One Piece: The Eldest Brother

*A week later*

On the quiet sea, a certain warship was currently sailing Calm-belt.

It was of course Edam's team warship.

However there were some changes that had been made to the ship. First... the color of the ship changed slightly and the appearance changed greatly.

His ships crow nests is now shaped like a mountain and his figurehead is exactly like edams great ape forms face, there's also many sails for this ship. The overall vessel has the theme of a great ape, akin to garp's battleship and one of the front sails that bears the marking of HQ-R1 under the Marine markings.

This great ape theme was what garp suggested to edam.... well... suggested was a big word it was more like imposed on him with arguments such as "you should follow my great sense of 'coolness' (More like dumbassery) "

Anyways, he didnt have much of a choice in this nor did he care and put little to no thought in it, 'cause today they're on a special mission.'

They were actually tasked with the objective to go in a certain place to meet a certain pirate who wanted to discuss about a possible change of statue from pirates to Warlord of the seas.

And when Edam heard who it was, he really couldn't help but release a laughing smile out because it was actually a certain little girl who he helped and recently became a female pirate that he knew for a couple of years already (althought he didn't see her at all in those couple of years too but..... meh details... details.)

Obviously it was Boa Hancock ! The governement actually wanted to make her a Warlord of the seas, that was nigh insane, clearly showing how much they valued her potential and danger.

The day they were tasked with this very mission garp actually requested Sengoku to send Edams team to meet her for the "experience" ( hehe are you thinking what I'm thinking hehe) he said (such a nice grandpa).

Edam was currently sitting legs crossed on the figure head of his ship. He was dressed relaxingly not really caring about what clothes he wore as long as he did had clothes on.

His super cute monkey tail was let loose behind his back slowly swinging right and left joyfully while sometimes it would mess with the sleeping bird on his head by poking its head drawing some smirks out of Edam face everytime.

And on his knees, full black colored sword was resting on, while a comic book was seen on the other side.

He was looking at a beautifull wooden necklace made of flowers and two very thin lianas meticulously weaves together.

On his head a black bird slept on it peacefuly.

"She sure knows how to weave don't she, ....that's nice...." everytime he would look at it a smile will always appear on his face without him necessarily wanting to and his tail would moved unnoticiably faster than a second ago, unknowingly to himself.

The wooden necklace was in fact a gift from Hancock (what a nice wif- Ahem person, I'm sorry) for his 15th birthday. When black snow came back a few days ago this necklace was in it with a small letter.

The letter was as always beautifuly written with colorful flowers draw at each corner, and a writing style as exquisite as ever. Anyone would be able to notice a certain tenderness and care for this letter. It was clearly a girl who wrote this letter and some more experienced people could go further ahead and tell you that the girl in question really cared a lot for her recipient, like a lot plus 1, even over nine thous- ahem... anyway you get the idea...

Edam couldnt help but take this as a challenge for himself and improve his calligraphy as such the letters the two sent were always pretty and magnificent to look at, unknowingly looking like two little lovers writing to one another.

After a rather long time of sitting and breathing in fresh air and meditating, Edam quietly opened his eyes and looked at the far away landscapes.

Far away at about three kilometers an exotic looking island appeared in his sight, it was carved with gigantic curved snake statues and the name of the native tribe of the island, Kuja was engraved in the rock. 

But there was something more interesting though...

At about a hundred of meters away, there was a giant red ship, resembling a Junk. The front have two giant snake harnessed, allowing them to move through the Calm Belt with ease. The ship has paddle wheels at the rear, a cabin with the architecture resembling those from ancient China, the front sail with the crew's Jolly Roger and the back sail with the kanji for "Kuja".

Edam smiled when he saw the ship. Standing up he turned around and saw that his crew was already ready to meet with the pirate crew.

The crew was currently composed of...

Zaz his second, the four brothers, Kuina, Shion, Inue, Nekoe, the little All-hunt Grount, and the twins sisters.

Grount was like their junior now and still had difficulty to use his power so he was given to them to managed and teach.

As for the twins... well although they didn't passed the test, some people who passed the said test weren't happy about it of course but...

Edam just said. "I'm the captain, so my ship, my rules..."

...

He jumped off the figure head to landed on the ship's deck as Zaz gave out some instruction.

As for Edam, there was only one thought that passed by in his head at this instant.

'Hehe... I wanted to prank her...'

With this thought, he grabbed his captain coat and put it on looking really handsome as he did this move.

He then looked at certain object on one of the table and walked over to take it.

He afterward...

Put the object on his head ?!

Yes... he put what looked like a mask on his head and turned toward his crew.

"So how is it ?"

"..."
