"Oh my god, seriously Alex. You need to start listening to me, or I'm putting you back in the hospital...or maybe I should get you a male nurse and I'll stay back at my apartment, hmm?" I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Okay...give me the the drugs, I'll take them. It's just that they made me sleepy, I'm bored, and I want to enjoy my time with you. All I've done is just sleeping, while you're sexily available for me." He winked at me, but I'm not backing down on him. Until he eventually gave up and swallowed the pain meds.

"Alex! I'm having my period anyway. This is actually a very good time for you to get better. The doctor said no strenuous activity. So we're doing just that." He groaned but finally rest his body back to the sofa.

We resumed our activities, which was bingeing on Netflix while eating my favourite chinese take out. We parked our ass on his sofa and taking it slow. It had been several days now and he was going crazy from the pain meds already.

"So, this period of yours. How long do they usually last it's been almost a week already right shouldn't you be done by now?" He winked at me and throwing me his flirtatious smile.

"Alexander Davis! Seriously! I'm one step away from heading out the door, and leaving you with Chris to tend your wound." I started to get up, but he quickly pulled me down to sit again.

"Okay...okay...sorry Addie. Please don't leave me with Chris okay." He wraped his arm around my waist and started licking and kissing my shoulder making me giggled.

Damn him!

"Look Alex, I love you baby. And I wanted you to get better soon. How about I'll reward you with a blow at the end of the night if you behave nicely for the whole day?" I whispered seductively in his ear.

"Mmmh...I'm liking the idea, but you gotta give me something to hold on to until tonight." His hand was on my waist already. So I got up and straddle him and started kissing him, his hands went to my boobs and carresing them making me moan.

I hold his face in my hand and started kissing him hard and rough, deep with moans until I abruptly stop. We were breathing heavily, he was definitely hard under me.

"You know what, let's get this done now Alexander, follow me. I'll give it to you now. Then I'm leaving you with Chris okay? I got things to take care of at the office. You said it yourself you're better right?" He was really frustrating me and I need to get back and signed some documents and talked to legal about Kami.

"Hey, don't do that...look I didn't mean to get you upset. I just miss you that's all." He was backing down now, but I was also horny not just him and it frustrates the hell out me.

"Me too baby, but I've got my period and you're not making it easier for me." I was actually done with my period yesterday, but I was giving him a couple of more days to get better first. He finally looked at me and pulled my face down to him and kissed me slowly.

"Then, I'm good baby I'll wait until tonight okay? Why don't you go to the office and do your thing. I'll get Drew to come here and talk about my projects while waiting for you okay?" He walked to the kitchen and adjust his bulge and called Drew.

I sighed and went to go get changed. "I'll see you tonight okay? I love you, you know that right? I just need to get out and deal with work stuff."

"I know baby, love you too. Just go and get back when you're done. I'll be waiting for you." He smiled at me, but it didn't feel like he's happy about me leaving him.

I arrived at my office forty five minutes later. Chris was dropping me off at the lobby. Gary greeted me and gave my mail and messages, he came back to my office minutes later with my coffee and documents to signed. I started sipping on my coffee as he started giving me the recap of what has been happening, then he left me to start my work.

I sighed and go to the balcony and inhale the fresh cold air. My hands were shaking, so I went back inside. "Hey Adriana, Gary told me that you're here. I need to talk to you about Kamaria...." Francois entered my office and started babbling about work.

But then he stopped immediately seeing me. "Hey baby, are you okay? I know that look. Why are you sad? Come here." He didn't give me the time to say no, he just walk to me then pulled into his embrace. I sighed, feeling his familiar warmth and smell.

"Why are you so nice to me Francois, I hurt you didn't I? I'm just thankful that you didn't leave the company. But then you do this to me." I looked up at him, my eyes were teary already.

"Sshhh...it's okay Adriana, just take me in, I know you needed this." He pulled me closer and kissed the top of my head.

"Thank you Francois." I sighed and wrapped my arms around his back and rest my cheek on his chest, just like I always would, whenever he gave me his comforting hugs. We didn't say anything, we just stay like that for the longest time. Until I decided to peel myself from him.

"I'm good now, thank you babe, I really needed that."

"You know you can tell me anything right? Do you want to talk?" He patted the sofa as he sat on it. I sat down next to him, and decided to unload.

"It's just that I never done this you know, and as thrilling as it is sometimes it could be a bit overwhelming. The feelings, the passion. I just needed my space I guess." I sighed as he slowly stroked my hair and kissed the top of my head.

I miss this, I miss the closeness of our friendship that he offer me.

"Did you tell him this?" He asked as he pulled me into his chest.

"No, maybe later. I just needed to get out and signed some papers for Gary."

"Bullshit Adriana, you can always had them delivered. Why don't you go back to him? and tell him everything. He deserve to know."

"Are you seriously kicking me out of your embrace? Damn... I never knew this day would come." I teased him, but deep down I knew that he was right.

"Hey, you broke up our non existent relationship, not me...as I said before. This body is fully mine again. Is back to all you can see and no touch, unless I allow you of course." He rubbed my arms and kissed my head again.

I finally got up and called Chris, telling him that I was ready to leave.
