The Legend of Harry Potter Schoolmaster

Chapter 201 Unreliable Auror (Second)

Jon Hart has only had a few days off in France.

By the way, he took advantage of these few days to visit famous attractions such as Notre Dame Cathedral, Versailles Palace and Eiffel Tower.

After receiving Mrs. Maxime's reply, he was ready to return to England.

With the official opening of the Channel Tunnel in May 1994...it takes just over three hours to travel from Paris to London by the Eurostar express train.

Although the journey was easy, Jon encountered a little trouble after arriving in London.

...

The Eurostar express train stops at St Pancras station in London.

Jon got off the train and walked out of the train station with the swarm of people.

Suddenly, a female voice sounded from behind him: "Hello, is this Mr. Christopher Patrick from Austria?"

"Hello, yes!" Jon turned around and saw a girl in her early twenties.

She was wearing a Weird Sisters shirt and patched jeans, and her jet-black eyes looked up and down Jon; her bubble-gum pink hair stood out.

Plus, she's holding a booklet in her hand.

"Excuse me?" Jon frowned and asked softly; he looked down and saw the wand on the other's waist.

The other party looks like a witch, but why does she know her name?

The witch did not answer his question, but looked at the pamphlet in her hand, and continued to ask: "You are from Beauxbatons School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and you are going to Hogwarts as an exchange student for a year, right?"

"Right!" Jon nodded.

"The Ministry of Magic received a letter from Beauxbatons Academy of Witchcraft and Wizardry yesterday." The witch explained to Jon: "Any foreign wizard arriving in England must pass a dangerous goods test, and minor wizards also need to be registered!"

"So, I have to go with you to the British Ministry of Magic, don't you?" Jon asked back.

"Yes!" The witch nodded, and she extended a hand to Jon: "You can call me Tonks, an English Auror!"

The two shook hands.

"Come with me!" Tonks waved at Jon: "Let's go to a place away from Muggles first!"

...

Tonks walked lightly, and it took Jon a lot of effort to keep up with him.

When she passed a large mirror, she stopped and critically observed herself in the mirror.

"I don't think pink suits me very well!" she said worryingly, tugging at a lock of spike-like hair. "Tell me, does it make my face look too fat?"

"It's okay..." Jon nodded.

"Yes, that's right." Tonks nodded heavily, and then she closed her eyes tightly, showing a tense expression... A second later, her hair turned violet.

"That looks great, doesn't it?" she said, taking a second look at herself in the mirror, turning her head to see her hair from all angles.

"It's okay!" Jon nodded again, and asked at the same time: "Are you a disguise magus?"

"That's right!" Tonks showed a proud look on his face, "In other words, I can change my appearance as I like... During the Auror training, I got the highest score in concealment and camouflage without studying at all. It's amazing!"

Continue to walk forward, while Tonks is still rambling:

"From my mother...she came from a bad wizarding family and my father was Muggle-born...where are your parents, Patrick?"

"My parents are wizards, they both passed away when I was three years old!" Jon could only tell the life experience of this body.

"I'm so sorry!" Tonks gave Jon an apologetic look.

After being silent for tens of seconds, she couldn't help chirping again: "Exchange students are quite rare in Hogwarts, at least I didn't meet them in the few years I was there... By the way, when I arrived at Hogwarts Watts needs a sorting ceremony...Hope you get Hufflepuff, my father and I graduated from there; Slytherin is not bad, my mother is from there..."

"Is it really okay for us to openly talk about wizards, branch houses, Muggles, etc.?" Jon couldn't help lowering his voice and reminded softly.

Apparently, because of Tonks's loud voice, many passengers around looked sideways at them.

"Oh!" Tonks quickly covered his mouth and looked around:

"Sorry, this is the first time I have come out to perform a mission alone... Aurors need three years of training, and I only completed the training in November last year... And Kingsley has always disliked me for being too reckless and clumsy, so don't let me alone People come out..."

"Is that so..." Jon hurriedly quickened his pace, afraid of attracting the attention of more Muggles.

He felt in his heart that Kingsley Shacklebolt was right in his evaluation of Tonks.

...

Finally, they came to a remote alley outside the train station.

"Can you Apparate?" Tonks asked.

Jon shook his head.

"That's right, you're so young..." Tonks patted her on the forehead: "Then grab my arm."

Jon stretched out his right hand with some guilt, and quickly retracted it.

"Is it really all right?" He asked uncomfortably.

"Uh..." Tonks scratched his head again: "It should be no problem... although I have never tried to use Apparition with a person."

Jon couldn't help but took two steps back... Apparition is a very dangerous spell, for unskilled users, because it often results in serious consequences such as severed heads, broken legs, and cuts in half.

If it was Dumbledore, he would have stretched out his hand without thinking; but now it's Tonks, he always feels that she is not reliable...

"How about we take the subway?" Jon asked tentatively.

"Okay, okay!" Tonks didn't show displeasure on his face, but became excited: "Is it the subway for Muggles? I haven't taken it yet?"

...

Jon wasn't quite sure that taking Tonks on the subway was the right choice.

At the same time, he suspected that he had seriously violated the Wizarding Secrecy Act for the past hour.

Tonks was like a little girl, first she held a subway coin and made a fuss yell; then spent half a day with the ink stains at the subway exit; she almost took out her magic wand at a picture of a beautiful woman in a bikini...

But this should be a slightly safer way to get to the Ministry of Magic.

At last they came to a bleak little street with a few shabby-looking offices, a tavern, and a big bus.

Behind the bus, there is a dilapidated red telephone box.
