Original Wolf -

Nevan- "Alright, as promised I will tell you."

After they got out of the water Nevan proceeded to pick her up again, Rebekah now accepting it as normal let him with a grin on her face, draping her arms around his neck as she leaned into him resting her head on his c.h.e.s.t.

A little while later they were on a different mountain top with a nice cliff view looking out over the forest and the city lights in the distance.

Nevan placing her down, looked over into her eyes saying- "Rebekah, I love you." as he leaned down to kiss her one more time. Rebekah didn't say anything back and just waited for him to tell her what she wanted to know.

(In this story only wolves turned werewolf can transform back/into wolf form and their descendants have this chance. Its super rare for others outside of immediate bloodline descent to ever achieve this.)

Rebekah's eyes went wide taking a step back muttering, "He's a wolf, a frikin wolf...I fell in love with a dog."

Nevan hearing the last part come out was happy soaring into the heavens only to be plunged into hell, 'How dare she call me a dog.' Growling a bit which made her flinch.

Nevan transforming back frustrated at how hard it is to make a girl fall in love with you, went up to her grabbing hold of her hands, preventing her from stepping back anymore.- "Rebekah, I'm an Original wolf, I have been alive since before the ice age and I, an intelligent magical creature, am in love with you another, magical creature."

Seeing she her stay quiet still not convinced. He put on a very serious face 'It's time for the nuclear option.'- "Rebekah." he said making sure he had her full attention, readying the nukes.

Nevan now having her full attention he got on one knee, Rebekah looking at him confused at what he was doing now.- "Rebekah, I the Original Wolf ask you Rebekah, to allow me to give you the mating bite, which will in turn give you the same powers I have, essentially turning you into a werewolf-wolf, you will be like me and..." pausing to make sure she was listening "With this you and I can start our own family, you will be able to get pregnant, Rebekah will you marry me."

Rebekah was stunned, she was standing there staring down at him, still registering the words she just heard. Nevan patiently waited not moving from his one knee position.

After what seemed like forever he finally heard her whisper- "Is it true?" before asking louder "Don't joke with me, is what you said just now true?"

Nevan looking at her very serious face grinned- "I will never lie to you for as long as we live, Do you accept?"

Rebekah opening her mouth about to answer was quickly interrupted,- "Rebekah do not base your decision on being pregnant alone, when i give you the mating bite, you will be my wife, forever...make sure your prepared for that." he said now looking down afraid of what might be said next.

While she did really want to get pregnant and wouldn't even hesitate to say yes to just about anyone.

She paused now after what he said and thought about the last few days and how wonderful he's been. Despite how quick it may seem, after being alive so long and going through so much, even her recent betrayals leaving wounds on her heart.

She looked down at Nevan and smiled all the same, this time even if she's wrong again she felt like with him it would still be great and wonderful and full of new experiences and she would still get what she wanted not to mention he did sweep her off her feet, she certainly has fallen for him.

Rebekah started to giggle causing Nevan to look up- "I Rebekah accept you Nevan to be my Husband for as long as we shall live."

Nevan grinning then turned to a serious look as he said- "My dear are you sure? For I promise you it'll be a very very long time, if not forever."

Rebekah grinning- "I certainly hope so." she said as she leaned down and kissed him, giving Nevan a nice surprise.- "While it seems quick and is quick." she laughed before continuing- "It was not just about having kids, these last couple days have been the best days I've ever had in my entire life." she said spinning around before whispering just loud enough so he could hear, "And I have been alive a long time."

Nevan seeing her turn a little sour ran over and picked her up again in a princess carry putting a grin on her face as he leaned down to kiss her before whispering into her ear- "Come, let's go start our new lives together."
