Feng Jianyu picked the file and started reading it. After some time, he closed the file. 'Alice let's extend an olive branch to you', He thought inwardly and pressed the button to call his assistant.

His assistant knocked on the door and came inside.

He looked at his assistant and ordered, "Organize an International Informatics Talent Hunt exam. It will be conducted here in Country Y".

He got up, picked his coat and started walking out. His assistant was walking beside him noting down the instructions, "Get it done by the end of next month."

"But sir, we always conduct it in the month of May after college exams get over. Now, all of a sudden if we prepone it by a month it will be a loss for us". Perplexed by the sudden change of event, his assistant tried to reason with him.

"NO, it won't! This time we are going to get an unprecedented talent in the field of computer science. This talent will prove to be the biggest asset for our company." As he said this, he thought about the day when she repaired his laptop in 6 minutes. That confidence in her eyes was clear proof of her outstanding Intelligence in this field.

Assistant didn't respond on this and started pondering about the meaning behind his boss's sentence.

Hearing no response, Feng Jianyu asked frigidly "What happen? You started doubting on me?",

"No, sir! Not at all! How can I? I…I was rather quiet as I didn't feel I had the wisdom to impart on the subject". Assistant was horrified for a moment.

"Hm! Good". He continued instructing his assistant, "Hire the best IT professors and make them prepare the toughest paper in the history of IT exam".

"Toughest paper? Will anybody be able to solve it?", assistant asked meekly.

Feng Jianyu smirked, "Don't worry! There will be one". He inwardly thought. 'She will be the only one. I have full confidence'.

He halted in his steps and looked at his assistant, "But this time, the winner won't be getting a job offer from Feng Corporation".

Assistant "….."

Stupefied by this, assistant looks blankly at his boss, "Sir, then what are we going to….."

"Make an announcement, that only a single individual will be selected in this year's competition".

Feng Jianyu entered the lift and said before leaving, "Prepare a 25 million $ exclusive contract for the winner".

Assistant's eyes were wide in shock after hearing this, '25 million $ contract?'

Feng Corporation is a huge business conglomerate consisting of almost all major business sectors. They are considered best in their fields and securing a job in one of their companies is what millions of people dream of.

When Feng Dingxiong was the president of the company, he made an important change in the company's policy. According to the policy, employees working under Feng Corporation will be considered as their family and they will receive a share in the annual profits of the company. Probably because of this policy, an employee here earns almost 20% more if compared to any other employee working at the same designation in a different company.

When Feng Jianyu took over the CEO's position, he made certain changes. To secure the best human resources they started conducting exams in different fields and only the top 1% receives the job offer.

These exams are conducted in three stages and each stage is an elimination round. Every year lakhs of aspirational candidates will sit for this exam, hoping to receive a job offer from Feng Corporation.

Feng Jianyu wanted Alice to sit for this year's exam. By making her sit for the exam, he is trying to achieve multiple goals.
