One Piece: The Eldest Brother

His appearance had already quite changed from before…

His clothes were ragged and his sweatshirt had been blasted to pieces revealing the tank-top under it and some very defined muscles. His wound had already mended itself thoroughly as though nothing happened, although the scar was still in place.

His pure black hair was now glowing a beautiful blond color. Most of his strands of hair had risen and were now 'sharp'. Even his black tail was now shining a beautiful golden color.

His eyes were yellow and his gaze was sharper than ever before… reminiscent of a predator...

"Super Saiyan?" Black Goku said with a stunned expression but most of all with a tone filled with doubts. 

Having researched Goku's life to its fullest to acquire his power, we could say that he knew Goku better than even his wife herself or even more than Goku himself.

That's why he couldn't help but express the doubts in his heart since even though everything was pointing toward a regular Super Saiyan state, a few details just didn't add up to it.

The first detail was his eyes which were, unlike the regular jade green-like color of a normal Super Saiyan, were instead still retaining this bestial and predator-like pale yellow color.

The second detail was the tremendous and peculiar blood-red aura rising out of Edam, in contrast to the typical and fiery golden aura of a normal Saiyan. 

"A mutant type of ki?" Black Goku said to himself. 

This type of ki was the rarest to be found in existence since it could be either unique to one race or might just be unique to one being. 

And then again, the property and power drew out of it could greatly vary from one being to another, some ancient records even spoke of some Legendary Super Saiyan, a demonic type of Saiyan that appears every thousand years, a being who loves slaughter and destruction, a sort of mortal Destroyer in contrast to a divine Destroyer.

If it was compared to a Destroyer itself, its power was without a doubt incontestable, a True Calamity for both mortals and gods.

And with the things happening in front of him, Black could only half-believe such legends… 

Meanwhile, in front, Edam was in appearance standing quietly, but in his head, a thousand of bestial and raging roars loudly echoed 

A Power unlike before flowed through him furiously…

After reaching this state, the amount of energy that should be quickly depleted due to the incapacity to sustain such a transformation was instead increasing!

His body was continuously taking energy from the universe itself to sustain itself, making the energy that he was absorbing near limitless.

And at the side, Yamote who was restraining two gods finally reached his limits. "Lord! I'm reaching limits! Be careful!"

He yelled and finally stopped flapping his wings as the space trying to crush Zamasu and Black in vain finally started to loosen up.

Sensing the restraint on him loosening up, Black and Zamasu both smiled at each other before looking at Edam. 

"Hmph, this is impressive I can give you that, but in the end...?" 

Black was interrupted as he saw Edam lifting his eyes to look at him with a pair of eyes filled with hostility and rage before literally exploding in speed.

Boom! Swish! 

The speed at which he flew and the massive amount of energy he was releasing was so great that the entire space behind him was literally razed to the ground, flattened in his wake.

"Heh…" Although a bit surprised, Black still smiled complacently at that as he replicated and punched him back while muttering maliciously. "Like I said, in the end, this is only a Super Saiyan...."

Eventually, the two fists collided and a tremendous shock happened.

Booooom…! 

However, Goku Black's smile completely froze in place and his eyes widened. 'What…!?'

Something incomprehensible happened as he watched on in shock as his fist was purely and simply overpowered by Edam's oppressive strength.

Black's hand was flung away as he hastily retreated to the back while shooting a dozen of black-rosé ki balls.

"Hmph!"

Each ball accurately hits and explodes on Edam who just met them head-on, not even bothering to block and simply dash in carelessly and impatiently.

Boom! boom! boom! boom…!

"...?!" Seeing not even a scratch on him, a feeling of indignation appeared as Black finally snapped and yelled angrily. "That's enough!"

A crushing divine pressure rose from him as he powered up and sped up toward Edam and punched him.

Bam!

His fist successfully struck Edam on his face…

However, Black once again gritted his teeth as he saw his arm being stopped neatly on Edam's forehead, unable to push it forward, as if he was trying to move an immovable divine mountain. 

A sort of near unbreakable wall of blood-red ki was constantly protecting Edam, forming up by itself whenever an attack was near, like an instinctive reaction of his body and mind.

In that small amount of time, their eyes met…

Black's eyes were in a bit of turmoil while Edam's eyes were, in contrast, glaring a cold and pale yellow light mixed with a dreadful calmness.

Roar….!

Edam only released a small snort before sweeping Black's fist away as if swatting a fly before charging his arm. And with a violent release of force…

"...?!" Even Black himself couldn't react to this as Edam executed a rapid but extremely violent lariat move on him.

Bam! Swiiiiish! 

"Blarg….!"

Boom! Crash! Crack! 

He was sent flying over a few kilometers away before completely crashing down.

However, Black immediately struggled and stood up with a vein popping on his forehead while laughing like a maniac. "So… you're just a barbaric and mad berserker…"

"But, when I'm done with you, I will make you beg for your Life!!!" 

With that, he burst in speed and nearly instantly crossed the kilometer's worth of distance… and a sharp blade of energy formed upon his hand.

The ground was once again flattened by the pressure he released as he moved with extreme momentum.

But, this time around, Zamasu also flew with Black as they sent a glance to one another. Both of them being the same person actually enable them to be extremely synchronized in their moves with no need for words.

