The man lowered the microphone and looked at Tang Li. He asked her, "Don't your teacher tell you not to interrupt the others during their auditions? An actor should at least have the basic manners."

"Don't you think that you're wrong?"

But, if it were Ying Xuan'er…" Tang Li paused for a while and looked at the middle-aged man before continuing her explanation, "Ying Xuan'er would never have bothered about who came first. The middle-aged man relaxed.

Ying Xuan'er was a controversial role in the novel.

She was an arrogant and proud character in the novel. Humbleness was never one of her traits. She enjoyed the best privilege in her dance group other than the leader. Many elders also treated her with extreme politeness and she was never humble before them. It was because she knew perfectly well how important she was in the dance group. It was normal for her to enjoy the best privilege.

Now, Tang Li recognized the middle-aged man as the director of 'Original Sin', Yuan Jiang.

Yuan Jiang scanned her from top to bottom. "Did you dress yourself up for this audition?"

The other judges seemed not to understand why he had asked her such a question. He explained himself, "Based on the novel, the reason why Ying Xuan'er wanted to kill her younger sister, Ying Xu, was because her younger sister wanted to hit her with her car. The female teacher who was acting with the girl just now returned to her seat among the judges. She looked at Tang Li and threw her a question, "You know about this audition. Then, you should know that this character, 'Ying Xuan'er' is specially designed for the students of First Film Academy."

Tang Li nodded. "Yes, I'm aware of that."

"If so, why did you come?" Yuan Jiang asked her.

Tang Li did not dodge the question. "It's because I think that I will be the best candidate to take up the role of 'Ying Xuan'er'."

"Although your acting is good, it's not something so unique that it could not be replaced. Moreover, you're not a student here. It means that you have no right to come to the audition."

The hall soon fell into a deep silence.

What Yuan Jiang said made it rather awkward for Tang Li.

After a short while, another judge was about to call for the next girl for the audition. But, the girl who was standing on the stage spoke again. "I think that I'm suitable for the role not because of my good acting. It's because I can understand why Ying Xuan'er acted like that better than anyone."

Yuan Jiang replied, "Why should we trust you?"

"It's based on my instincts."

Her reply was rather arrogant and reckless. Yuan Jiang laughed. Then, he said to her, "Go back and wait for our news."

The female teacher said to him after Tang Li left, "But, she's not a student here."

"I couldn't help it." Yuan Jiang sighed. He looked at Tang Li's personal details that Tang Li wrote for him on an A4 paper just now. "So far, I still can't find another girl who can act as well as her."
