Original Wolf -

The next morning Rebekah was setting up the bonfire she was planning while Hope was in her baby seat on the deck watching. Elijah walked over to her, hesitating to touch her, Rebekah seeing this decided she was a bit to harsh on him yesterday.

"It's ok Elijah, despite what may be going on, I do still trust you never to harm Hope, you've done everything for her after all."

Elijah getting the ok, proceeded to pick her up- "Where is your...husband is it?"

Rebekah rolling her eyes at him before Nevan stepped out the door.

"Miss me already brother." he said laughing at how it actually made Elijah flinch, while others would never notice, it did not escape his eyes.

Elijah- "Oh look, Niklaus is here, I'll very much like to see how he reacts to this." seeing Rebekah frown however made him then say, "I'll will help where I can Rebekah." earning him a slight grin.

While Rebekah thought, 'I hope Niklaus doesn't do anything to piss off Nevan to much' as she watched Niklaus ride up with Hayley.

Nevan feeling Rebekah's glare as her other brother rode up, tried to remember not to harm his new brother. Once Niklaus actually got out of the car and headed towards his daughter who was now in Hayley's arms, didn't notice the new face in the door. Nevan meanwhile was shocked upon seeing Niklaus, 'Holy shit, he looks like Ivan, I see chasing after Mille didn't stop his fun.' looking down at Haley he also noticed she was another descendant from another of his old pack. It's no wonder they could have a kid with that kind of background.

After Hayley handed off Hope to her father, she felt the gaze of Nevan as she looked over. "Who is that?"

Niklaus looking up frowned when he saw the stranger also asked- "I told you to protect my daughter not to use her to find a date." he accused as he glared back at Rebekah. Then turning his attention to Elijah as he handed the baby back to Hayley. "Elijah care to explain?" asking his brother who he trusted more regardless if he was under his mother's influence.

Rebekah speaking up first- "No need to ask him Nik, this is my husband, look at this." She said as she raised her finger to show the tattoo. This however had the opposite effect as Niklaus eyes widened.

Niklaus using an arm to move Hayley back as he asked- "Elijah I know your not at your best at the moment, but how did you let this slip your notice." Elijah soon understood the implications of the tattoo as he made a move to snap Rebekahs neck before she understood what was going on.

Nevan silently watching this play out hoping Rebekah could ease him into the conversation now grew extremely angry at seeing his wife neck snapped right in front of him. "How dare you do that in front of me!" he yelled as he started stalking over.

Elijah made the first move as he charged at Nevan thinking it would be an easy win. Nevan easily grabbed him by the neck with his right hand, hearing Hayley scream, "Elijah!"

Niklaus now weary of this unknown creature in front of him decided to talk before taking action, he didn't want to have any mishaps with his daughter just behind him. "I don't know what you are, but you made mistake trying to control my sister with whatever dark magic you concocted."

Nevan then shifted into his werewolf form, to try and put the fear of god into Niklaus who has never felt it before as his eyes glowed unleashing his blood pressure to make him kneel before him. Strutting over to the now fuming Niklaus who was stuck on his knees not understanding what was happening as he felt the need to submit.

Hayley too scared to move as she saw Elijah still in the monsters grasp and Niklaus forced to his knees.

Niklaus now fuming did his best to get up onto his feet yelled out- "I will never allow you to harm my family!"

Nevan now a 8ft tall werewolf looked way to imposing as he stood over Niklaus who was feeling fear for the first time in his life, but it wasn't just for himself like when he was running from Mikael, he was afraid for Hope now that he's failed.

Nevan baring his fangs, he lifted a foot to step on Niklaus c.h.e.s.t and force him to the ground. "You best watch what you say to me boy, you may be related to one of my old pact members, but that does not give a beta like you the right to strut in front of me, not to mention how bold you were to actually snap my wife's neck in front of ME!" he snarled out the last part as he increased the pressure of his foot, cracking his c.h.e.s.t as it started to make an impression of his foot.

Blood now pouring out of the wound and his mouth, Hayley on the side screamed "Please stop!" as the baby started to cry.

Nevan hearing the baby cry gave a loud wolf snort as he lifted his foot off of Niklaus, he then went up and kicked his head to the side snapping his neck so he wouldn't bother him anytime soon. Leaving Elijah for last so he would witness his powerful brothers complete helplessness in front of him. He snapped Elijah neck and threw him on top of his brother before he shifted back to human, picking up Rebekah and taking her inside.

Nevan saying as he walked back into the house- "Sorry I couldn't meet you under nicer circ.u.mstances, but you have nothing to fear from me, after all we're family now." he laughed as he disappeared through the door.

Hayley stood there completely frozen as she looked down at the bodies of two of the most powerful people she knew, that couldn't do anything in the face of that creature. She debated on whether or not to try and make a run for it, whether she should drag Niklaus and Elijah body back to the car and drive away or if it would be safer to go alone, she had to think of what's best for Hope after all.

The words he said still rung in her ear though, we're family now. She decided to risk it and stay taking solace in the fact that if he wanted to do something he could of already.
