The Druid Master of Hogwarts

Chapter 704: Snape's Defense Against the Dark Arts class

In the end, Fish couldn't get Professor McGonagall to cancel the extra herbal lessons.

Although for Feish, the herbal class is basically like sleeping in a flowerpot, and it is not a big problem to have such a class, but it is still very depressed by Professor McGonagall.

So after putting away his class schedule, he didn't leave immediately, but sat aside and glared at Professor McGonagall.

However, Professor McGonagall didn't take Mao Mao's sinister gaze seriously at all, and handled other students' class schedules with ease. After everyone's course selection was over, she stood up and patted Feixu's head with a smile.

"Don't think I don't know what state you are in during class, what does it matter if you have one more class?"

"But there's still homework, meow!"

?(?`н'?)?

Fisch protested angrily: "You don't let Fisch use the quill pen sent by Rita!"

"Do you still want to use a shorthand pen for only a few courses?" Professor McGonagall glared back, causing the cat to shrink its neck subconsciously.

Seeing that Feixu was still muttering and looking unconvinced, Professor McGonagall reminded "kindly": "Also, you should go to the divination class now." After speaking, she couldn't help but leave pouted.

Professor McGonagall has always looked down on divination classes, and his relationship with Professor Trelawney is not very good, but Fish chose the divination class without hesitation...

She had deliberately cheated Mao Mao before, and it had something to do with the courses that Fei Xu chose.

"What meow?!"

∑(?ΦДΦ?)

Fei Xu looked at his class schedule after realizing it, and sure enough, the first class of the day was divination class.

So he looked at Hermione for the first time, and Hermione shrugged and said, "I'm going to take an ancient rune lesson too."

And Hermione's two roommates, Parvati Patil and Lavender Brown, ran to Fisher's side with a look of joy, and took his arms from left to right and walked out of the auditorium: " Great Fish, let's go to class!"

The divination class was not too different from before. Professor Sybill Trelawney was still rambling, and Fish was still the same as before, sitting at the small round table, eating tea and drinking herbal tea. One class just passed.

After the divination class was over, Fish quickly reunited with Hermione, who was holding a pile of heavy books.

"There's a lot of homework in the runes," she said anxiously, walking with Fish to the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom, "a fifteen-inch article, two translations, and I'm going to read it by Wednesday. Finish so many books!"

"Who asked you to choose so many classes, meow..."

(?ω?)

Fisch said casually while helping her put away the pile of books. Cat Cat wouldn't sympathize with her at all, because Hermione brought it all on her own.

"Learning to read ancient runes will help you quickly master those old spells." Hermione explained seriously.

"If Fei Xu doesn't learn this, learning spells is the fastest meow!"

(?`?′?)

The cat raised his head shyly.

Hermione: "..."

"Just wait," she said indignantly. "I bet Snape will give us a lot of homework too."

"It's okay," Mao Mao continued to shake his head smugly, "Anyway, you will have to write meow at that time."

While the two were laughing, the classroom door opened and Snape walked into the corridor. As before, his greasy black hair was parted from the sides, framing the sallow face.

The students who were waiting outside the door fell silent immediately, only Fish waved at him: "Severus, good morning meow~"

(?ΦωΦ?)?

Snape sternly nodded his head at Fisch as a response, and then said, "Come in."

Everyone entered the classroom and found that the classroom was much darker than before. That's because the curtains were all drawn, and there was only the faint light of the candles... Snape had imprinted his own character in this classroom.

In addition, some pictures that were not there before were pasted on the walls of the classrooms, many of which were of suffering people, hideous wounds and bizarrely distorted body parts.

After the classmates sat down, no one said a word, all turned their heads to look at the eerie pictures on the wall.

"So far, you must have changed five teachers in this course." Snape stood on the podium, his eyes slowly but full of pressure scanning all the students below.

"I Have a Scroll of Ghosts and Gods"

"Needless to say, these teachers have their own teaching style and focus. I'm amazed that so many of you have barely passed the O.W.L. exam for this class in this chaotic situation. I'll be even more surprised when I take a class-enhancing course because it's so much more advanced."

His words were as mean as ever, and everyone was used to it.

After a very personal opening statement, Snape stepped off the podium and walked around the classroom, speaking in a lower voice.

"Dark magic, of all kinds, variety, variety, and never ending. Fighting them is like fighting a multi-headed monster, just cut off a head, and immediately a new head emerges, more fierce and darker than the original one. Cunning. You are dealing with something unpredictable and indestructible."

Everyone can feel Snape's love and admiration for black magic, which is completely different from the attitude of the previous Defence Against the Dark Arts professors... Even if there are two Death Eaters and a werewolf among them , and two prisoners in Azkaban.

After Snape delivered a tirade about black magic, he finally entered today's lecture - Silent Spell.

"...I think you're no strangers to Silent Spells. Fish got a lot of extra points on the O.W.L. exam a few months ago. So...what's the benefit of Silent Spells?"

A large arm was raised high, and all those who raised their hands were members of the Cat Club. As they had been taught several times by Feishu with the Silent Curse, they had a great say in this matter.

Snape scanned the classroom, his face a little dark...

Because the people who raised their hands were basically students from the other three colleges~www.readwn.com~ Slytherin, only Malfoy raised his hand.

"Draco." Snape called Malfoy's name decisively, and the others lowered their arms in anger.

"Silent spells can be unexpected, so that opponents don't know what spell you cast." Malfoy replied calmly.

"Ten points for Slytherin." Snape nodded, motioned Malfoy to sit down, and continued, "Of course, not all wizards can do this. It requires a lot of concentration and Willpower, and some people," his eyes rested on Harry's face for a moment, then back to Neville, "don't have it."

Harry twitched the corners of his mouth. He was quite sure that if he hadn't mastered Occlumency, Snape would have used him as an example.

"Now you're in groups of two," Snape continued. "One tries to cast a curse on the other, but won't say it out loud. The other tries to beat the curse back, but also doesn't say a word...  ...Well, Fish can move freely. Let's go."

The Cat Club has not practiced silent spells, because compared to practicing silent spells, Hermione and Harry and other students in charge of teaching believe that it is more important to master more spells and increase combat experience at this stage.

So when everyone started to practice, almost everyone chose to cheat. Many of the classmates were chanting mantras in a low voice, just not amplifying their voices.

And Hermione ran to the cat for advice.

"Fishu doesn't know either..."

(??ω??)?

Mao Mao scratched the back of his head, and said in a daze, "Feixu just wanted to give it a try, and then he succeeded all of a sudden!"

Hermione suddenly didn't want to talk to him.
