Reincarnation of the Cheater

'This place might be a deserted part of the city or maybe no one wanted to live here for other reasons?' I think to myself as I continue on the road and eventually reach the house. It is a pretty big house, about twice as big as the ones on Earth. The house is basically run down with no upkeep whatsoever.

"System go ahead and replace this house with the one bought from the system shop."

"What! Where are the enemies? I don't sense anything nearby."

[These kinds of enemies don't have a presence to emit so they weren't detected by the skill "Sense Presence". This is the number one reason why the undead are feared by adventurers as well as the number one reason that they are able to catch people off guard. Please keep your guard up at all times until you are able to exorcise all of them.]

"So ghosts do exist then." I say surprised that ghosts were confirmed to exist so easily.

'How has no one noticed the ghosts at all. They seem like they've been here for a while.'

Magic power flows through my body and down my arms as it begins to grow immensely in my hand. Now that ghosts have been proven to exist then this word should be a perfect counter to them. I really have to hand it to the system, the notification that it gave me was a perfect hint on how to solve this situation the fastest. As the magic power continues to grow in my hand I begin to write out the word using word magic and the immense amount of magic power gathered in my finger as I write a word that should help me in this type of situation.

As the word magic activates a white light darts towards the rundown house at a speed faster than my eye can catch. Cries emanate from within the house as the white light encases it and everything inside the house.

As the system scans the surroundings I get tense from how much longer it is taking this time. I hope nothing survived that I want to see the house that I bought from the system shop in person.

"Thank God. The suspense was killing me." I say while feeling relieved that there aren't any enemies.

'Wait, that means that the undead vampire that the system mentioned in it's earlier search was killed off as well. I thought that vampires were supposed to only be able to die to silver and the sunlight?'As I feel happy that there aren't any more enemies nearby I begin to think of ways to get rid of this house.

"System, can I recycle this house?" I ask the system as I am unsure if it was possible.

[You can but the house is run down and you will only receive system points for the materials and not the value of the house.]

As I got the answer from the system I decide to go with it and receive some system points.

"Go ahead and recycle the run-down house then." I say as I stare at the house to see what the system would do to it.

As the system gives me the notification of it starting the recycling the house in front of me begins to slowly break down and get smaller until it becomes so small that it disappears out of sight.

"I guess that's a plus of buying this house then. Can you put the house from the system down then?" I ask as I stare at the area where the old run down house was. It may have been a bad house but it brought me 200 system points so I won't say anything bad about it.
