Reborn princess: I will change my ill-fate

Evan was thankful for the dim lightings in the festival. There were light bulbs everywhere, but those only gave a faint light to the faces and are more focused on the things placed in the shops.

Even though he looked cold and gave a not to approachable gaze, he is also a boy in his teens. No matter how one try to act, all things can't be controlled by anyone and such things include one's emotions and expressions.

One can act all tough and emotionaless and distant with people. But, no one in this world wants to be alone. At every point, everyone wishes for support from someone they love. And, for Evan it is Aeinshia.

The moment she embraced his real and vulnerable self, that he with utmost difficulty revealed to her, he was more sure than ever that she is the one for him. His first and last love. 

Facing Aeinshia while trying to hide his emotions made it even more hard for him to keep up with his composure.

As he's eyes shifted away from Aeinshia's beautiful face, the boats in Felix hand caught his sight. It really came like a blessing to him. There were a total number of three boats in Felix hands. From this, he concluded, they still didn't yet go near lake cosmos to release any boat and still wandering around the streets, enjoying to their hearts content.

Now, his mission was to spend some time alone with Aeinshia, without her over-protective brother being around her. He had to initiate something that Felix would get the hint and be on his way away from them. 

Without any warning Evan immediately snatched a boat from Felix. It's a blue coloured boat, fitting Aeinshia's eye color.

In the blink of an eye, the boat Felix personally chose for his little sister Aeinshia got robbed from his very hands by an uninvited guest.

Felix was about to blow up, but guess, he really can't shove Evan away or get mad at him, after all, his sister is in love with Evan and he can't bare to displease her in any way. So, at the end, he stood there in silence, accepting the cruel fate he got today.

He maybe nice to his sister, but he is not that nice in real life. So, he gave loud scowl with visible frown and glare towards Evan. He may be the Crown Prince, but right now, he is just his sister's lover and he would not be easy with him. 

Aeinshia lightly nodded despite her unwillingness. However, her unwillingness to leave early is very less compared to spending time with her love and getting blessings for their future together.

" Now that Evan is here, I am leaving Aeinshia's and our little princess Lucia's safety upon you. I got some work to do. See you guys later, " Saying that he escaped from their sight in no time, but before that he remembered to give the boat he bought for Lucia, and slightly patted her messy hair making it even messier, which only increased her cuteness to double strength compared to before.

'This little girl is so cute to stop myself from petting her. My sister Aeinshia is also so adorable and cute when she was Lucia's age. Maybe cuteness just runs in the family. I really miss my baby sister back then, now she grew up and it is already time for me to pass her responsibility into another man's hand. I wish I could get into time and never let time to pass. What a pity, no one got such ability. Guess this comes with having a sister. But, that Prince will surely have some tough time with me, if he dare hurt my baby sister.'

Sighing~ he left in disappointment.

Felix isn't a kid to not understand Evan's real intentions for approaching them. He didn't want to be a third wheel in his sisters love relationship. So he immediately tried to slip out of this batch of lovers space. They are still young and need to understand eachother, so of course, it is only required for others to give them their space and know eachother well.

" Brother wait, what's so rush??? " Her words not reaching his ears, and she couldn't find him anywhere, as if he vanished into thin air.

" I owe you one Felix, " Evan muttered inside his heart. He grinned in happiness, while his hands slipped into Aeinshia's free hand.

The trio walked towards Lake Cosmos, Aeinshia in middle, both Evan and Lucia holding her either hands.

That scene looked too harmonious and an eye blinding, as they dazzled vigorously with their beauty, irresistible for almost every citizen to avert their gaze away from them. They are very pleasing to eyes and the young pair looked very lovey dovey.

Aeinshia and Evan were already announced into a marriage, so holding the hands of a fiance in public is not any offense or doesn't leave any bad mark on the lady's reputation.

So no one cared about that small detail and enjoyed the amazing sight presented in front of their eyes. It's rare for them to get to see the people who are ruling them and standing on top of them, so how can they have time on complaining about those silly matters? Only idiots will do it.

Soon enough, under numerous citizens gaze, the trio reached their destination.

" Lucia, wait for brother here. I will quickly come after helping Aeinshia and help you to release the boat into the lake. Look, the banks all damped up. It will be hard for brother to take care of you both at the same time, " He whined to Lucia, like a little brother asking for his elder sisters help.

It's the one shot two birds down technique. With that, he doesn't have to make his little princess Lucia sad and could get logic into Aeinshia on the name of helping her using the banks as an excuse.

Lucia nodded her head vigorously, as if she understood what Evan tried to say to her and replied with an ok to them. "You are a real angel" Evan praised out of nowhere and grinned wide. Lucia smiled wide and bounced in her place, muttering a thank you to her elder, handsome and lovely brother.

Whereas, Aeinshia isn't a kid like Lucia to not understand what Evan is doing. This is the cosmos lake she visited every year, and she knew what it means of two people release a single boat together.

For gods sake, she is three years elder than Evan when compared mentally, only a fool won't understand what he wants to hide. However, she is willing to play along with him and act as if she didn't understand him. He is taking much effort to improve their relationship, how can she have the heart to disrupt everything, despite seeing his efforts?

Breaking her connection with Evan, bending her back a little to reach Lucia's height, Aeinshia spoke, " Wait for a while here. I will be back real quick, " Saying that she moved forward along with Evan.

However, Evan once again held her hand and walked hand in hand with Aeinshia to lake cosmos.

Reaching the banks, both of them bent their backs, and only halted when their hands touched the ice cold water, jolting them back to reality and reminding them they are in public, and many eyes watching their actions.

Evan held Aeinshia by her waist to give her some support, while Aeinshia put the boat steadily on the water, following it, Evan and Aeinshia held each other's hand and closed their eyes, each other making their own wishes, not knowing both of them wished for something very similar.

Evan: Beside me is the girl whom I love, I would be lying if I say I am not the happiest man on the surface of earth. I hope this moment lasts forever, but I know that can't be done. So I wish, may light always surround you, hope kindle and rebound you. May your hurts turn to healing, your heart embrace feeling. May wounds become wisdom, every kindness a prism. May laughter infect you, your passion resurrect you. May goodness inspire your deepest desires. The high and Almighty God high up in the sky, I hope you bless us and intertwine our fates in such a way that no one can get between us. I hope I always have Aeinshia's back and she could always get my shoulder for support.
