One Piece: The Eldest Brother

As Garp was done talking with Sengoku, he return home.

Reaching the house he heard something making "swich, swich" sound and then the sound of the ground cracking.

"What the hell is he doing ?" he thought curiously as he continued to walk to the house.

" Wait this sound..."

"It really sound like..."

"Like..."

"What was it again ?"

He was trying really hard to remember this sound as it shouldn't be here for him. He then did something stupid.

Without Garp knowing he unconsciously lifted his hand, closed it and then punched the hell out of the wall, breaking it like a rice cracker biscuit.

"Boom...!!!"

"Ah...! I screwed things up." He said with a straight face.

As a result Edam who was praticing his Soru was so surprised by the sound of the wall exploding that he stumble over with a "Whoaahhh..." sound.

And then he ejected again headfirst against the wall in front of him breaking it into countless fragments with a "Boom...!!!" sound.

" Itttēēē !!!!! ( it hurts)" he scream painfuly on the ground while rubbing his head.

His poor head had now two red bumps beaming and flickering like alarm.

"Oyy Jii-chan, why did you punched the wall ?" he asked in grieviance as he rubbed his head with a tear in his eyes.

"Ah ! I didn't pay attention and end up punching it..." He said without a single bit of an embarassment on his face and instead a wide smile on it.

He was smiling and smiling until he clearly looked at the surrounding. What was once a training has turned into battlefield to say the least. Walls were broken, the ground was cracked everywhere and the once beautiful garden was now a disaster to look at.

His eyes went wide open as he then shouted out " Oyyy...!!! Edam what the hell happened to the garden !!?" He angrily went to Edam and lift him by the back of his shirt like a wronged little puppy.

" Ehh ?! I...I just trained like...like how the book you hand me said to." Edam replied nervously with his tail standing up like a cat.

"Does the book teach you how to destroy the damn garden ?!!!"

"Instead of destroying it you should train more idiot !"

"It seems that you also became a rascal like the three other while I was away. Well it seems that I will have to reeducate you as well."

"N...no..." little monkey replied like a wronged dog as he said " It was an accident..."

"An accident ? How the hell can you break something with the observation and armament Haki ? They are both more made for defense than offense, so tell me how ?" He said that explosively to Edam while the latter wore a curious expression.

"Haki ? what is that ?" Edam's face was filled with questioning mark as he asked that.

"What do you mean by that ?" it was Garp turn to be confused.

"I mean what is this things called Haki ?" Edam still confused asked.

"You didn't read the book or what ?!" He asked furiously.

"Don't tell me you fake your reading ?!!!" Coming to a conclusion on his own he yelled out even more furiously while lifting his loving fist.

"What ?! N...No ! I read the book but not the one on Haki but the one on Rokushiki !"

"What ? how is that possible, I gave you the one on Haki though."

"I don't know, it's you who gave me this. " he said quietly as he was still hanging in the air.

"Do you mean that I've made a mistake ?!" Garp looked at him menacingly.

"What ?! No I wouldn't dare to imply such a things sir..." he replied like a soldier even though he wasn't one yet.

"Then..." Garp said lift his hand as Edam closed his eyes in fear.

But contrary to his expectation Garp didn't beat him but laughed out loud while rubbing the back of his head.

"Bwahahahaha...so I gave you the wrong book huh... Bwahahaha..." He laughed his lung out for a minute and then said " So that's why it was a familiar sound, you were praticing Soru...Bwahahaha."

It was a laughing matter for him but not for Edam as he just avoid a painful beating this night.

After laughing for a bit, he then said " Alright, go take a bath, tomorrow we will repair the garden."

After taking a bath and waiting for Garp to take one too it was only now that Edam who had finally stopped training noticed something urgent.

His belly was growling in hunger !

He then search in the entire house but not a single piece of meat or grain of rice could be seen in this home ! However he did found a hundred packets of rice crackers but no food.

'How can it be...?!'

' The fridge is empty !!!'

'No it's not possible, where is the food, there were always a lot in there, how is this possible ?!'

"Grandpa, we have no food, how do we do ?!" When he said that his voice held a sort of desperation in it as Garp who had finished taking his bath got out and say " Ah right, I forgot to asked the cook to send some food."

"Then...?" a desperate voice said.

" Bwahahahaha don't make this face..."

"We will just go eat with the others..." with a laughing, smiling face, Garp said

" ???" Edam face was completely confused.

' With the others...?'

"Come !" Garp didn't said anything and just exited the house and walked away.

They then made a long way to a building behind the headquarter's main building.

Reaching the place, a mix of delicious aroma was overflowing the place as Edam and Garp smell this.

In fact it has already been a while now that he had smell those aroma, thus his stomach was complaining nonstop with some " Gwraoou, Gwhraaaao" sound.

Even Garp's belly was furious as well and so Edam didn't need to hurry him as it was Garp who hurried him instead.

Garp opened the sliding door as they were greeted by a lot of people who were eating around a giant table. Hell there was even a giant eating there.

When they saw Garp some said.

"Garp-chan you're here ?"

"Is that your grandson ?"

"Heeeh... he really does have a tail..."

"Ah Garp come, come, come, we're celebrating Hina's birthday, you came at just the right time ! Hahaha...!"

"Bwahahahaha I just came back today. So it is Hina's birth party huh...Bwahahaha... I really came at the right time huh..."

" Oy, Edam say Hi to them....."
