Chapter 101 First Aid

The next morning, Gu Yunjiao was reading a book in her room when she suddenly heard a burst of crying mixed with shouting, "Doctor Gu, help!"

   "Help!"

Gu Yunjiao put down the book and walked out of the room quickly, and saw a man holding a two or three year old child in his arms.

was followed by an older man.

followed by two women, one younger and one older.

The    cry was made by the two of them.

And the child in the man's arms turned purple, and the man looked anxious.

Gu Yunjiao hurriedly asked, "What happened to the child?"

The man replied, "Just now his grandmother was frying beans in the house. The child was greedy and wanted to eat them, so he grabbed a handful. Who knows, he choked after eating a few."

"Drinking water doesn't help, and slapping him on the back doesn't help."

The middle-aged woman at the back thumped and knelt down, "Doctor Gu, please save my grandson, our family is such a single seedling!"

Gu Yunjiao didn't have time to take care of her at this time, she turned around and walked into the room, "Hurry up and bring the child in."

She sat down on the chair and reached out to the man, "Give me the child."

The man handed the child to Gu Yunjiao.

Gu Yunjiao put the child's head down on her knees, raised his head slightly, and slapped forward with the other hand between the child's shoulder blades.

When the two men and two women saw Gu Yunjiao taking the child over, they didn't dare to let out the air, lest they would disturb Gu Yunjiao to save others.

Chen Shi also came out of the room at this time, watching silently by the door with a worried look.

Gu Yunjiao kept slapping the child up and down on the child's back. She would pause a little after every five beats.

On the twentieth time, Gu Yunjiao saw a round soy bean sprayed out of the child's mouth.

   Then, the child also cried.

Gu Yunjiao let out a long breath.

Heimlich maneuver, studied in medical school.

   Fortunately, it was too late.

The young woman heard the cry of the child and hurried over to pick up the child.

The family cried with joy around the child.

It was the middle-aged woman who reacted first, "Dr. Gu, it's really thanks to you, I almost thought—" I thought my grandson was going to choke to death.

If the daughter-in-law was in a hurry and proposed to find Doctor Gu, the child would not know what to do now.

Strange to say, they also took pictures of the children for some unknown number of times, and the beans just couldn’t come out.

Still, Dr. Gu has a way, this posture, this technique, it seems that there is some truth in it, and this saves the child.

Gu Yunjiao just smiled, "It's just as long as the child is fine."

"Be careful in the future, he is still young, it's best not to give him this kind of food."

  The whole family nodded hurriedly.

The middle-aged woman patted her head, "Look at me, I came out in a hurry, and I didn't bring any money. I'll go back and collect the medical fee."

Gu Yunjiao smiled and didn't say anything about not wanting money.

The whole family was grateful and walked away with the crying child.

After    and the others left, Mrs. Chen said, "This family is also surnamed Liu. They are the same ancestor as Ah Tie's family, but it's been several generations."

"Three generations of their family have passed it down alone, and they have eyes for this grandson. Fortunately, you rescued him just now."

She touched her chest, "I'm really worried, if the child really has something, they will blame you in turn."

Gu Yunjiao was startled, "I didn't think about it that much."

But after thinking about it, she felt that Chen's words made sense, and nodded, "I will try to make it clear to others in the future."

It’s just this first aid. It’s a race against time. If you say a few more words of nonsense, maybe you won’t be able to save people.
