Tragedy turned into a romance

Chapter 3:Ch.2 The great loss

After the funeral was over she told her brother to take his girlfriend home. So she can walk home alone...she then cried hard. So hard her knees got weak. She wanted to curl in a ball then stay there and wait for her mother to come back, just to hug her and hold her on the floor. She tried hard to stop crying then she finally got home. She locked the door behind her, then ran up stairs and closed her door with such force, the walls upstairs shook and echoed through the hallways and empty rooms. She felt emptiness again... She put her back against the door then slid down it until she was sitting. She didn't want to feel this way. The emptiness the loneliness... She hated it. She just wanted her mother back.

The next day, she woke up and hoped it was a nightmare, but she did not smell the delicious breakfast in the morning. She did not hear music. She did not feel happy. She walked to her bathroom, looked in the mirror then tears came falling down her puffy red cheeks. She turned on the water once again then splashed the mirror. She turned off the water then walked to her brothers room, opened the door and he wasn't there... She then walked down the stairs to the front door and went to the cemetery. She thought to herself, "why me? What did I do to deserve such sadness..." She then realized she doesn't have to be sad. She can smile for her mother and prove to her that she will be happy.

She turned around and what looked like a 16 years old boy standing there looking at her. Waiting patiently like he was in line waiting for her attention. She looked at his cold brown red eyes. He looked like he was sad. His lips are light peach and his skin so light and shiny. His hair, brown with black and his face so cold. Very very cold, sad, and has no expression. And yet very handsome. Seemed like he couldn't feel anything or never felt happiness in his life. Then he spoke, "I know how you feel... losing someone is not easy. I lost my family in a fire. I'm the only one that survived. Stay with your other family members because they will be gone soon too, and you will be all alone. Hold onto the memories and make better ones with the people you have left." He then smiled at Elain with a beautiful smile and it warmed her heart. She did not see the cold face anymore, she then saw a way out of misery and a happiness door. But she did not know weather to open it or keep it closed. "I'm sorry for your loss and thank you. What is your name stranger?" Elain said. "My name is Mohammed what about you?" He smiled. "I'm Elain." She then smiled but this smile was not fake she felt truly happy. Happy with a stranger named Mohammed.

They became friends but every time she was with Mohammed she felt a rush in her heart. She didn't know what it was. But he felt the same way. Elain became happy once again and made new memories with Mohammed. All of her summer break was just with him and no one else. She didn't see her brother after a while. He was with his girlfriend on a trip to get his mind off of the death of there mother. Not to long after he came back happy and never talked about mother. Elain thought it was for the best. They became happy again and that is all she wanted. But one day something terrible happened... an accident with her brother.
