4 Years later

On a court, with the sun almost gone, you can see two boys playing basketball

And who would these two be ? Obviously Shin and Aomine

The ball is in Shin's possession, he dribbled it between his legs to his left hand, he tilted his whole body and the ball to the left giving the impression that he was going to run, but he passed the ball behind his back, Aomine almost fell for his fake and went to mark again, Shin quickly made a spin move to the left using his whole body and ran straight to the basket leaving Aomine behind, he arrived under the net and scored with a beautiful reverse layup

In all of those years Shin never returned to the Doors, maybe it has some requirement to go there?

"With this game now we are 98-0 games played and all of those I winned" Shin said while panting a bit

Since they started playing together, they've played 1v1 several times, but Aomine hasn't managed to win once

"Ahh, I will not give up so easily next time I will win" Aomine

Momoi who was close just shook her head, during these years she has already gotten used to the behavior of his friend

"Here Yuki-kun"

She handed him a bottle of water

"Thanks Momoi-chan, do you know if you'll be able to go see the movie today? Dai-chan's mom already let him go"

Momoi was sad that one of her best friends would leave to another country

"Great, my dad is going too so you don't have to worry" Shin said happy

The three talked a little more before getting ready to go watch the new movie that was going to be released today, they arranged it a week in advance

"Hey Shin, do you think that in America you are going to play against better people than here?" Aomine

Shin thought for a while before answering

"I don't know to tell you the truth, if I'm going to play I'll have to join a team of children my age or older, probably they will be taller than us"

Shin was now 4'7" feet tall, being considered very tall for his age, his body was beautiful with his well-defined muscles, making Shin look older than he really is

"Yuki-kun, when you get there are you going to play with 8 years old or are you going to wait until you get older?"

Shin had already thought of this in advance and responded quickly

"I will wait and watch how they play their game while I continue training at home but still I will play in the courts that they have, I will probably play the games in my school when I am 11 years old or 10, My mom said I would go back to Japan when the middle school from here starts"

"Probably yes, there I will be able to see several different game styles and there will be international level coaches"

Aomine and Momoi agreed with him

Shin thought that top 8 isn't that bad

After getting ready they met to watch the movie, they watched with Shin in the middle stealing everyone's popcorn

After the movie was over they went out to eat in a restaurant with Shin's father, they talked and laughed a lot, but the atmosphere was strange, none of them said anything else and they got quiet

Momoi looked at Shin with watery eyes and hugged him tightly

"Shin stay here please"

She said as she buried her head in his ċhėst

Shin just smiled weakly and patted her head

"Don't worry Momoi-chan, when I get back I'll be even more beautiful, haha"

Momoi looked up and pouted with her flushed cheeks making her look really cute

Shin saw this and blushed a little, he wanted to pinch her cheeks but didn't, he approached her ear and whispered

'I like girls with pink hair'

Momoi was embarrassed by this and put her head further into Shin's ċhėst

"Aham, can you two date after we finish eating please?" Aomine

"My son is growing so fast, I'm so proud"

The two got red like tomatoes and smoke started to come out of their heads, they quickly separated and got back to their seats, there was a strange silence between the group

"Let's finish eating and go, please" Shin said while he turned his head

They were already going home by Shin's Dad car, meanwhile they talked about Shin bringing gifts for both of them

"Of course, I will bring you two the best gift ever"

"Bye Shin, we will see you going to the airport tomorrow" Aomine

"Okay, bye guys" Shin said as he waved his hand at them

Shin came into his house and didn't said nothing, he jumped on his bed and started to cry

'It's okay to cry today right ? I just can't cry tomorrow when I'm gone "

Shin fell asleep after crying for a while ...

They already packed their bags and went to the car, the two families who were their neighbors were there to wish them a good trip, while the ȧduŀts talked, the children also talked

"Good trip Shin, next time we see each other I will win against you" Aomine

"I doubt it" Shin

They said as they put one fist against the other

Shin realized that Momoi was quiet and thought she was sad

"You don't have to be sad, Momoi, we'll see each other soon"

Momoi said nothing and was just looking down, Shin approached her and gave her a quick hug and ran to the car where his parents were waiting for him

When he turned to say something else, he felt something soft on his lips

Momoi who intended to kiss him on the cheek got very embarrassed and smoke came out of her head

All the parents though the same thing

'Ohh the youth'

Shin stood there trying to process what happened, after understanding what happened he turned red and ran to the car, he heard a little goodbye from Momoi but he answered without looking back

"Bye Momoi, we'll see each other soon"

They arrived at the airport and went straight to the plane, after a while the plane took off to Shin's new journey
