Through the Wings of Timeless Love

Seb let her wait at the lobby for a while as she meticulously watched some paintings in the array of great Filipino artists. In the meantime, Seb approached the accommodation In-charge to extend their stay for another night, after which, he got back to her while still busy with her visual taste on various two-dimensional mediums. In the subway, they walked off together while heading to the car park.

" It's a top secret." He smiled.

" Wow...this seems to be interesting. Don't tell me we'll go to work today, we're almost late and besides, our attire seems to be casual." She smiled.

" Darling, I'll change your outfit later, don't worry."

When they boarded inside the car Karla repetitively asked him if where are they heading but to no avail. He only smiled.

Ten minutes after, Seb said they already reached the destination and it's one of the biggest boutiques in the city. They were among those early customers and Seb left her briefly in the ground floor and he was in a hurry to the second floor. Karla was busy selecting outfits but still confused on what to buy. After five minutes he went back and quietly picked a body fit white off shoulder below the knee dress. He also grabbed a white two inches heels then pay it all at the cashier.

" Excuse me Ma'am, did you fit this dress already?" The cashier asked.

" No need, it's fit to her, I'm sure." Then he smiled to the cashier.

" Wow such a husband." The cashier replied and they all laughed.

After the purchase they proceeded again to another destination.

" City Hall....hmm, what are we going to do in here?"

" Come, hold my hand, let's get inside. They went into a female's comfort room and Seb told her to wear the dress. It exactly made her more gorgeous and very feminine . Seb also put on the floor the white closed shoes and stood up looking at her.

" You are more beautiful in white." Seb seriously looked at her, she was teary eyed and speechless.

" No, don't cry right now. Hmm, where's your purse, let's put a little powder, and a lip balm...then enough." Seb did the make up too.

They got out and proceeded to the authority on duty who happened to be his friend and to her surprise, Marlou and wife were along with Nomin as the wedding ceremony has began. They were the only witnesses. It was utterly brief as he suit to her finger a diamond wedding ring. In a split seconds, he smilingly looked at her face and kissed her forehead gently and she seemed dying of it. It was breathtaking and enticing. Nomin then has emotionally cried while watching, but he was very happy, seeing them happy together. His guilt vanished and at last he can leave her already to someone more reliable than him.

" Marlou was teary eyed when he clearly saw the face of the woman he just marry, it's Karla - his wife. Thinking he looked for another woman and have her sent for lyposunction to have a perfect fit for his late wife. Catherine was smiling to both Marlou and Nomin who were emotionally crying. The city's judge, recognized the marriage of the two as lawful and official. They ended up on signing papers to make the wedding more legitimate. Despite mixed emotions but Nomin called up the photographer he requested for the pictorial. There had been so many set of poses and they all ended back to the hotel, excluding the judge.

" Seb, you're one in a million. What on earth...."

" She's Karla, she did not die but she was abducted, saved by Nomin and I found her again."

" Really?" Marlou insisted.

" Yes." Nomin explained to Marlou everything.

" It's unbelievable, so when I was drunk, the woman I saw in your house was exactly your wife, isn't it?"

" Needless, but what's important is he marry her for the second time. For me, it's all that matters that she's with us again, such a story." Catherine smiled.

"Why in your paper at the HR you said, just got married? Explained that." Marlou was wary.

" Aha...here, that time, I just found her. Even me can't almost believe it all. It did not sink yet,but I was revived...my life had changed to it's normal state. When I was told to file a leave, I cannot think of anything but just got married to her." Seb smiled.

" Hmm....Karla, what I have given you after your church wedding before?" Marlou interrogated her.

" You gave me a shawl, that was a day after the wedding when ....Seb was somewhat imprisoned by her mother you comforted me with a shawl and stayed beside me. When Seb left for Tarlac, you ferry him there with the presence of his mother. You reported everything to me, in details. You also told me that Seb could only kiss my cheek because her mother warned him to let me go after months, or have our wedding get annulled quickly. Finally, you were also afraid of me because Seb's mother convinced you not to draw closer since you all will just die just as everything is part of the curse on me. That's what you said." Karla recoiled.

Marlou bowed his head.

" Is that true? How dare you hurt her that way?" Catherine exclaimed, excuse herself to the couple, then left. Marlou signalled to them that he'll follow and explain further to his wife.

Nomin congratulated them both and looked to Karla.

" Hmm...your dream came true. I guess there's just a very short time that we'll be together, but for sure, he'll make you crazily happy, I tell you." Nomin said and Seb tapped his shoulder.

" Thank you, for helping us this far." Seb told him sincerely.

" It's nothing, let's go up now and Seb is getting corny, haha." Nomin laughed while bringing some of their things going up and he followed.

At the elevator, Seb complained of a headache, so when they reached the room, He immediately slept while Karla removed his shoes.

" Nomin...can you help me. Please change his shirt for me. Nomin..." She smiled.

" Ows! why can't you do that? how will you learn? she's your husband now..."

" It's really awkward seeing you around, but please don't just leave me, stay by me before he wakes up." Karla implied.
