Prologue - Til The Sun Rise Again

In the beginning of the novel 'Til The Sun Rise Again', the protagonist, Lu Zheng, is a very sickly boy who is a lot slower than others in the mind and other aspects. Lu Zheng is born a retard within the Lu household but the Lu family never saw Lu Zheng as a disgrace. The Lu family loved the young boy whose life is so unfortunate. But one family member didn't really like Lu Zheng and it was his older brother Lu Xun. Lu Xun thought that having Lu Zheng with the Lu household was a threat and a discrimination to the famous Lu name. Lu Xun found every way to bully his younger brother whether that's by openly telling he's a disgrace to the family or having his servants throw rocks at Lu Zheng.

In the middle of the novel, Lu Zheng is grown up but he couldn't catch up with any of the teens his age. He was still so slow behind everything. By this time, a big competition was going on with a few Sects involved and the Lu Sect just happens to be one of them. During the competition, Lu Zheng, who couldn't really participate due to his illness, could only watch as the Lu disciplines fight in the competition. Later on in the competition, Lu Zheng wanders into an area that is dark and scary. This lead Lu Zheng to have dark thoughts and this eventually lead him down the Demonic path. Lu Zheng trade his illness for his dark power.

At the end, Lu Zheng had killed everyone who loved and hated him. He couldn't control the dark power inside of him and it controlled him, leading him to destroy the whole world.

Lu Jie glared at the end chapter of the novel. He couldn't believe his eyes right now! How could the author do that to the protagonist, after all the harsh treatment he got, he couldn't even get a happy end?! What! The! Hell!

Lu Jie was so pissed off he could eat a whole chicken in one minute! He loved the novel 'Til The Sun Sets Again' and he had expected very high quality from this novel. He had hoped for the protagonist to have a happy end after going through life and death, through happiness and sadness! He had hoped for the protagonist to be happy!

Lu Jie let another angry huff out of his mouth, leaning forward and grab his keyboard then typed away at the comment section of the end chapter. He saw could see other readers shouting out their anger too about how ridiculous the author is for this end chapter.

[Ah-Jie123 (Reader): Hello author, I think that your story is very wonderful and I love everything about it but I have one thing to say.

WHY! MUST! YOU! MAKE! THE! PROTAGONIST! SUFFER! SO! MUCH! ONLY! TO! GET! SUCH! A! SHITTY! ENDING?!

I feel like what you did is not right for the protagonist at all. After all his suffering and pain, he went through so much just to find a way to live again and see the people he loves the most, you had to end his life in the most stupidest way ever! He can't he get a happy end?! What the hell is wrong with you? Do you find the joy in other people's pain?!

Sure, it's your characters and you can choose whatever you want to do with them but this, this is not right for any people who are like this. All us readers loved the protagonist and had hoped for him to get a happy ending after all his suffering but you just had to jump that shit on us! I will not accept  such a thing, author!!]

Lu Jie huffed once more when he finished his comment, hitting the send button and smiled at what he did. This should be right. The author is a sick in the head for doing such an ending like this. He will not accept such a thing ever!

Just a minute later, he saw other people replied to his comment. They all agreed with him and some pointed out at him for being a needy and pitiful person. Freaky he didn't care about those people who thought he was rude. He only happily replied to the replies on his comment. But then one comment caught his eye.

[SongSong (Author): Hello Ah-Jie123, you're the only person that seems very passionate about my stories. I have seen you all around in my other stories and I can say that you're a very loyal fan of my work. I thank you for reading them.

And yes I do realize what I did to the protagonist of the story is a bit sick in the head but you have to understand that not everything has a happy ending to them and you'll just have to go with it.

But if you so dislike what I did to the protagonist then I have something for you since you have been my most loyal fan since the time I began everything.

His clear grey eyes blinked at the author's reply to him. Why does that sound like something scary? He loves this author but he never really think to trust this author because half of the author's work as about death, murder and more horrible things. He didn't know what they link will do to him at all!

But what does he have to lose?

Lu Jie is basically a shut in dumb ass who dropped out of college because he thought it was too easy for him and ended up working at a goddamn gas station. Yeah, Lu Jie is pretty much an idiot. His family were very disappointed in him because he looked like he had such a bright future ahead of him when he was younger, he had straight As and all his teacher loved him! But he, one day, suddenly dropped out of school and his family was outraged by his stupid decision. Kicked him out on the street and he has been living in this apartment of his for years now! He's a goddamn 26 year old who's a shit in with no girlfriend and no life, better yet, no future!

He clicked the link. It lead him to a very blank site. Just nothing at all. A clear white screen in front of his eyes. Lu Jie glared hard into the screen having a staring contest with it.

Bing!

His computer made a sound. On the screen a loading bar pop up. It was loading very slowly. Lu Jie thought, this must be some kind of virus the author set up for rude fans. He growled and moved his mouse to the close button of the tab but when he clicked it, the site didn't close.

It just keep on loading.

And loading...

And loading...

And loading...

Lu Jie was starting to get pissed off. What the fuck is this author doing?! He had so much respect for this author but now he doesn't know how he sound feel about this damn author that he liked so much. He angry clicked the close button many times, over and over again but the site just won't close at all no matter what!

He said screw it! He'll buy another one if this one gets a virus because of the stupid author. He just doesn't understand the author anymore.

Lu Jie huffed, looking away from the screen and outside the window. The sun was setting  outside showing that it was gonna be night time soon but he didn't feel very sleepy because all after he always pull all nighter. He sometimes don't even sleep for like three or more days. That certainly is bad for his health. He had tried to control his unhealthy bad habit of his but once it becomes a habit, it's hard to not do it. He looked back at the screen and saw that it was still loading slowly but this time it's half way through the bar, he glared at it like his life depends on it.

Then he sighed, he doesn't have time for this useless thing. He has more things to do in his life, like read other novels on his phone and play otome games. Yes, he's a freaking otaku and he isn't afraid to admit it. He ain't got nothing to lose, maybe his possible future of a wife but who cares!

Lu Jie laid on his bed for hours and hours reading novels and playing otome games until he slowly felt himself start to fall asleep. When it hit pass midnight, Lu Jie had fallen asleep.
