The Eternal Supremacy

It was less than ten days to the Hunting Competition, and Ji Mo did not leave his house during this period. Although he now had a sixth-tier tempered body breakthrough, in comparison, he had something more important to do, which was to cultivate the Broken God's Eye!

At first, when Old Man Qingzhu left, the Qi movement from the fraction of the Broken God's Eye that entered his left eye could help Ji Mo master the Broken God's Eye. This was a type of heaven-defying visual technique. Once he cultivated this technique, then his future cultivation path would be much smoother sailing. 

'It can reenact the divine power of others and detect treasures hidden in the mountains and the seas. It can even expose heaven's secrets. Hehe…This is truly a treasure! If outsiders discover this heaven-defying technique, it will definitely cause a ruckus,' Ji Mo secretly thought. 

He had learned to be smarter now. No outsider or even the people closest to him should know his secrets because, in the face of benefits, betrayal could happen no matter how kind that person was.

As the days went by, besides going out for meals, Ji Mo basically spent all of his time to cultivate the Broken God's Eye. 'Well, it's almost time now. Tomorrow will be the hunt. I'd better go to the academy to check out the situation,' Ji Mo thought as he walked out the yard and headed towards Tianyuan Academy. 

He had not been to the academy for a while. These days, he had been busy with his closed-door cultivation, the sixth-tier tempered body breakthrough, and merging his left eye with the Qi movement from the fraction of the Broken God's Eye. The latter especially took up lots of time. However, Big Bandit Lee lacked preparation for the Hunting Competition. 

'I'll look for Huo Lin'er first. I've never joined the Hunting Competition before or seen the so-called demonic beast. Huo Lin'er is a Qi Plundering Boundary master, so she must have done some research about the demonic beast,.' Ji Mo thought. He reached Tianyuan Academy, and without dawdling for too long, he headed towards Huo Lin'er's residence.

Along the way, Ji Mo saw many disciples from Tianyuan Academy. For the past two days, Tianyuan Academy had become much livelier. Since the Hunting Competition was about to start, many disciples practiced outside while those who had missions came back in anticipation of this important day.

While Ji Mo walked towards the academy, some disciples who passed by gave him a weird look. 

"He should be Ji Mo, that famous wimp from our academy! I heard that he beat Ji Shan."

"Ji Shan, Nan Hao's brother, that Ji Shan? Aren't those two cousins? And I heard that Ji Shan has the strength of a sixth-tier tempered body. Ji Mo has only been with the academy for two years and his strength isn't more than a third-tier tempered body's. As useless as he can be, how can he beat Ji Shan?"

"Honestly, many people witnessed it that day. Ji Mo sat on Ji Shan and beat him to pulp. That big mouth was just spinning tales."

"Tsk tsk...is that true? It looks like this wimp isn't that weak after all. Could he have been hiding his strength all these years? In fact, his cultivation may not be on third-tier."

Ji Mo heard their conversation from afar, but it was not that clear and he did not pay much attention as he walked towards where Huo Lin'er stayed.

Huo Lin'er stayed at Tianyuan Academy to specifically train the outer disciples. In addition to that, she was treated well by Tianyuan Academy. The place where she stayed was highly valued and luxuriously decorated.

"Senior Sister Huo, are you there?" Ji Mo gently knocked on the door, but there seemed to be no movement from inside. He could not help but frown and continued to knock on the door. "Senior Sister Huo, are you there? Senior Sister Huo, open the door. Don't hide in there silently. I know you're at home. Open the door, open the door, open the door…"

"Is she really not in?" After calling her for a long time and not detecting any movement within, Ji Mo's brows were furrowed even tighter.

Ji Mo looked around, but Huo Lin'er was still nowhere to be seen. At that moment, the sound of water sloshing came from the bathroom next door. There was also shrill singing coming from the bathroom.

He blushed at once. He presumed that she should be taking a shower. No wonder she did not open the door despite him knocking on it for so long. As he continued to wonder, he envisioned a hot and curvaceous body. His core could not help but heat up and mini Mo became restless. 

At that instant, Ji Mo noticed a pile of clothes that Huo Lin'er had probably left on a table nearby, so he walked over to it. In that pile of clothes was a fiery red dudou that was especially obvious and intricate. He picked the dudou up and caught a whiff of the mild scent which was highly pleasing. 

The fragrance was exactly the same as the one that came from Huo Lin'er's body. Ji Mo felt a little dazed and lost his grip on the dudou, so it fell to the floor. 

Immediately, he bent down to pick it up.

Suddenly, the bathroom door opened. Huo Lin'er walked out wrapped only in a towel while her head of wet hair was strewn across her sweet-scented shoulders and crystal clear skin which still had water droplets on them. She had a slight blush on her beautiful face with exquisite facial features, and her voluptuous body was spilling out of the towel which was very revealing. 

"Ji Mo, how did u come in ?" Huo Lin'er was shocked at the sight of Ji Mo. Moreover, upon seeing him holding her undergarment, her beautiful face instantly turned red. "Why are y-you holding my underwear!?"
