Clifford shot his eyes open. The first thing that his eyes looked for is Lexilia but the said person is nowhere to be seen in their four cornered bedroom.

He then turns his head to the side table to see what time is it already.

'1:37 pm' he thought to himself.

"Lexi..." he called as he got up from the bed "That's strange... She usually wakes me up but why hasn't she woke me now?" he asked himself but later on answers his own question.

"Maybe she just let me sleep because she knew I sleep late" he said "Maybe that is"

"Lexi.." he called but no one answered.

"Lexi?!" he called again but still no answer.

"Lexilia???!!" he called worriedly as he looked all over the place but he still hadn't saw her, not even her shadows until he stopped near their backdoor.

"Ugh?! Just where are you?!" he said frustrated as he turn his head to the veranda's way where he saw his wife.

Her chin was resting on both of her palms. She's looking at the horizon as if thinking deeply.

"Lexi?" he called that made her look at him but then looked back over the horizon.

"Hey Love, why do you look so sad?" he asked curiously as she sighed deeply.

"It's just that... Oh forget it. Even if I told you I knew that it still won't happen" she said looking over the horizon once more.

"Hmmm, tell me. Maybe I can make that happen" he said happily to her then saw her eyes glistening out of happiness.

"Well I really wanted to..." but the sparkle of her eyes disappeared as she frown "Forget it. It's really impossible" Lexilia said looking really sad.

"Hmmm tell me and I'll make it happen. Even if it's impossible, I swear I'll still make it happen" he said raising his right hand.

"Really?"

"Hmmm, you sure?"

"101% sure boss"

"Hmm, okay. Well you see the sun was out brightly" she started.

"Hmm, so what's wrong about it? Don't you want it? We can---" he said but was cut off by her.

"What's wrong with it?!" she retorted her arms spread widely "Well the problem is that your wife just wanted to rain so badly!" she exclaims.

"Hmmm, that's really impo---" once again he was cut off by her.

"See! I told you!" Lexilia said looking to the people on the beach who's walking happily together with their respective partners.

It is true that what she's asking for is impossible to grant! But then an idea popped out on his mind.

"Yes, Love. It really is impossible. But I can make it rain just for you" Clifford said happily.

"Huh? R-Really? How?" Lexilia asked.

"Just come with me" he said happily as he dragged her out to the front yard.

"So how will you make it rain?" Lexilia asked.

"Wait a second Love" Clifford said as he open the water sprinkler on the front yard.

"Whaaa---- Love! Why did you open the water sprinkler?!" Lexilia cried as the water touched her soft skin. Clifford then went to where she was.

"Love! Close it! The water bill---"

"Forget about it Love. You wanted to rain so badly right?" he said while chuckling.

"Yes, but---!"

"Yes, what you're asking me was to rain. A rain in this sunny day and I can't simply give what you wanted. But I do hope that this will match your need of rain Love" he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist gently as looked at her eyes sincerely. Lexilia on the other hand felt touched by what her husband did for her.

"Thank you Love... For everything" she said hugging him tight.

"Hmmm you're very much welcome Love, but lemme ask you. Why'd you wanted to rain so badly?" he asked out of confusion.

"Because rain is my everything" she said dreamily.

"Why? Can you explain it to me further more?" he asked.

"Well, I wouldn't be a Tolarte if you hadn't proposed to me before under the rain" she said a smile spread across her face as she remembered that day "Do you remember?"

"Yes, Yes I do" he said as he kneels down on the ground "Do you want me to do that again?" He asked.

"Love..."

"Lexilia Cambria, no Lexilia Tolarte, if we are given another chance or if we could rewind time when I proposed to you, will you give me another chance of walking down the aisle to marry me? I promise that you won't regret it, neither do I" he said sincerely. All the words he said was all from the bottom of his heart.

Now for the past five days together with her, he can finally admit to himself that his love for his wife came back. No, scratch that, it didn't came back at all. Actually his love for his wife didn't lose, he just wanted her attention that he found in Elaine that's why he thought that he really loves his mistress. That's the reason why he felt complicated these past few days. But now that he knows what he really feels, he can finally say that he's free from all of that confusion.

But what about Elaine? Will she forgive him if ever? Will they remain as friends? Will they talk normally after all of this? Will she understand his reason?

"L-Love..." Lexilia said with a broken voice that made him stopped his train of thoughts.

Her tears were streaming down her eyes even though he can't really see the tears due to the water, he can still feel it "I love you" she said hugging him.

"And if we were given another chance, I'll still answer you the same... I do"
