"So what can you say, auntie Mo Jing? Do you think that I'm in love with Li Bingbing?" The way Lu Xian Yu looked at her made her think that he was like an innocent child.

"Yes, young master. I think that you're in love with Ms. Li." Mo Jing said before she poured some tea for them.

"Great! Then I really should get her." Lu Xian Yu grinned happily, he looked like he was suddenly enlightened and that he finally realized his true feelings for her.

Li Bingbing was the first woman who has made him feel what love was that was why his mind was more persistent in having her.

"You can't force her if she doesn't want you." Lu Yifeng took the cup of tea and gently blew on it before taking a sip.

Lu Yifeng knew that the best; forcing someone to love him was never going to go smooth for both couples.

"I agree. She will never love you back if you force her. It's like eating an unripe fruit. It's going to be bitter and hard. You don't want that to happen, second master." She looked at him and handed him the cup of tea before she stood straight beside Lu Yifeng.

"I want her." Lu Xian Yu said stubbornly. There was no way that he would let Li Bingbing slip from his hands.

"If that's the case, then please change the way you approach her. A girl will never fall in love with you if you treat her roughly. Be gentle and kind to her, give her respect. Any girl would fall for a man who shows her respect and showers her with kindness. Never force her. Instead, make her fall for you. Once you do, she will be the one to approach you."

Lu Yifeng agreed with Mo Jing's words. That was what made Xia Meilin start falling for him. He has already experienced the consequences of forcing her and it didn't do any good between them.

He may have forced her into marrying her in this lifetime but that was because he knew how big of a threat Feng Ning was. She would definitely choose him if he didn't marry her.

But he knew that feelings cannot be forced, that was why, he tried his best to be patient to his wife after they got married. He did his best to treat her well and shower her with his love. "Xian Yu, you need to give space and time for yourself and Li Bingbing. You need to give your feelings a thought."

Lu Xian Yu lowered his head as he was being lectured by his brother and Mo Jing.

Was that the reason why Li Bingbing won't even look at him? Won't give him a chance? He was being so forceful lately that the more he tried to take a step closer toward Li Bingbing, she would always try to take steps further away from him and because of that, it made him frustrated.

He closed his eyes and Li Bingbing's smiling face was the first thing that entered his mind. He really did fall for her already. A man like him who never really cared for other women has started to care for one. It annoyed him that he was the only one who started to grow feelings for her.

The one who fell in love first would lose. He has lost the first round. They have agreed that they would only be there as s.e.x mates but he started growing more for her. Did she really not grow feelings for him even if it was just a tiny bit? They've been together for a while. There were times where he treated her well but at the same time, there were times where he ruined things between them.

He placed his cup on the coffee table and stood up. "I'll take my leave now. I remember that I still have something to do."

"Give it a careful thought."

Lu Yifeng watched his brother leave. He didn't want him to make the same mistake he did when it came to the women they love. If he could help his brother walk on the right path, then it would really be the best for them.

Lu Yifeng stood up and prepared to leave. By the time he walked towards the black Rolls-Royce car, a black Maybach car arrived.

The car's back door was opened by one of Lu Yifeng's men. Xia Meilin went out of the car and saw Lu Yifeng. She gave him a smile as she walked towards him.

"Ah, it's a good thing that I caught up with you." She held his hand. "How did it go with your brother?"

"I managed to calm him down." Lu Yifeng bowed his head and kissed her forehead before he leaned back and gave her a soft smile, "Let's go out for a date tonight."

She blinked a few times, "Date?"

What made him suddenly thought of that?

She chuckled softly, a faint blush appearing on her cheeks. "Do married couples still do that?"

"I don't care about what others do. I want to go out with you." He caressed her cheek with his thumb, "What about it?"

Xia Meilin couldn't help but smile happily at his offer. It was going to be her first date with him so she couldn't help but feel excited about it. "Can we go watch some movies in the theater?"

"Watch a movie?"

Xia Meilin nodded and grinned at him, "Then we can walk around and try some street food! You can try all kinds of snacks from different countries!"

Lu Yifeng furrowed his brows at this. That was not the kind of date he had in mind. And besides, he has never tried any street food. Were they even clean in the first place?

Judging by Lu Yifeng's complicated look, she could tell that he was hesitant on going to places like those, after all, he's a rich man who always received the best things in life.

She pursed her lips and looked up at him with watery eyes, "You don't want to?"

Seeing how his wife was about to cry, he held back his words and change them instead, "We will go to the places you want."

In a blink of an eye, Xia Meilin's sulking face was replaced by a bright one. "Great! Thank you, darling!"

Lu Yifeng's lips curled up when he saw how happy she became. He patted her head gently, "I need to get going. I'll see you later."

She gave him a nod although before he could enter the car, she held his coat and pulled him down to her level. She tiptoed and placed a soft kiss on his lips.

"Take care." She whispered softly as she leaned back and stared at him with her blushing face.

He felt the iciness in his chest melting as a warm feeling started growing inside him. His gaze turned gentle as he stared down at her. "Mm. Thank you."

After watching Lu Yifeng leave, Xia Meilin went to their room. She opened the cabinet and started choosing clothes to wear tonight. Her face instantly became dark when she saw the underwear she has when she opened her drawer.

She quickly took her phone and dialed Li Bingbing's number.

"Hello?"

"Bingbing! Help me! I don't have anything to wear for tonight! We need to go shopping! I don't have some s.e.xy underwear! Help me buy one!"
