Shin practiced about one hour and half doing his new workouts pushing his body to the limit

He finished doing and fell to the ground while panting heavily

Shin: 'This is really hard, the coach know exactly what my limits are, and all the exercises that would help me strengthen the weak parts of my body

He is a really good coach'

Shin closed his eyes to recover a bit from the fatigue accumulated on his body

Coach: "No rests right now, we'll be playing a 3v3 with the starters, put the uniforms and go to the court"

Shin sighed and prepared to play

Coach: "Get ready to the tip-off, Zion and Shin, you two will be the provisory captains of both teams

Shin & Zion: "Yes Coach!"

The coach threw the ball in the air and both jumped at same the time, Zion was taller but Shin jumped higher getting the ball for his team with one finger of difference while jumping

Himuro saw Shin running directly to the basket and passed the ball to him

Zion reached Shin and got in position to defend, Shin didn't think too much and quickly used the level 1 of his new move

Zion couldn't even react and when he saw Shin, he had already scored the first point of the match

Zion: 'This guy is really a freak!'

Zion was shocked and excited by being passed so easily, this just mean that he had a lot to improve

Trent passed the ball to Kagami who took her to the middle of the court, he found Himuro who was already ready to mark him

He passed to Trent and runned to do a screen to let he shoot the ball

Trent shoot the ball but he encountered a hand blocking him

Shin already got out of his mark and rushed to block Trent quickly, he blocked and the ball rushed to the center of the court

Kagami and Shin runned to get the ball and Shin took it first, however Kagami got time to defend him

Shin tilted his body and the ball to the left and did a clean spin-move to the righit passing Kagami, he jumped the highest he could and Kagami jumped too, he did a Up and Down layup that didn't give Kagami a chance to block it and scored

Kagami got the ball quickly and passed to Zion who was alone in the other side of the court

Kagami passed the ball with maximum strenght he could get and the ball was a little bit to the left from Zion

Zion saw that and rushed to his left to get it, this made he get a bit late and Taylor came to mark him

He pushed him with his body to the free throw line and did a stepback, he wasn't sure he was going to make it so he passed to Trent who was alone in the three point line

Trent got the ball and saw Shin rushing to him, he didn't got afraid and jumped to make his shoot

Shin hand almost reached the ball but itt didn't and Trent scored three points

Shin: 'Ahh, almost'

He got a bit frustated but recovered to focus in the game

With 3:21 minutes left in the clock, the Red Team was winning by 7 points with Shin scoring the majority of the points

Shin got the ball and observed where everyone was, he saw Himuro leaving his mark and asking for the ball

Shin passed quickly to him, Himuro ran to make a layup and jumped, but he saw someone running to block him by the corner of his eye, so he switched the ball to his other hand and did a layup from the other side of the hoop

Zion was the one who ran for the block, he realized that he was badly positioned and hit Himuro making a foul and Himuro scoring the point by luck

Himuro: "Yes!"

Zion scored 2 layups and Kagami scored one layup in this time making the game be 6 points of advantage to the Red Team

Shin scored a shoot from the elbow, making 8 points of difference from the Blue Team

Zion passed the ball to Kagami who passed to Trent, Trent walked with the ball in his hands to the wing of the right side

Taylor came to mark him running, and Trent did a crossover to unbalance him, Taylor left his right side open and Trent passed

He jumped to a layup but he saw Shin was going to block him so he passed the ball to Kagami who was coming to help

Time left: 0:42

Kagami: 'With that time left, there will only be time for two more plays at maximum'

Kagami thought of trying to steal the ball when they passed in the beginning

Shin was going to pass the ball to Himuro, but he saw Kagami running to intercept it

Instead he passed it to Taylor who was free

Taylor ran with the ball into the hoop and passed it to Himuro who got freed from his mark

Himuro received it and quickly passed it to Shin who was running through the middle of the court

Shin took the ball and saw two people marking him

Kagami and Zion tried to steal the ball but they saw Shin speak an unnaudible whisper

"Level 2"

Shin suddenly appeared behind them leaving a red and silver trail behind him and scored with a layup

Zion: 'Again this move, it was even faster than before the other time'

Kagami: 'What was that? Shin has never done that before '

They soon got out from their thoughts and focused on the match

This was probably the last play of the game so they would at least try to make one more point

Zion had the ball and Shin came to mark him, Zion turned his back to Shin protecting the ball and passed it to Kagami

Kagami took it and quickly passed it to Trent without looking

Trent received and jump to shoot from the three-point line

He threw the ball and it tried to enter but instead spinned all around the rim, unfortunately for Trent, the ball didn't enter

Kagami however had run before he passed the ball to go under the basket and caught the rebound

Shin arrived to mark him leaving Zion free in the short corner

Kagami saw Zion free and passed the ball through Shin's side who tried to catch it but failed

Zion received and shoot scoring the last point of the game

They heard the coach's whistle and stopped playing

Shin's breathing was a bit wheezy after a game in which he ran around the court all the time

Shin: "Nice game guys ... you played well"

He said while panting

Himuro: "You played ... very well today Shin"

Himuro said praising Shin while

the others agreed with him

Shin: "You too... it was hard to be running... all over"

The coach approached them and spoke

Coach: "I have some good news to give you...

They announced the date of the state tournament, and it will be next week!"

Shin was super happy to hear that and started to smile while the others also smiled

Shin: "We are going to show who is the best team for all of them, and we're going to win all the games and move on to the next stage together"

Everyone agreed and smiled

The coach realized that Shin would be a good choice for the team captain, but he would need to ask Shin first
