The Indescribable Diary

Yu Yi woke up in the early morning sun. He pushed the windows open and washed up. He went out and bought groceries to fill up his empty refrigerator.

“16 days before going home. Got to prepare.”

He reserved the air ticket for his journey back ahead of time and prepared the offerings. His funds were already stretched. Now, he really didn’t have much money left. The only thing that made Yu Yi happier was that the girl now existed in his nightmares. All the strange creatures stopped appearing. Although his dreams were still set in the ruins, at least they weren’t nightmares anymore? It was great to talk to the girl about life. Even though the girl was only conjured by Yu Yi’s imagination to resist the curse.

His luck was great today. He didn’t see a single non-human on the street. Yesterday night’s two consecutive encounters had almost given Yu Yi the illusion that the world was about to end. Judging from its humanoid translucent posture, its posture was legit that of Yuming’s at least in a physical perspective. What was this… Did the Star Color want to become adorable too?

To work together with a Star Color was strange enough. In the future, they’d go out and squeeze the juice out of mythical creatures. The Hound or the Star Family wouldn’t even be a match.

Soon enough, the KP appeared beside Yu Yi. However, this time was different from before. Although the KP was still an orb that floated in the air, multiple cracks had appeared on its halo. They were probably left behind by Yuming last night.

Regarding last night’s events. It was good that Yu Yi was quick to go offline. If not, Yuming would’ve strangled it.

He met her on Linjing Street. There, she looked like she was running for her life and was being pursued by the police. However, the pursuing policemen were seemingly afraid of hurting her. They didn’t block her and called off the pursuit instead.

She hated octopuses, cuttlefishes, and squids. She had a huge appetite. She was able to drive but had no common sense. She didn’t even know what traffic light colors represented. She also had zero grace and restraint as expected from a girl… which was a waste of her 17-point APP face. Although she had long blue hair, she didn’t have an intelligence UP halo.

She claimed that she had escaped from marriage and had a strong and powerful mother.

Since she was young, she had grown up in a closed environment. She was surrounded, raised, and cared for by a group of white-gowned people. It was not until a few days ago that her mother’s servant brought her out from there and asked her to marry an ugly-looking person. It was as though she cared a lot about looks. So in that sense, APP 18 meant that one could do whatever he wanted.

He squatted down and touched the water puddles on the ground. He sniffed it gently. There was no fishy smell. It was just normal water, colorless and odorless. Then again, there would be a huge problem if the water smelled fishy.

“No sign of battle, so Lilice should’ve left by herself… The handprints left from rummaging through the things were different from Lilice’s, so there would’ve been two waves of people… Damn! They must have ignored my presence!”

Lilice must have hidden when the first group of people arrived. They rummaged through everything without awakening Yu Yi. Then, they left after not being to find anything. Then, Lilice probably took Yu Yi’s wallet and left. The second group of people came but didn’t enter. They probably left in pursuit of Lilice after seeing the water puddles. In conclusion, Lilice was in danger.

“Whew, I would be such a good detective in real life.”

He pulled out the Lover, loaded it up, and ran in the direction of the water puddles.
