"Welcome, you must be Bell I heard about you from Finn's report, I am the guild master Zachary. Come let's talk about your report." he says with a smile on his face as he motions me to sit next to Finn.

"How am I supposed to report this though, a Demon showed up and I risked my life to slay it?" I say while sitting down and getting comfortable.

"That may be true but we need to know how you defeated it and if the demon used any skills such as mind control, any magic, or maybe he could use the legendary skill blink." he says probing me to see my reaction.

I mean come on man you may be the guild master but I'm not afraid of you if your an ass I'll just take a skill from you.

"Finn, your report is done, go ahead and take your leave." he says towards Finn as he kicks him out. After Finn left he looked me in the eyes and started to talk again.

"It's been too long since I've had someone like you. Not minding about status most people nowadays are either afraid of me or they're arrogant to the bone but you I like you." he says as he gets up laughing and hits my back.

"Don't I need to report?" I say trying to change the subject. I mean can you blame me this guy hitting me in the back is giving me damage.

"I already know what happened that dungeon is an artificial one we have magic camera's everywhere only the high up guild members that I select are allowed to see it so don't worry. To think you have the legendary skill blink though it really surprised me. I assume your class is 'Hero' right, I mean the Demon kept calling you that." he says while an unknown pressure forces down on me.

"Ah. I mean I saw that when I was choosing a class but I felt it didn't fit me." Goddamn, it feels like he will kill me if I lie. Those hawk-like eyes, that unknown aura, and him blatantly probing me just gives me a really creeped out feeling.

"And why did you feel that."

"Well, I mean where I'm from there are a lot of 'Hero' stories about where they get betrayed by a partner or someone they trust stabbing them in the back so I went with this other class that caught my attention."

"What class deserves to be chosen over becoming a hero." he says flabbergasted that I didn't even think about choosing the hero class.

"Cheater..."

"Cheater... Cheater... you mean like a cheater in a relationship?." he says as if he finally found an answer to a question no one knew.

"No cheater as in games like a Cheat, you know Unlimited lives in Mario, God Mode in Call of Duty, Aimbot in Overwatch. Man do you really know nothing." I say trying to ignore what he just said.

"Oh, you meant games, where I'm from games were outlawed due to a developer in VR making it so you die in real life if you die in the game. They also couldn't log out so they had to either die or beat the game to leave."

"So you say you have the cheater class, how does that work here in this world."

"I get a stat boost in all stats every level, no bottlenecks in my stats, I can use the experience to level, I can steal skill from others..." Fuck I shouldn't have said that much, thank god I didn't go too far. The second I finished that sentence I felt hostile intent everywhere in the air.

"Have you stolen from any humans." he says with a calm smile that will probably give me nightmares from now on.

"N-no only monsters." seeing my reaction he seems to have decerned that I wasn't lying so he sits back down.

"I see. Sorry, I shouldn't have accused you of something like that, thinking about it now there is no way our goddess would choose to protect someone like that." he says with a guilty tone.

"It's fine. Is there any reason why you called me here."

"I have a request of you, for the rewards... how about you can take one of my skills. Of course not important ones but maybe one of the skills I don't use anymore...Hmm... Let's see... how about Mana Manipulation, Lifestyle Magic, or Fighting Instinct. You can choose one of those to take if you chose to accept my mission."

"What's the mission." I say worried he might make me do the impossible.

"Reach level 20 in 3 days and I will let you take one of those 3 skills." as soon as he finished I got a notification from the system.

After reading the quest I accept it both on the system interface and to the guild master and head out of his office while he sends me off with a laugh.

"If you ever need me just walk up here, I'll make sure no one stops you so make sure and come often." he says as he closes the door and the hallway silences. Heading down the stairs I exit the guild while no one is paying attention and reach the inn. In my room at the inn, I put everything useful in the inventory and head to sleep.
