I was looking for a file on a patient suffering from anorexia, a sickness Nigerians don't take seriously and are barely even aware of. The girl went sick and so skinny all in the name if being a model, a pathetic sight, troubling story.

I just found the file when I had a knock on the door. I assumed it will be kuku, I hoped it will be him. I was missing being around him already. He made me feel comfortable and free. Beautiful, strong.

"Come in." I said, sitting down. My eyes were focused on the computer screen in front of me so it would be easier to dispose of Whoever was coming in if the person wasnt kuku that Is. Some staffs and patients didn't just know when to leave you alone, a sad story, a sad tale I've been suffering.

The door open and just like I guessed it was kuku. He came in smiling. I smiled too looking up from my computer. "And she has missed me. Watch that smile on her face." He teased walking in.

"Who missed you." I chuckled rolling my eyes. "I hope you are not referring to me."

'Oh not you I'm talking about Chizaram Obinna. " he laughed sitting down. I moved my laptop to the side.

"So. Any news?" I asked wondering why he was here. He was supposed to be handling a joint project in another hospital and I didn't expect him to be back yet. Not that I underestimated him but there were just some task that were difficult to do.

"It was successful." He smirked. " I always get the job done. You know that."

My mouth fell open. "You got the minister of health to sign the contract? We have the contract?" I asked shocked, Impressed, happy.

"Yes I did. Did you doubt that I could get the job done?" He c.o.c.ked his brow feigning disappointment.

"No no! Of course not." I quickly defended. "Of course I knew you will get the job done. You always do. So tell me about it."

" You promised me a treat remember? I want it pretty please. I'm so tired I think I deserve it now." He fake pouted.

I clicked my tongue and sighed. "I have things to do really. I didn't forget the treat. I swear it's just that I've been very busy too busy. Ok fine we will go tomorrow." I said meekly pulling the pity face.

I knew that it was a bad excuse not a good one. I was not so busy to go on a date with him. I was just scared. I didn't know if going on a date with him will consist of leading him on. Deep down I knew I wasn't over Wale. I didn't want to lead him on although I wanted to give my heart another chance at love I didn't want his to be the price I pay.

"Ohhh!" I w.h.i.n.ed. He got up went behind my seat to pull me up. I struggled to sit back down, but he was far stronger, he kept me standing holding my waist to him.

"You are not escaping this today." He laughed as I w.h.i.n.ed.

"Alright. Alright I'm going. Let me submit this to one of the nurses." I said pointing at the file.