Zamasu directly moved on Edam's side while Black met him head-on.

A small battle of attrition began between the Super Saiyan Rosé and the seemingly Red Berserker.

Not so far away, Trunks, Mai, and Yamote were watching with different expressions on their faces.

"He, he is fighting evenly with him…" Trunks said with a stunned expression. "Yamote-san, what happened to him…?"

"..." Yamote was silent for a while before replying. "...well, I'm not too sure of what happened exactly but… you know, in the Primordial, Ancient and the Modern Era alike, there has always existed Monster-like existences in every race, and in the Primordial Era, it was even more true for the Saiyan's race…"

"In a simple way, this is the first stage and true form of power the Saiyan race should be able to attain in the first place through their bloodline…"

"But, time went on and this Saiyan's Unique Bloodline slowly diluted itself throughout time, only appearing once in a while in History as a legendary mutation known for its power, brutality, and destruction, truly befitting of the Saiyan's race, those who challenge the gods…" Although he praised them, a sort of sigh seemed to come from him at the end.

"And for a reason that I ignore, this Legendary Power just kicked in, and that's kinda strange… or maybe not? Perhaps it is a body's automatic system of defense?"

"That's incredible…" Trunks said and looked up.

The two Saiyans' battle was extremely fierce as they both reached the far away mountains, battling there.

Black didn't hold anything back anymore and gave every punch to kill, and the difficulty thoroughly increased for Edam.

It should be known that after he reached his Super Saiyan Rosé form, Black had grown by leaps and bounds, easily able to defeat a Vegeta Blue.

But, even with that, his attacks that were although touching his enemy were only able to push him back as he kept charging again and again and again.

His god-level techniques and his overall battle power were all supposed to be superior to Edam… and yet… the latter seemed like an Unbreakable Titan or an undying ċȯċkroach…

Without mentioning that Edam's strikes weren't light either, in fact, they were immensely heavy!

Just as frustration began to appear on Black's face...

Zamasu, who was waiting on the sides, lifted his hand and cried out loud.

"Hah!" An invisible force was projected outward toward Edam to restrain him.

However, this attempt only won him a mere and violent glance from Edam. 

A violent and abrupt amount of power burst out following his glance to collide with Zamasu's godly power. 

The sound of a glass breaking resounded as Zamasu's divine ki was broken through.

Although Zamasu as a Kai was using godly ki to empower his techniques, making it a complete god-level technique, Edam with his sheer amount of overbearing ki completely smashed it. Despite Godly ki's irrefutable advantage on mortal ki, the former could still be overpowered by force…

"What the…?!" Zamasu exclaimed out in shock but instantly recovered and reacted by putting even more power into it. 

"Don't underestimate me! Haaaaaaah!" Zamasu angrily shouted while pouring everything he got.

His technique was once again activated and washed over Edam and this time around his body finally showed signs of stopping.

Goku Black didn't hesitate a second as an extremely sharp blade of ki formed up and he slashed horizontally on Edam's neck to get rid of him once and for all… 

Seeing this incoming doom, Edam's expression grew fiercer as he grumbled. "Piss off…"

Just as the blade was gonna slash, a mass of energy abruptly exploded out of Edam blowing the two gods away. "F*ck!"

They quickly recovered their balance but the time it took for them to do so, they noticed in shock and alarm as about hundred of thousands, no, a million even blood-red spheres of ki formed up in the sky quickly filling up the heaven's vault.

Just under the sky, Edam was already up there with one arm seemingly reaching for the high heaven. 

And with an abrupt pulling movement to the ground, the entire blood-filled sky seemed to collapse and drop.

Nearly a million spheres of ki rushed toward the two gods. The numbers were so overwhelming that they slowly formed a gigantic staff-like form before finally shrinking down to the form of a mind-numbing half a kilometer-long humongous spear.

Strangely enough, the million-blood-red spear wasn't all so red, but was glowing an eerie purple in its center while covered in blood-red… 

Both Zamasu and Black's eyes abruptly constricted at that sight.

They could feel it, this gigantic strike was imbued with Destruction Energy! 

"Sh*t, block it for me!" In face of this, Black who wasn't immortal like his other self lost his shit as he grabbed Zamasu and threw him right in front of the attack.

"You…!" Obviously, Zamasu wasn't happy to serve as a shield since even though he was immortal, he wasn't exempt from pain.

However, it was too late to complain as the massive Destruction Spear was already upon them.

Zamasu sweated and gritted his teeth to take on the strike but to his surprise, he saw Edam looking at him while muttering. 

"No, not you…"

Suddenly some memories flowed in his head as he saw his older self slashing a Golden Dragon down. His movement was powerful, and most of all, something was different with this attack and so...

In the next moment, the young Saiyan mimicked and grabbed the immense spear while rushing at him.

It instantly shrank to a size fitting his hand as he fiercely slashed horizontally!

Slash…! A few pics of mountains and a sea of clouds were cleanly divided. 

"Eh…?" Zamasu who had run away for a reason that he ignored himself had his head flipping over.

But as his bead was about to land, Edam had already grabbed his head by the hair.

"I will let you enjoy your immortality for all eternity…" A cold voice devoid of feelings and emotions sounded out.

Sorry for the wait, I had a bit of difficulty writing this chapter…
