

"He said it was a demon!

Even Listeer was surprised.

I can't help it. Demons aren't what you usually see.

There are three main types of organisms in the suburbs, or out of town, that can endanger a person's life.

One is a demon. This is a troublesome guy who shows up all over town, not just in the suburbs, but as long as he's taken care of it, he'll be fine as long as he's not too big a deal. I mean, I was training now to be okay.

And when the demon is defeated, the demon crystal stone can be removed from the body. The attributes of the magic crystal stones we can take depend on the demons, and they were an essential necessity when we usually lived.

If it is a demonic crystalline stone of the flame attribute, for example, it can be carried in a cloth to keep warm in cold winters, or if it is an object of the water attribute, well water or water of rivers or ponds can be purified for safe drinking.

There were many adventurers who actively hunted demons to collect Demonic Crystals because demand is constant with consumables, even though it is essential in their daily lives.

The next thing I know, it's called the Warcraft. It can be bigger or more ferocious than a wild beast or something, but it basically doesn't come within a person's sphere of life. Occasionally enough people who went hunting animals in mountains and plains ran into each other and were damaged.

However, warcraft can be cunning and more intelligent than human beings, so even ordinary adventurers were dangerous when encountered.

Finally, demons. There is no decision as to where this will appear, but little will be witnessed in the first place. The appearance says that demons also took the form of insects and some of them intangibles, earthlings, etc., and that warcraft resembles beasts as the name suggests, but demons look creepy that doesn't seem like they belong in the world.

In fact, the demon who was lured in through the entrance to the training ground was creepy.

From the sleeves of a decaying coat was extended like three elongated fingers, with sharp claws cloudy in purple ahead.

He had no legs at his feet, instead he had a single lizard-like tail out, fluttering and floating in the universe.

The part of his face was dark even though it was daytime, and the only thing in the middle was one eye glowing bright red.

Peer students screaming and running away from fear. Me, too, of course.

Go to the prep building and shelter, opposite the entrance.

"Slutton! You take the Celses and evacuate."

"What are you gonna do?"

"Of course, I join the adventurers!

Slutton and Listeer ran out to each one to check briefly.

I look at it sideways, and I do my best to get to the prep building.

Murray. I can't even deal with demons, but I can't even be afraid to get close to demons.

I was never weak, but I understood myself.

The adventurer was cut off by a demon who had entered the training ground completely.

A man with a mustache who was screaming at us earlier to escape is waving his sword in the lead.

But the demon flirtatiously creeps through the universe, fleeing.

A woman with a spear stabbed the demon from behind in a gap where a bearded man was drawing attention.

Did it, or I thought so, but the demon only turned his attention to the big man with the beard without looking like he cared.

The spear woman was stunned by her lack of response.

"It's no use, it won't work unless it's a cursed weapon!

As the bearded man screamed, one giant with a great shield fell on the devil's claw. Creepy purple nails skewer the belly of a giant when they penetrate without showing any resistance like a big shield or other piece of paper.

As it was, the demon threw down the giant and rose to the sky where the great sword of the bearded man could not be reached.

There are no hands or feet on adventurers with close weapons when they are raised above.

But there, a few arrows of light flew in.

It's a witch's unleashed attack spell.

There was a witch permanently stationed in the training grounds just in case.

The directly hit demon screams painfully and lowers altitude.

There, furthermore, a tornado of red lotus flames struck the demon.

With the Holy Sword of Fire, it was Listeer's grand move.

Caught in a tornado of red lotus, the demon makes even more creepy screams.

"Did you do it?"

Said one of the adventurers.

"Don't be alarmed! Demons don't die to this extent."

Listeer arriving on the front issues a warning. As Listea warned, the demon was in pain and boredom but showed no signs of death.

"Stand back if you don't have a spell weapon. The wounded should also step back to the witch for help."

Listeer is a brave man everyone knows. No one ridiculed him for being a boy, and the four adventurers, who followed instructions and did not carry a cursed weapon, withdrew.

He holds a giant man with his belly pierced and takes him to the rear witch.

"Brave man, can you defeat him with your holy sword?"

"It's tough while chopping it up. If you tap the curse of the Holy Sword directly into his body, you'll probably be able to defeat him."

"I mean, you should just stab the Holy Sword and tap into the spell,"

The bearded man and Listeer make a short check on the operation and move.

Three adventurers intercept the demon who first tries to escape over the sky, with Listeir and the witch releasing flames and magic, with a cursed weapon where they have fallen.

The demon went to the attention of a listeur with a powerful holy sword and continued to be wounded by a hand-wounded adventurer.

When the demon deflects attention from the Listeer to an obstinate attack, the Listeer is attacked there with a blow all over him.

Demons rushing to the sky.

The demons and the Listeners' offense spanned a long time.

We had to take a spit from the prep building and watch it.

Along the way, two adventurers took a deep toll, and the witch's powers were exhausted.

When the remaining Listeer and the bearded man were put at a disadvantage, Listeer's daughters rose.

"If it's a spell weapon, we have it, too."

Led by a slender, beautiful, straight sword-like Selice, there's Namy with a single-edged medium sword, a double-handed long sword slatton, and a spellman's crecio from the rear. He rushed to the inferior Listeir and entered the war.

The situation brings it back.

The Sluttons, who have acted with Listeir so far, look a few steps above the combination of brave men and adventurers organized in a steeplechase and push the demons.

Still, the demon crusade took time. It was at a moment when Listeir stabbed the demon with the Holy Sword and knocked him down with a freshly held curse all the way around the noon.

Listeir, who wiped out the demon, ran out of power and sat down with a rough breath.

The other daughters-in-law sit in like they did their best.

A cheer came from the prep building. I get a voice to praise the adventurers and the Listeers.

Listeer responded with her hands up to the cheer, but quickly fell asleep in large letters on the ground.

I was worried you'd be okay, but apparently you were getting really tired.

Master Celice was giving him a knee pillow and signaling over here that he was okay.

And of course, we cursed at the envy of the knee pillow.
