Nortk City - Fire Dynasty

Nortk is a small town whose war has been very harsh, high taxes are being levied. Some fire soldiers are collecting taxes from the townspeople, merchants are failing, no gold pieces to survive and constantly having the empire sucking their savings. They have made trade into small cities unfeasible, many without refusal, and those who refuse are severely punished. In a crumbling restaurant an old man and his daughter are having trouble.
