Dan shuffled the papers on his desk one last time before setting them aside and prepared to go home. Before he reached the door, however, he received a coded message from rebellion. Quickly he made his way home, plugging in his communicator before launching the transmission.

Dan straightened and saluted to the camera. "What's the situation, Karen?"

"Dan, some members of the republic have recently ordered mass murders of their servants. You know what this means just as much as I do. So I had our intelligence team get to work on it.From what they've been able to gather from our spies and some of the guards on our side is astonishing. For one, they said they were told, that a high priority rebellion ship had entered into the system and had been fired upon. Usually, this wouldn't be very important, but two things make this important. We had no ships even close to that when it happened. The other is just speculation but the ship's description is similar, if not exactly what Captain Jordan Yale ship looked like." Dan frowned looking for the right words.

"Karen... you... you know Yale is coming back don't you? We all saw those energy readings, everyone did. Even if that is his ship, the person captaining, most likely certainly isn't" Karen's head dipped as she whispered under her breath.

"I.. know..."

Dan felt bad for raising scars and decided to give her a purpose to redirect her grief into something more productive. "Although it may not be him, tell our members to look out for that ship. Send them an invitation, if their an enemy of the republic, I'd prefer the by my side instead of dead."

Karen straightened slightly and somberly saluted.

"Yes sir."

When Sam woke up, a steaming tray of food awaited him on a table in the kitchen. Sam wondered who cooked this fragrant meal, but as he looked around his new home he found no signs of anyone entering or even leaving. Sam didn't know how to feel about that, he wasn't sure if he was disturbed or impressed. Sam approached the fragrant dish and lifted the silver lid covering it. What he saw made his mouth drop open in shock. To be honest, he was expecting a lot of things, but he was not expecting real food especially not his favorite food.

A fully prepared plate of Chicken Alfredo sat steaming on the stable. Sam literally felt his mouth-watering, suddenly realizing he hadn't eaten in four days. Without even taking the time to sit or reach for utensils he scooped a mouthful into his mouth almost choking as he swallowed.

"It's SO GOOOOOD!" Screaming in ecstasy he sat and grabbed a fork-like utensil quickly finishing the meal. Taking a breath Sam looked at his plate, noticing for the first time the note under the plate. Pushing aside some noodles, he lifted the note to realize... he couldn't read it..... well crap.

These are highly vague, how am I supposed to find anything? Sam quickly cleaned himself up, trying to get the haven't showered in days smell out of his person was a bit harder. Once he was finished, Sam followed the instructions carefully, and through a stroke of luck, he found the door.

Knocking... the door slid open to reveal the woman he been speaking to before. Sam immediately saw her eyes piercing into him, her face dark with emotion. An intense feeling of worry worked through him. Had he been seen through?

"Come in Sam. We need to talk."
